Match observations:

The Middle-Aged Outlaws stupidly challenged Hell's Bikers to a match
tonight, and paid for it with a crushing loss in under five minutes. It didn't
help that Hunk Higgins was dropped early on with a baseball bat shot to the
jaw... but Ruby Richard Cage did very little of value anyway. Perhaps the
Middle-Aged Outlaws need to re-evaluate their plans before continuing with
their careers.
As if to ease the suffering of the shattered egos of the Middle-Aged
Outlaws, Rex Richards challenged Tim Bell to a match and broke the Middle-Aged
Outlaws' record for the shortest match of the night, losing to Tim Bell in a
mere nine seconds. Not exactly an impressive showing from Rex Richards tonight;
normally he lasts a little while before losing.
Lady Erica Whitmore provoked Lance Errington's second disqualification
loss in a row when she blindsided Richard Tobian with a chair tonight, causing
a disqualification. Richard Tobian came back from the blow to remove Erica from
the ring, as well as Lance Errington himself after a nasty chairshot. He then
went on to challenge Inquisition member David Wright Hubbard to a match at
Wrestlewar... which, though it shows dubious good judgement, is definitely a
pretty brave thing to do.
Richard Tobian's situation is made even more dangerous by the fact that
David Wright Hubbard is in a near-homicidal frenzy after losing the Table Match
tonight to Johnny Smiles. He dominated the match, hitting his Flying Cross
Bodypress six times and laying Johnny out prone and helpless several times in
the match, but Johnny managed to recover and get off a burst of offense just
long enough to put Hubbard through the table with a flying elbowdrop for the
win.
Jacob Idol is less than happy at Marylin Silvera, who cost him any
chance he had of defeating Bass Rogers for the VCW Television Title by his
inept interference in the match. Furthermore, Bass Rogers has a title shot
commitment to fill against Lance Errington at Wrestlewar, eliminating Idol's
chances of an immediate rematch. Backstage reports indicate that he is highly
angry at Marylin Silvera, and he may be planning something for Wrestlewar.
The Ontario Color Show will get a rematch against the VCW World Tag Team
Champions, the Golden Society, at Wrestlewar, as the Manhunters will probably
take on the Annihilators, two of the Inquisition's newest enemies, and part of
a group spontaneously dubbed "Liberation X" by Falcon. Liberation X has not
been confirmed as an official alliance, but Falcon and the Annhilators worked
well together in the main event, with Falcon scoring the victory over the
Inquisition's Torturer with his Superkick. It could be in their best intrests
to work together against the united front of the Inquisition.
