Match observations:

Following on the heels of Gang Wars, this week's edition of Monday Night
Wrestling was also the first of the five shows that will lead us into the
biggest VCW pay-per-view event since Wrestlewar, Blood and Thunder. And it was
only fitting, bearing that in mind, that the man who will challenge Gabriel
Black for the VCW World Title at Blood and Thunder, Richard Tobian, picked
tonight to make it known that he was more determined than ever to win the VCW
World Title from Gabriel Black.
Tonight wasn't a good night for Stormy Weathers, despite earlier
indications. Bunkhouse Buck failed to show up for his match today... Troy Black
freely interrupted Stormy's interview time to make good on his bet with
Falcon... and Melissa DelArmeggio and Haigeikobai lost the VCW World Tag Team
Titles to Ruby Richard Cage and Wham Bam Gigolo. So now, I guess they really
are the ONE-TIME! ONE-TIME! ONE-TIME! ... VCW Tag Team Champions of the World.
All I can say is they'd better enjoy it while they can. Assuming they don't
lose the titles on the way to Blood and Thunder, after a number-one contenders
match tonight, the Wrecking Crew will be waiting for the VCW World Tag Team
Champions, whoever they may be, at Blood and Thunder.
It appears that Owen Addison is trying to make the team that he fought
alongside at Gang Wars a permanent unit. Paul Canyon seems to have no problem
with it, but from what was said today, it appears that Tim Bell and Jacob Idol
are a little hesitant to align themselves with Owen, who hasn't shown any signs
of changing his foul attitude. The group did successfully function well
tonight, taking down the Golden Society in a four-on-four matchup... but its
future is uncertain, to say the least.
Also uncertain was Jessica Judd's level of sobriety when she challenged
Troy Black for the Intercontinental Title. She sent away Crimson and the Road
Girl, as Troy insisted, and didn't seem to have any back-up plan at all... she
was just annihilated by Troy Black, as everyone expected. Her relationship with
Gabriel Black hasn't been that good for her career or her health lately.
Next week, the road to Blood and Thunder continues. Melissa DelArmeggio
will challenge Devaccio Pola for the VCW Television Title, and Richard Tobian
will return to in-ring competition to face David Wright Hubbard in an Iron Man
Cage Match. Also in action will be VCW World Champion Gabriel Black, as well as
the Torturer, Liberation X, DeJohnnyration X, and many more. Join us next week
for all of the fun and excitement!!
