Welcome, VCW fans, to Gang Wars! We are live on pay-per-view, and we've got quite a night planned for you. We'll be seeing a lot of action involving large teams tonight, including a Gang Wars match and three eight-man elimination matches! And in the main event, the VCW World Title is put on the line in an unprecedented handicap match!! We're going to start off with some singles action... so let's get to the ring for our first bout!

"Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye begins playing over the arena sound system, and the crowd boos loudly as "Double R" Rex Richards makes his way out of the backstage entrance, accompanied by Minako. Komachi is a bit conspicuous by her absence tonight... she's with Amy Lin and Virginia, preparing to take part in a War Games Match. Not that Rex Richards is likely to need her help, given who his opponent is tonight. He enters the ring, and Minako removes his robe so he can do his usual poses and flexing in the flashing red and gold spotlight, while Minako performs a sequence of karate moves nearby. She turns and drapes herself over him, as the music and posing comes to a close, and he hands her his sunglasses as he prepares for action.

Now "Holding Out For A Hero" by Bonnie Tyler begins playing... and we understand that that's Russel "The Muscle" Taylor's new entrance music! He steps out of the backstage entrance and actually gets a small pop from the crowd... evidently some of the fans have started to get behind him. He jogs to the ring, slapping hands with the fans, and slides inside... but as soon as he does, Rex Richards goes on the attack, stomping him into the mat before he can stand up! Bobcat McGavin enters the ring and calls for the bell to kick off our opening match!

Russel "The Muscle" Taylor

Rex Richards stomps Russel Taylor down to the mat, then scoops him up and sends him crashing down with a bodyslam, and goes down to start choking him! Bobcat McGavin begins the count, warning Rex Richards to break the chokehold, and he breaks it at the four count... but now he's climbing on top of Russel Taylor, pummelling him with a series of right hands! Bobcat McGavin orders Rex Richards to get off of him, then begins lecturing him about blatant closed fists and choking. Rex Richards stands and argues with Bobcat McGavin, becoming belligerent... and Russel Taylor gets up behind him, then hooks him from behind and takes him down with a big belly-to-back suplex!! Rex Richards is down, and the crowd cheers!

Rex Richards starts getting up, and Russel Taylor whips him into the ropes, then runs off the other side, and brings him down with a clothesline in the middle! Rex Richards starts getting up again, and Russel Taylor hits him with a kick to the midsection, then hooks him in a front chancery, lifts, and brings him crashing to the mat again with a vertical suplex! Rex Richards gets up again, and Russel Taylor backs him into the ropes with a few forearm shots, then whips him into the ropes, and takes him down with a dropkick square in the chest as he comes off the other side!

Rex Richards goes down, and rolls out of the ring, complaining to Minako and the fans about his bad luck... and Russel Taylor charges, then nails him with a baseball slide that sends him crashing into the guardrail! Russel Taylor rolls out of the ring, then grabs Rex Richards and slides him back inside. He wants to win this match cleanly and fairly, I guess... and now he's up on the apron, and headed for the top turnbuckle! Rex Richards gets up... and Russel Taylor comes off with a flying double axhandle smash! Rex Richards is down again, and this time, Russel Taylor goes for the cover and hooks the leg, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two by Rex Richards!

Russel Taylor gets up, and pulls Rex Richards up into a standing headscissors... he's looking for the Power Bomb already! But that's a mistake, as Rex Richards counters with a massive backdrop! Russel Taylor gets up and charges with a clothesline, and Rex Richards ducks, then reaches back behind him, grabbing Russel Taylor's head, to bring him down with a reverse neckbreaker! That put him down, and the crowd boos as Rex Richards gets to his feet, pointing to his brain, then lays a few stomps in on Russel Taylor. He pulls Russel Taylor up and nails him with a few big punches, then whips him into the ropes. As Russel Taylor comes off the ropes, Rex Richards grabs him snugly, then takes him down with a big belly-to-belly suplex! Russel Taylor crashes hard to the mat, and Rex Richards gets up, posing and flexing his muscles as the crowd boos again.

Rex Richards goes down to Russel Taylor and puts on a rear chinlock, trying to cut off his air flow. Russel Taylor struggles, thrashing around to try to find the ropes, or maybe get enough leverage to effectively fight the hold, but Rex Richards holds on tightly, not letting Russel Taylor budge. Russel Taylor continues to fight valiantly, but his motion eventually slows, and finally he goes limp. Rex Richards tightens up the chinlock, and Bobcat McGavin goes in to check Russel Taylor. He raises his arm once... and it falls. He raises his arm again... again, it falls. He raises his arm a third time... and it stays up!! Russel Taylor begins stomping the mat, with his arm trembling as he begins to fight his way up! He gets up to one knee, then to his feet, and unloads a few elbowsmashes on Rex Richards, breaking the chinlock!

Rex Richards doubles over from the elbowsmashes, and Russel Taylor runs into the ropes, then comes off with a clothesline that takes Rex Richards off of his feet! Rex Richards gets up, and Russel Taylor gives him a kneelift to the midsection, then runs into the ropes and brings him down with a (rather botched) swinging neckbreaker! He scoops Rex Richards up, and Hotshots him throat-first on the top rope! Rex Richards staggers back, clutching his throat, and Russel Taylor charges, knocking him over with another clothesline! Rex Richards gets up again... and Russel Taylor lifts him up... and over his head, in a huge Gorilla Press! The crowd cheers for the amazing display of power as Russel Taylor pumps Rex Richards up and down in the air in the Gorilla Press, then slams him to the mat! He runs into the ropes... and nails Rex Richards with a big splash! He covers, hooking the leg, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half!

Undaunted, Russel Taylor runs into the ropes as Rex Richards gets up again... but this time, Minako trips him from the outside! Russel Taylor staggers forward... into a big Axe Bomber clothesline from Rex Richards, knocking him off his feet! The crowd boos again, and Rex Richards poses and flexes his muscles, then pulls Russel Taylor up and whips him to the ropes... but Russel Taylor reverses! He puts his head down for a backdrop... but Rex Richards grabs him by the hair and gives him a kneesmash facebuster! Russel Taylor goes down, and Rex Richards pulls him up again, then places him on the top turnbuckle! He follows him up, and puts on a front chancery... SUPERPLEX!! Russel Taylor crashes to the mat with a huge impact, and this might be the end! Rex Richards covers him, hooking the leg... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout at two and three-quarters!

Rex Richards argues the count with Bobcat McGavin, but it's no use... the count stands. Russel Taylor's trying to stand as well, but Rex Richards grabs him, and pulls him up in a fireman's carry... he's looking for the Death Valley Driver! But Russel Taylor squirms out behind him! Rex Richards swings an elbow blindly at Russel Taylor, but Russel ducks, grabbing him around the waist, and gives him a big belly-to-belly suplex!! Rex Richards crashes to the mat... but he's getting up again, a little wobbly! He runs in with a wildly swung clothesline, but Russel Taylor ducks! Rex Richards tursn around, and Russel Taylor kicks him in the midsection, then puts on a standing headscissors and lifts... POWER BOMB!! He connected with it!! Rex Richards is down, and Russel Taylor makes the cover... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! Russel "The Muscle" Taylor wins!!

Russel "The Muscle" Taylor has triumphed! The crowd begins cheering as he goes to the top turnbuckle, pumping his fists into the air excitedly, then jumps down and runs to the back, slapping the hands of the fans with aisle seats excitedly as he makes his way backstage. Meanwhile, in the ring, Rex Richards is getting up... and he doesn't look happy. He begins angrily stomping at the mat, kicking the ropes and turnbuckles, and cursing loudly. Minako just sighs and shakes her head in disgust, then walks away and heads backstage. Shortly later, Rex Richards also goes backstage, still looking pretty disgruntled.

We're going straight through to our next match now, and some generic Japanese-sounding music that was probably mixed on a keyboard in a matter of minutes begins playing as the Super Giant Ninja comes out of the backstage entrance with a scabbard slung over his back, getting a round of boos from the crowd in reply. He stalks to the ring, looking around cautiously for any opponents, then climbs to the apron and steps in over the top rope. We understand that this match is going to be a Ritual Combat, where weapons, accessories, and... magic are legal. That's what it says in the rules, at any rate... and the Super Giant Ninja seems to have a weapon in his scabbard, as he turns to face the backstage entrance warily.

Now "Cherub Rock" by the Smashing Pumpkins begins playing, and that brings out Sophie, wearing a tight silver leotard with transparent black hose over her legs and arms, as well as a pair of silver boots and wristbands... allegedly, these items will give her power. The crowd explodes into cheers as Sophie steps out of the backstage entrance... who would have thought that the fans would take to her quite like this? She begins making her way to the ring with a bright, excited smile... but she's stepping into the ring with a man several times her size, who appears to be armed, and this could get ugly. We know sometimes Sophie doesn't know when to back down from a fight... we saw her get in the ring with Christina Ellis at Wrestlewar III! But she's not hesitating as she enters the ring, staring across at the Super Giant Ninja... and Linda Peterson enters the ring, calling for the bell to begin the match!!

Super Giant Ninja

Sophie and the Super Giant Ninja both go into karate stances, and begin circling one another... but then the Ninja reaches back into his scabbard and pulls out a katana!! He takes a swing with it, and Sophie screams in terror... but the blow glances harmlessly off of her! The Super Giant Ninja stares at the katana, then swings it again... and once again, the blade just glances off of her body!! Sophie's getting the idea now, and she boldly dares the Super Giant Ninja to hit her again... and he does, but Sophie catches the blade in her hand! She pulls it away, grabbing it with both hands... then snaps it in two and tosses it aside!! She just broke what appeared to be a steel katana with her bare hands... either the katana was a cheap fake, or Sophie's powers are real!

The Super Giant Ninja stares at Sophie in shock, as she stands and gloats... but then he takes a swing at her with a right hand! It barely grazes her, but Sophie flies back with the impact, landing on her shoulders, then flops backwards over onto her stomach! She starts to pull herself up... and the Super Giant Ninja drills her with a huge Mongolian chop! Sophie crumples to the mat, and now the Super Giant Ninja's starting to gain confidence. He pulls her up and tosses her back-first into the corner, then stands back and begins unloading on her with a series of kicks to the head (out of five kicks, hitting correctly once, missing entirely twice, kicking her in the chest once, and stiffing her in the face once)! Sophie slumps in the corner, and the crowd boos... the Super Giant Ninja IS over seven feet tall and very strong... Sophie can't take much of this!!

The Super Giant Ninja poses over Sophie's fallen form, then seems to decide it's time to finish this match off. He pulls her up by the throat and lifts... CHOKESLAM!! Sophie's small frame shakes with the impact as the Super Giant Ninja drills her to the mat, and the Super Giant Ninja covers, hooking her leotard for leverage, as Linda Peterson makes what'll probably be the first and final count here... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... SOPHIE KICKS OUT!! She kicked out after that massive chokeslam somehow, and the crowd's cheering wildly! But the Super Giant Ninja's not done yet... he drags her near to a corner, and starts going up to the top turnbuckle! He takes his time going up, then steadies himself on the top and rolls off... KATANA LEGDROP!! NO, SOPHIE MOVES!! Sophie rolled out of the way, and the Super Giant Ninja just landed right on his tailbone, to a loud round of cheers from the crowd!!

The Super Giant Ninja begins getting up... but Sophie's getting up too! The Super Giant Ninja throws a chop, but Sophie blocks! Another chop... Sophie blocks that too! And now Sophie's fighting back! She drills the Super Giant Ninja with a right hand to the face that sends his head wildly flying to the left, then a left hand to knock it back the other way, then another right, then another left!! The Super Giant Ninja staggers back, seeming to be out on his feet already, and blood is just oozing from out of the face area of his ninja mask, soaking his ninja suit through. He staggers forward again, with a glassy look in his eyes, and Sophie sweeps his legs out from under him! He goes down, and Sophie goes up to the top turnbuckle, waiting on him. The Super Giant Ninja pulls himself up, still groggy and unsteady, and turns to Sophie... who leaps off to nail him with a flying jump kick to the head!! The Super Giant Ninja flies back across the ring to a heap on the other side, and the crowd erupts into cheers, Sophie quickly crawls over and pins him! Linda Peterson counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! It's over!!

The crowd cheers as Linda Peterson raises Sophie's hand in victory, and the cheers get even louder when Sophie goes up to one of the top turnbuckles, posing and celebrating! But those cheers quickly turn to boos as the arena lights are replaced by dim purple lights, and "Pug" by Smashing Pumpkins beging playing as Queen Morgana appears at the top of the entrance ramp, dressed in her elegant black and silver dress! She's not holding a microphone, but somehow her voice reverberates throughout the arena as she begins to speak...

Q. Morgana: You think you've won, Princess Sophia? Allow me to show you how easily undone your work here truly is. Holy Demon Magic... MYSTIC... HEALING... LIGHT!!

Queen Morgana gestures dramatically to the ring, and the Super Giant Ninja is bathed in a pulsing golden light from above. He immediately rises to his feet, looking refreshed and strong. Sophie stares at him in shock, but then goes into a fighting stance, prepared to do battle with him again... and Queen Morgana only laughs.

Q. Morgana: So eager to fight again? But this is a fight you can't win... TELEKINETIC STRIKE!!

Queen Morgana thrusts her hands forward at Sophie sharply, and Sophie immediately flies back hard into a corner of the ring as if struck, slumping against the turnbuckles! Queen Morgana laughs, then raises her arms at her sides, then brings them down sharply, and on cue the ringpost near Sophie lets out a huge explosion of fire!! The explosion hurls Sophie back into the center of the ring, where she flops down in a twitching heap. Queen Morgana laughs, then begins to speak again.

Q. Morgana: I could kill you right now. But I think you'd be more miserable watching the destruction of your precious kingdom, deprived of the ability to do anything about it. Ninja!! Strip her of the royal artifacts of power and come with me.

The Super Giant Ninja nods, then pulls Sophie's wristbands and boots off as she lies motionless on the mat, drawing a round of boos from the crowd. Some members of the crowd begin cheering as the Super Giant Ninja next strips off her silver leotard, leaving her wearing only a pink bra and panties. With Sophie defeated and stripped of her equipment, the Super Giant Ninja begins heading towards, carrying the boots, wristbands, and leotard. He joins Queen Morgana at the top of the ramp, and with a gesture from her arms a strange white smoke surrounds them. When it clears a few seconds later, they can't be detected.

Some medics are coming out for Sophie now... it's hard to determine the extent of her injuries, given that we're not exactly used to the means of assault that we just witnessed. She's still breathing regularly, which is a good sign, and bears no visible wounds, but the medics are taking no chances, putting her in a neckbrace and loading her onto a stretcher to carry her off. This may just go down as the most bizarre live segment we've seen in VCW history... and this comes from a company that has seen Tony Garcia impersonating Santa Claus, Hunk Higgins losing a match after being hit in the head with his own oxygen tank, and Ken Collins and Bobby Danson getting into a catfight with one another while dressed in drag.

Sophie has been wheeled backstage now, and we're going to go on with the show. "Calling Dr. Love" by KISS begins playing, and the crowd boos as "Doctor" Dave Adams comes out of the backstage entrance, accompanied by Nurse Vivacia. He comes to the ring, with a cocky smile on his face, then climbs inside and lets Nurse Vivacia peel off his white labcoat, then run her fingers over his chest and shoulders. He's no doubt ready for this match against Tommy Hustle, though he may be a little bit overconfident.

And now "Stuntman" by 24-7 Spyz begins playing over the arena sound system, and the crowd cheers as Tommy Hustle comes out of the backstage entrance, then begins making his way to the ring. He climbs inside and goes into a boxer's stance, shuffling his feet and throwing a few punches at the air to loosen up, then prepares to take on Dave Adams as Brendan Powers enters the ring and calls for the bell!

Tommy Hustle

Dave Adams moves in, but Tommy Hustle immediately opens up on him with a series of jabs to the face, rocking him back. He whips Dave Adams into the ropes, then takes him down with a dropkick as he comes off the other side. Dave Adams gets up, frustrated, and charges again, but Tommy Hustle gives him a swift kick to the midsection that doubles him over, then backs into the ropes, charges, and leaps over Dave Adams to bring him down in a sunset flip! He holds it for the cover, and Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two by Dave Adams! Dave Adams starts to get up, but Tommy Hustle knees him in the midsection, then hooks him and takes him down with a snap suplex! He floats over for the cover again, and Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two again by Dave Adams!

Tommy Hustle gets up again, then tosses Dave Adams out of the ring to the floor. Dave Adams starts to get up out there, and Tommy Hustle climbs to the top turnbuckle, then leaps onto him with a flying cross bodypress to the floor! Dave Adams goes down under Tommy Hustle, as the crowd cheers loudly, and Tommy Hustle crouches over him, drilling him in the face with a series of right hands! Tommy Hustle pulls Dave Adams up, then rams him head-first into the ring apron, causing him to stagger back away, doubled over... and as he does, Tommy Hustle leaps up on the ring apron, then jumps off to take Dave Adams down with a bulldog from the apron on the floor!

The crowd cheers, but Nurse Vivacia comes from behind Tommy Hustle and pinches his butt! He turns around, confronting her angrily and telling her to leave him alone, but Nurse Vivacia just laughs... and then spits in his face! Tommy Hustle stares at her, enraged, as she takes off running, then starts chasing her around the ring... and he catches her! He grabs her by the hair and pulls her face to face with him, yelling at her loudly... but "Doctor" Dave Adams comes from behind and nails him with a low blow! Tommy Hustle releases Nurse Vivacia and doubles over, and Dave Adams rolls him back into the ring, then climbs in after him.

Tommy Hustle starts to get up, but Dave Adams nails him with a knee to the face! That sends Tommy Hustle down again, and when he starts to get up again, Dave Adams slips behind him and grabs him, then lifts and brings him down with a belly-to-back suplex! Tommy Hustle crashes hard to the mat, and Dave Adams makes the cover, as Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half by Tommy Hustle! Dave Adams pulls Tommy Hustle up, and gives him an inverted atomic drop... but then Dave Adams immediately bends down and grabs Tommy's legs as he staggers back, and brings him down, then turns him over into into a Boston crab!!

Tommy Hustle begins struggling in the Boston crab, trying to fight his way to the ropes as Dave Adams leans back, putting on more pressure... and he's making it! Tommy Hustle slowly inches his way closer to the ropes, trying to fight past the pain, as Dave Adams cranks on the pressure... and Tommy Hustle makes it to the ropes! Brendan Powers begins counting, and Dave Adams breaks the hold just before five! Brendan Powers starts lecturing Dave Adams about that... but as he does, Nurse Vivacia reaches into the ring and claws Tommy Hustle in the eyes!!

Dave Adams turns back to Tommy Hustle, then pulls him up and hammers him in the face with a few punches, backing him into the ropes. He whips Tommy Hustle to the other side, then rushes him with a kneelift, but Tommy Hustle dodges out of the way! Dave Adams stumbles a few steps from the missed kneelift, then turns around... Tommy Hustle charges Dave Adams, showing remarkable quickness and freshness given his recent stay in the Boston crab, but Dave Adams backdrops him over the top rope... but Tommy Hustle grabs the top rope and guides himself to a landing on his feet on the apron! Dave Adams doesn't see that, as he walks a few steps, pointing to his brain and smiling... but when he turns around, Tommy Hustle leaps up on the top rope, then pounces with a springboard Thesz press!! Dave Adams goes down under him, and Tommy Hustle cradles his legs for the pin, as Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Shoulder up at two and a half!!

Tommy Hustle gets up and whips Dave Adams into the corner, then charges in and cuts him down with a spinning leg lariat as he comes out! Dave Adams gets up, and Tommy Hustle hooks him from behind, and brings him crashing to the mat with a German suplex!! But he's not done... he holds on and rolls through again, bringing Dave Adams down with a second German suplex!! He rolls back up to his feet, then shifts his grip... this time, he brings him up for the Backdrop Driver, but Dave Adams flips out behind him! Tommy Hustle whirls around with a superkick, but Dave Adams sidesteps, and Tommy Hustle drills Brendan Powers with it! Brendan Powers goes down, and Dave Adams charges Tommy Hustle with a clothesline... but Tommy Hustle ducks, then wraps around behind him and lifts... BACKDROP DRIVER!! He just nailed it!!

But there's no referee to count if he goes for the pin, and Tommy Hustle can't capitalize here. Instead, he looks down at Dave Adams, then steps out to the apron begins climbing to one of the top turnbuckles, perhaps to inflict even more punishment. He gets to the top... but Nurse Vivacia jumps up and pulls on his ankle, pulling him down crotch-first into the turnbuckle! Tommy Hustle grimaces in pain... and Nurse Vivacia grabs a steel chair from ringside, then whacks Tommy Hustle in the head with it, as he's seated on the turnbuckle! And now she pulls off her white skirt, revealing a skimpy white pair of panties to a huge roar of cheers from the crowd, and she's climbing in the ring! She climbs up with Tommy Hustle... TOP-ROPE FRANKENSTEINER!! She's been known to call that move the Medical Attention, and she just brought Tommy Hustle crashing down into the ring with it! That was why she took off her skirt... so it wouldn't impede her mobility on that move!

The crowd boos as Nurse Vivacia rolls out of the ring, and now Brendan Powers is getting up, followed shortly by Dave Adams. Tommy Hustle gets to his feet last, and staggers into Dave Adams... right into the DOCTOR'S ORDERS!! Dave Adams just planted Tommy Hustle! He covers, hooks the leg, and puts his feet on the ropes for extra leverage as Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!!

The crowd gives a good-sized round of boos as Dave Adams has his hand raised in victory, then rolls out of the ring to join Nurse Vivacia on the outside, as she replaces her skirt and tucks in her blouse. She climbs back into the ring, as Tommy Hustle starts to stir... then draws back and kicks him in the crotch! The crowd boos loudly, and she spits on him again, then gives him the finger before rolling out of the ring to rejoin Dave Adams. Evidently, this was the revenge she felt she needed after Tommy Hustle turned down her advances... but what most of us just saw was a travesty of justice, in which Tommy Hustle was screwed out of a victory that he deserved. Dave Adams and Nurse Vivacia head backstage, and after a few moments, Tommy Hustle gets up and makes his way backstage as well, understandably looking a little unhappy with the outcome of this match.

We're ready for our first eight-man elimination match now, and we'll start bringing out the participants! "Talk Dirty To Me" by Poison begins playing, and here come the Heavy Metal Express, Marty Jannetty and Lars Coverdale, and the Wrecking Crew, John Uldwall and Blade! These four men make up one of the teams in this eight-man elimination match, and the crowd cheers for them as they make their way to the ring. Once inside, Marty Jannetty and Lars Coverdale begin headbanging and playing air guitar, as John Uldwall and Blade do their best to look sinister in spite of the cheesy music and the antics of their teammates. This team certainly has a lot of contrast between the two teams that make it up.

But then, so do their opponents. "War Pigs" by Black Sabbath begins playing over the arena sound system, and that brings out a rather unusual team. David Wright Hubbard steps out first, wearing a kneebrace and walking with a slight limp, and he's followed by Brian Rivera, dressed like an outlandish lumberjack street gangster, followed by the New Immortals, "Magnificent" Moy Lazzario and "Beautiful" Bobby Danson. They're accompanied by Brian Rivera's manager Stormy Weathers, as well as Nicole, but Steve "Mongo" McMichael is absent from the New Immortals' corner right now, probably showering or checking with the trainers after his match with Quinn Harper. They enter the ring, and obvious tension seems to build as the two teams face off, across the ring from one another. Jerry Rogers enters the ring and calls for the bell, and that'll get this match underway!

Elimination Match:

Wrecking Crew & Heavy Metal Express

David Wright Hubbard, Brian Rivera, & New Immortals

Bobby Danson and John Uldwall will be starting this match off, and these two men are no strangers... they worked as a team briefly against Hell's Bikers late last year. Bobby Danson steps towards John Uldwall and holds out his hand palm-down, spreading his fingers and telling John Uldwall to pick two. John Uldwall stares strangely, then shrugs and picks his middle finger and index finger. Bobby Danson nods, smiles, and thrusts those fingers forward for a double eye poke, but John Uldwall brings his left hand up to his nose, with the edge out to block the double eye poke, then uses the right hand to knock Bobby Danson off of his feet with a massive punch!

Bobby Danson gets up, dusting himself off, then moves in for a lockup with John Uldwall. He puts on a headlock out of the lockup, and yells "SURRENDER OR I WILL CONQUER YOU!!"... but John Uldwall's not submitting to a side headlock today! He grabs Bobby Danson, lifts him, and brings him down with a big atomic drop! Bobby Danson staggers forward, and John Uldwall charges him, but Bobby Danson turns and dodges, and John Uldwall crashes shoulder-first into the corner! He staggers out, clutching his shoulder, and Bobby Danson kicks him in the midsection, then brings him down with a vertical suplex!

Bobby Danson pulls John Uldwall up again, then throws him down with a bodyslam. He tags in Moy Lazzario, then drops a leg across John Uldwall and rolls out of the ring... and Moy Lazzario comes in, tags in Brian Rivera, then drops a leg across John Uldwall and also rolls out of the ring! Brian Rivera enters the ring, tags in David Wright Hubbard, then drops a leg on John Uldwall and rolls out of the ring like the rest... and David Wright Hubbard just stares around at his partners with disgust, then enters the ring, crouches over John Uldwall, and starts beating the hell out of him with a series of right hands. Jerry Rogers orders David Wright Hubbard to get up off of John Uldwall and stop the closed fists, so he does, but he gives John Uldwall's fallen body a stomp as he gets to his feet.

David Wright Hubbard pulls John Uldwall up and whips him to the ropes, and throws a huge lariat as he comes off, but John Uldwall ducks! John Uldwall runs into the other side as David Wright Hubbard turns around... and he tackles him to the mat, then begins unloading a series of right hands on him! John Uldwall quickly pulls David Wright Hubbard up, then brings him down with a massive belly-to-belly suplex! He tags in Blade, and the Heavy Metal Express enter the ring, followed by Blade, against the protests of Jerry Rogers. John Uldwall lifts Marty Jannetty up high in a Gorilla Press, then tosses him down onto David Wright Hubbard! Marty Jannetty gets out of the way, and Lars Coverdale steps forward, so John Uldwall lifts him up in a Gorilla Press, then drops him on David Wright Hubbard as well! Blade comes in next, and John Uldwall lifts him up too, then drops him on David Wright Hubbard as well! Finally, the Heavy Metal Express and Blade all surround John Uldwall, and they picks him up, then all toss him down on David Wright Hubbard, as the crowd cheers!

John Uldwall rolls out of the ring, and the Heavy Metal Express steps to the outside as well, as Blade pulls David Wright Hubbard up into a front chancery, then brings him crashing down with a vertical suplex. He runs into the ropes as David Wright Hubbard gets up, then comes off with a big spinning leg lariat, but David Wright Hubbard ducks! Blade gets up and turns around, but David Wright Hubbard catches him with a kick to the midsection, then grabs him and rams him head-first into one of the turnbuckles! David Wright Hubbard forces Blade back into the corner and unloads on him with a series of right hands, then snap mares him out of the corner and drops an elbow on him. But instead of going for the cover, he makes the tag to Brian Rivera, then steps out of the ring again.

Brian Rivera comes in as Blade starts to get up, and he drills Blade with a series of punches to the face, then stops, does a stupid little jiggy dance, and takes a swing... but Blade blocks! He rocks Brian Rivera with a series of punches of his own, then stops and does a mocking version of Brian Rivera's dance, before drawing back and knocking him off his feet with a big right hand! Brian Rivera's down, and Blade grabs him by the hair, then drags him to their corner and tags in Marty Jannetty! Brian Rivera starts to get up, so Marty Jannetty gives him a kick to the midsection as he gets up, then takes him down with a Rocker Dropper!! He goes for the cover, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Foot on the ropes by Brian Rivera at two!

Marty Jannetty pulls Brian Rivera up, then whips him into a corner and follows him in with a dropkick to the chest. Brian Rivera is rocked back in the corner, and Marty Jannetty climbs up on him, then brings him down in the middle of the ring with a monkey flip! Brian Rivera starts to get up again, and Marty Jannetty runs at him, then takes him down with a swinging neckbreaker! Marty Jannetty steps back, stomping the mat as he takes aim at Brian Rivera... it may be a little premature in this match, but he's going for the Sweet Chin Music! Marty lunges forward with the kicks as Brian Rivera gets up, but Brian Rivera dodges, then kicks Marty Jannetty in the midsection... no, he caught his foot! But Brian Rivera jumps up and clocks him in the head with an enzuigiri! That dropped him, and Brian Rivera goes down, then pulls himself up and tags in Moy Lazzario... but Marty Jannetty makes the tag to Lars Coverdale!

Lars Coverdale and Moy Lazzario both get into the ring... Lars throws the first punch, but Moy Lazzario blocks, then whips him to the ropes! He runs off the other side and catches Lars in the middle with a Thesz press, but Lars catches him and throws him down, still holding his legs, then flips over into a double-leg cradle! Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Moy Lazzario kicks out at two! They get up, and Moy Lazzario charges Lars Coverdale again, but he charges right into an armdrag takedown! He gets up and charges again, into another armdrag takedown! Moy Lazzario gets up again, and staggers back into the ropes... and Lars Coverdale rushes in and leaps up for a Frankensteiner... but Moy Lazzario power bombs him down, keeping a hold on his legs, and steps through and turns him over into a scorpion deathlock!! But they're near Lars's corner, and he crawls over quickly, and makes a tag to John Uldwall!

John Uldwall rushes into the ring, shoving Moy Lazzario into a corner and unloading on him with right hands. He whips Moy Lazzario to the other corner, and Moy Lazzario hits hard and flips over the turnbuckles and ropes, crashing to the apron and falling out to the floor! Undaunted, John Uldwall climbs out after him, continuing the attack, but Moy Lazzario hits him with a low blow! John Uldwall doubles over, and Moy Lazzario starts attacking him on the outside... but Blade enters the ring, then rushes forward and dives out, nailing Moy Lazzario with a plancha that sends him crashing down! But now Bobby Danson's in the ring, and he takes a running start, diving out onto Blade with a plancha of his own! Marty Jannetty climbs to the top turnbuckle, then leaps out onto Bobby Danson with a flying cross bodypress... and Brian Rivera quickly climbs to the opposite top turnbuckle, leaping off to mow Marty Jannetty down with a flying clothesline! Lars Coverdale climbs to the top turnbuckle, and leaps off with a breathtaking somersault cross bodypress onto Brian Rivera... but David Wright Hubbard's in the ring now, and he grabs the ropes, then catapults himself out with a slingshot cross bodypress onto Lars Coverdale!!

All eight men are down at ringside... except for John Uldwall, who just grabbed Moy Lazzario and tossed him back into the ring! He climbs inside, as Moy Lazzario starts to get up... and he goes for a spear, but Moy Lazzario dodges, and he collides with the turnbuckles again! He staggers out, clutching his shoulder, and Moy Lazzario kicks him in the midsection, then goes for an Ace Crusher, but John Uldwall shoves him forward! Moy Lazzario turns around, into a kick to the midsection, and John Uldwall puts him in a standing headscissors... POWER BOMB!! John Uldwall clutches his right shoulder, wincing, but then shuts out the pain! Everyone else is brawling on the outside, but Bobby Danson hops up on the apron... so John Uldwall drills him with a right hand that sends him back down! And now Blade's climbing to the top turnbuckle, as John Uldwall crouches in the opposite corner. Moy Lazzario starts to get up... BREAKDOWN!! They just nailed him, and John Uldwall goes for the cover!! Brian Rivera slides into the ring, but Blade tackles him as Brendan Powers goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! Moy Lazzario's gone! (Moy Lazzario was eliminated in 0:11:23.)

John Uldwall tosses Moy Lazzario out, and Blade rolls out of the ring, leaving Brian Rivera and John Uldwall inside... and Jerry Rogers calls for the bell, then begins ordering everyone to get back to their corners. John Uldwall clobbers Brian Rivera with a few big right hands, then whips him into the ropes, and mows him down with a clothesline... but then clutches his right shoulder, which is sore after running into the corner a few times. He goes to his corner and tags out, bringing in Marty Jannetty, who charges at Brian Rivera as he gets up, then takes him down with a dropkick! Marty Jannetty runs into the ropes, then nails Brian Rivera with a second dropkick as he gets up! And now Marty Jannetty's going up to the top turnbuckle... but unseen by Jerry Rogers, Stormy Weathers jumps up and shakes the ropes, causing Marty Jannetty to crotch himself on the top turnbuckle!

The crowd boos for Stormy's interference, and Lars Coverdale and the Wrecking Crew complain futilely as Brian Rivera gets up, then climbs up with Marty Jannetty... SUPERPLEX!! He just brought him down hard! He covers him and hooks a leg, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Shoulder up at two and three-quarters! Brian Rivera gets up and stomps at Marty Jannetty a few times, then tags in David Wright Hubbard! Marty Jannetty starts getting up, but David Wright Hubbard just tosses him back into a corner, then begins beating him into submission with a series of huge punches! Marty Jannetty staggers out... and David Wright Hubbard grabs his throat! He lifts... CHOKESLAM!! Marty Jannetty's down, and David Wright Hubbard makes the cover, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Lars Coverdale leaps up on the top rope, then springs off with a springboard legdrop to the back of David Wright Hubbard's head, breaking the pin before three!!

David Wright Hubbard rolls off of Marty Jannetty, clutching the back of his head, then gets up, staggers to his corner, and tags in Bobby Danson. Marty Jannetty is inching his way towards his corner, looking for a tag... but Bobby Danson pulls him back. He puts on a cobra clutch, then lifts Marty Jannetty, and drills him into the canvas with a cobra clutch slam!! And now Bobby Danson pulls Marty Jannetty up across a shoulder... he's going for his running powerslam!! He takes a running start, but Lars Coverdale climbs into the ring, and Marty Jannetty slips down behind Bobby Danson, then shoves him forward... right into a superkick from Lars Coverdale! He falls backwards, into a roll-up by Marty Jannetty, and the Wrecking Crew enter the ring to cut off David Wright Hubbard and Brian Rivera as Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! And now both New Immortals are GONE!! (Bobby Danson was eliminated in 0:15:17.)

It's now four-on-two, Bobby Danson rolls out of the ring and starts heading backstage with Nicole, as David Wright Hubbard draws Brian Rivera and Stormy Weathers aside. He seems to be telling them something... and now he turns and assaults Marty Jannetty without warning! Jerry Rogers calls for the bell, and it looks like it's starting again! David Wright Hubbard pummels Marty Jannetty with some big right hands, then whips him into the ropes... LARIAT!! That just knocked him for a loop... and now David Wright Hubbard tags in Brian Rivera!! Brian climbs to the top turnbuckle, looking down at Marty, then yells "I'M GOING PLATINUM!!" and leaps off with a flying legdrop, connecting with Marty!

But he doesn't go for the cover... he pulls Marty Jannetty up, hooks him, and turns him around... BITCH SLAP!! He just nailed it, and now he goes for the pin! David Wright Hubbard perches on the top turnbuckle as Jerry Rogers goes down to count... and Blade charges in to make the save, but David Wright Hubbard brings him down with the Flying Cross Bodypress, as the count falls... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! Marty Jannetty's out now as well! (Marty Jannetty was eliminated in 0:16:20.)

Now the match is down to three-on-two... and as Blade, David Wright Hubbard, and Marty Jannetty roll out of the ring, Lars Coverdale charges in at Brian Rivera, eager to avenge his fallen partner! He takes Brian Rivera down with a dropkick, then whips him into the ropes and runs off the other side, nailing him with a spinning leg lariat in the middle! David Wright Hubbard comes in... and Blade comes in to stop him, but David Wright Hubbard mows him down with a lariat!! David Wright Hubbard charges Lars Coverdale, but Lars ducks... and David Wright Hubbard nails Brian Rivera with the lariat! Brian Rivera goes down, John Uldwall tackles David Wright Hubbard, and Lars Coverdale pulls Brian Rivera up, then goes behind him... RELEASE DRAGON SUPLEX!!

Brian Rivera's down, and Lars Coverdale turns him over and goes to the outside. He climbs to the top turnbuckle... and John Uldwall quickly rolls out of the ring and tackles Stormy Weathers, who was preparing to push Lars off of the turnbuckle! Lars gets up... FROG SPLASH!! He just hit it on Brian Rivera! David Wright Hubbard gets up and charges... but Lars Coverdale ducks another lariat as he gets to his feet, then turns and nails David Wright Hubbard with a dropkick, sending him spilling out of the ring! Lars Coverdale goes down and covers Brian Rivera, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! Brian Rivera is also eliminated!! (Brian Rivera was eliminated in 0:17:31.)

David Wright Hubbard is the last legal man in the match, and he's climbing back in now, looking angry and desperate, as Brian Rivera rolls out of the ring, heading back with Stormy Weathers. Let's not forget, this IS David Wright Hubbard, and if anyone can battle against three-on-one odds to emerge with a victory, he's one of the few who can! He enters the ring, and takes a swing at Lars Coverdale, but Lars blocks, then opens up with a few punches of his own! Lars Coverdale tags in John Uldwall, then whips David Wright Hubbard into the ropes and brings him down with a drop-toe hold, and John Uldwall drops an elbow between David Wright Hubbard's shoulder blades while he's down!

Lars Coverdale leaves the ring, and John Uldwall pulls David Wright Hubbard up into a standing headscissors... he's looking for a power bomb, but David Wright Hubbard backdrops him! John Uldwall crashes to the mat, and David Wright Hubbard turns and charges him... LARIAT!! No, John Uldwall ducks, wrapping around David Wright Hubbard, and brings him down with a big German suplex! He holds the bridge, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half by David Wright Hubbard! John Uldwall gets up, clobbering David Wright Hubbard a few more times, then tags in Blade. They both lift David Wright Hubbard for a double vertical suplex... and Lars Coverdale climbs to the top turnbuckle, then leaps off to nail David Wright Hubbard in the gut with a flying dropkick just before the Wrecking Crew brings him crashing down!! Blade covers him, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout!! David Wright Hubbard kicked out at two and three-quarters even after that impressive move!!

Blade picks David Wright Hubbard up, then places him on one of the top turnbuckles and climbs up with him. They're pulling out the big offense now, trying to put him away... and he hooks David Wright Hubbard for a superplex, but David Wright Hubbard shoves him off of the turnbuckle!! Blade gets up... but David Wright Hubbard's up too, perched on the turnbuckle... FLYING CROSS BODYPRESS!! David Wright Hubbard gets up immediately rather than going for the pin, and charges John Uldwall, knocking him off of the apron, then pulls Lars Coverdale up by the hair, lifts him in a Gorilla Press, then tosses him out onto John Uldwall!! Blade starts to get to his feet, but David Wright Hubbard turns around and kicks him in the midsection, then puts on a standing headscissors... POWER BOMB!! He folded Blade up, and now he's going for the pin! Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! David Wright Hubbard just beat Blade! (Blade was eliminated in 0:19:12.)

Blade rolls out of the ring, and it's down to two-on-one now, and John Uldwall enters the ring to face off against David Wright Hubbard. David Wright Hubbard's showing a little fatigue, and his limp may be a bit more pronounced as he advances on John Uldwall and locks up with him. David Wright Hubbard backs John Uldwall into a corner, then nails him with a right hand and whips him to the other side, but John Uldwall reverses! David Wright Hubbard crashes into the turnbuckles and staggers forward, and John Uldwall lifts him up high in the air, then tosses him to the mat with a Gorilla Press! David Wright Hubbard gets up again, and John Uldwall's waiting on him... and he tackles him hard to the mat! David Wright Hubbard's down, and John Uldwall climbs on top of him, drilling him with a series of punches!

John Uldwall makes the tag, and now here comes Lars Coverdale. David Wright Hubbard's getting up, but Lars Coverdale whips him into a corner of the ring, then follows him in and rocks him in the corner with a dropkick! David Wright Hubbard staggers out, and Lars Coverdale kicks him in the knee to double him over, then snap mares him down and springs to the top turnbuckle, turning around! David Wright Hubbard gets up... and Lars Coverdale comes off with a flying cross bodypress, but David Wright Hubbard jumps up to nail him with a dropkick to the chest! David Wright Hubbard goes down, clutching his knee, but Lars Coverdale is clutching his chest after that dropkick!

They both stay down for a while, but David Wright Hubbard's up first, and he nails Lars Coverdale with a right hand to the face as he begins standing, then whips him into the ropes. He goes for a lariat... no, Lars Coverdale ducks, catching his arm on the way under, then swings up into a crucifix... but David Wright Hubbard doesn't go down! He muscles him up, preparing for a Samoan Drop, but John Uldwall charges into the ring and nails David Wright Hubbard with a shoulder tackle square in the chest, knocking him over into the crucifix! Lars Coverdale has his shoulders down now, and David Wright Hubbard's kicking and struggling frantically... but Jerry Rogers is too busy lecturing John Uldwall on getting into the ring to notice! Finally he turns around to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two by David Wright Hubbard!

David Wright Hubbard and Lars Coverdale get up again, and David Wright Hubbard charges Lars Coverdale, but he gets brought down with a dropkick to the knee! David Wright Hubbard gets up, and Lars Coverdale puts him in a headlock, then runs and takes him down with a bulldog! Lars Coverdale gets up and makes the tag, and that brings in John Uldwall again! David Wright Hubbard gets up, and John Uldwall puts him in a standing headscissors, then lifts... POWER BOMB!! David Wright Hubbard crashed hard into the mat on that one, and John Uldwall goes for the cover. Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Shoulder up! David Wright Hubbard got a shoulder up out of the power bomb at two and three-quarters!

John Uldwall's going up to the top turnbuckle now... this match could be drawing to its end! He perches on top, waiting for David Wright Hubbard to get up... and when he does, he comes off with the Flying Shoulder Tackle... RIGHT INTO A LARIAT!! David Wright Hubbard just nailed him on the way down! He winces in pain, shaking out his right arm after delivering that lariat, but he shuts it out and charges Lars Coverdale, knocking him off the apron to the floor with a big right hand! He climbs to the top turnbuckle as John Uldwall gets up, moving a little slowly due to his knee and general fatigue. John Uldwall turns around... FLYING CROSS BODYPRESS!! It connected, and John Uldwall goes down under David Wright Hubbard! Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! David Wright Hubbard just took out another one! (John Uldwall was eliminated in 0:24:24.)

John Uldwall rolls out of the ring, and it's down to one-on-one! Here comes Lars Coverdale, as David Wright Hubbard gets up... and it's time for both of these two men to kick it into high gear. Lars Coverdale is faced with the prospect of facing a former VCW World Champion, one of the most devestating offensive wrestlers in history, with no previous experience competing at his level... but David Wright Hubbard is now faced with the challenge of fighting his way through the third of THREE opponents tonight! Both of these two men have a telling battle coming up here

Lars Coverdale steps in, as David Wright Hubbard gets up, wiping sweat-soaked hair out of his face. They move in, and David Wright Hubbard takes a swing at Lars Coverdale, who ducks, then jumps up and nails David Wright Hubbard with a kick to the face! That staggers him back, and Lars Coverdale grabs him and whips him into the ropes, then nails him with a spinning jumping thrust kick as he comes off the other side! David Wright Hubbard's down, and Lars Coverdale measures him as he begins getting up, doubled over... and Lars steps in with the Rocker Dropper! That brings David Wright Hubbard down again, and Lars Coverdale goes for the pin. Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout at two and three-quarters! He can't quite put David Wright Hubbard away!

Lars Coverdale gets up, and goes to the top turnbuckle. He's looking for the finish now, and David Wright Hubbard's still down... FROG SPLASH!! No, David Wright Hubbard moves! The Frog Splash just wiped out on the mat! David Wright Hubbard gets up, and pulls Lars Coverdale up with him, then wraps around behind him. He lifts... belly-to-back suplex! Lars Coverdale crashed down hard! David Wright Hubbard's starting to get back in the swing of things here... he pulls Lars Coverdale up, then tosses him into a corner and begins unloading on him with right hands to the face. Lars Coverdale slumps in the corner, and David Wright Hubbard puts him on the top turnbuckle, then starts climbing up with him. He hooks him... SUPERPLEX!! Lars Coverdale just crashed down hard on the canvas! David Wright Hubbard covers, and Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout at two and three-quarters!

David Wright Hubbard gets up, moving a little slowly with fatigue. He pulls Lars Coverdale up into a standing headscissors... POWER BOMB!! But Lars counters with a Frankensteiner! David Wright Hubbard crashes down, but Lars Coverdale collapses, rather than to stay on him for the cover! Now Lars Coverdale starts getting up... and he's going to the top turnbuckle! But David Wright Hubbard's up too... and he catches Lars going up, then grabs him and Gorilla Presses him off the top! Lars Coverdale crashes down in the middle of the ring, and David Wright Hubbard charges with a lariat... no, Lars Coverdale ducks! David Wright Hubbard turns around, as Lars pivots... SUPERKICK!! It connected! David Wright Hubbard goes down, and Lars Coverdale flops down on top of him for the cover! Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout at two and nine-tenths! David Wright Hubbard's still in the match somehow!

Lars Coverdale doesn't seem confident enough to go to the top rope again after being thrown down last time... instead, he pulls David Wright Hubbard up, knees him in the midsection, and goes for a Rocker Dropper... but David Wright Hubbard backdrops out of it! Lars flips over, lands on his feet, and goes for a clothesline... but David Wright Hubbard ducks, then pops up and nearly decapitates Lars with a huge lariat!! He covers him and hooks the leg, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Lars kicks out at two and three-quarters!

Now David Wright Hubbard steps out to the apron, and he's going to the top turnbuckle... he's looking to finish this match! Lars Coverdale gets up, and turns around, as David Wright Hubbard leaps... FLYING CROSS BODYPRESS!! But Lars Coverdale jumps up and dropkicks him in the chest!! David Wright Hubbard used that same counter against Lars Coverdale earlier in this match, and Lars just turned it around on him! Lars Coverdale gets up... but David Wright Hubbard's getting up as well, though he's doubled over and gasping for air. Lars runs over to him, taking advantage of the position... ROCKER DROPPER!! That took him down, and Lars rolls him over, then goes up to the top turnbuckle... FROG SPLASH!! That time, he hit it! He clutches his chest in pain momentarily, then rolls over and hooks David Wright Hubbard's leg, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! LARS WINS!! (David Wright Hubbard was eliminated in 0:29:37.)

The crowd cheers loudly as Jerry Rogers raises Lars Coverdale's hand in victory, and he seems very excited himself, as well he should be! He just pinned a former VCW World Champion and won this first elimination match in a big way! He goes up and starts posing on the top turnbuckles, one at a time, getting a larger round of cheers from the crowd each time... but as he goes up to the fourth corner, David Wright Hubbard gets up behind him, and climbs up with him! He hooks Lars Coverdale... and brings him crashing into the ring with a belly-to-back superplex!! Lars Coverdale's down, and the crowd boos as David Wright Hubbard pulls him up into a standing headscissors... POWER BOMB!!

David Wright Hubbard just laid Lars Coverdale out, and now he's heading backstage, to a large round of boos from the crowd. He came close to pulling this match out of the fire against three-on-one odds, but this display after the match is just aggression and bad sportsmanship. He storms backstage, leaving Lars Coverdale in the ring, just starting to come around after that huge power bomb.
