Still with us? That's good, because the action's ready to begin again! "Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit is playing, and here come Moy Lazzario and Steve "Mongo" McMichael, who will take on the Ontario Color Show, the team that they screwed out of a shot at the VCW World Tag Team Titles. They get into the ring, and Moy Lazzario has a microphone.

M. Lazzario: Listen up, you Canadian happy-Jack sissies, we're tired of hearing you talk about being the best damn tag team in VCW when you never win any matches, and we're out here to shut you up. We're gonna beat you, and break your necks just like Christina Ellis did to your stupid bimbo girlfriend just now!

Moy Lazzario seems like he's trying to make the Ontario Color Show mad, and it appears to have worked! "Until It Sleeps" by Metallica begins playing, but doesn't have much of a chance to get going before Owen Addison and Paul Canyon run to the ring and begin brawling with Mongo and Moy Lazzario! Linda Peterson is in the ring, trying to seperate the chaos... Mongo and Paul Canyon bow out, and we've got the match started!

Ontario Color Show

vs.

Steve "Mongo" McMichael & Moy Lazzario

Owen Addison and Moy Lazzario are starting this one out. Addison is obviously pretty pissed off here, as he drills Moy Lazzario with a series of punches, then whips him into the ropes, to catch him with a mean-looking elbowsmash. Moy Lazzario hits the mat, and Owen is on top with more punches. It's strange to see Owen Addison brawling like this. He hauls Moy Lazzario up. Fist to the midsection, and Owen follows it up with another elbowsmash, this one straight down on the neck. Moy Lazzario takes a whip into the ropes, and Owen Addison runs off the opposite side... jumping clothesline by Owen Addison! Moy Lazzario goes down, and Owen tags in Paul Canyon.

Owen Addison with a gutwrench pick-up on Moy Lazzario, setting him up for a sidewalk slam... and Paul Canyon puts a inverted headlock on, and they drop Moy Lazzario into a combination sidewalk slam/inverted DDT! Owen's out of the ring, and Moy Lazzario's still down. Paul Canyon puts a legdrop on Moy Lazzario just for fun, then picks him up and whips him into the ropes again. Paul Canyon nails him with a dropkick, knocking him down, then immediately runs the other way... off the ropes, he jumps up, Asai moonsault on Moy Lazzario! James Applebee counts the pin!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Kickout at two by Moy Lazzario! He's not done yet. Paul Canyon makes the tag and whips Moy Lazzario into the ropes... Owen Addison goes up top as Paul Canyon puts Moy Lazzario down with a drop toe hold... and Owen Addison just drove a top-rope elbowdrop RIGHT into the back of Moy Lazzario's neck! OUCH. Moy Lazzario writhes in pain as Owen Addison gets up. Owen hauls him to his feet, but he's still doubled over... swinging neckbreaker by Owen Addison!! Someone send a tape of that to the Rock and Buff Bagwell... THAT is how you do a swinging neckbreaker! Owen Addison just turned him over... he's going up top again... he jumps off for a flying legdrop... and Moy Lazzario rolls away! Moy Lazzario just dodged a flying legdrop to the back of the neck, and he still doesn't look like he's in a good way, but he's up, he makes the tag, and... oh, great. Here comes Mongo. The shrill whistling you hear in the air is the sound made by the quality of this match careening downward at a rapid rate.

Owen Addison's back up, but Mongo just clobbers him with a forearm smash. Mongo just keeps hammering him with forearms and punches, and Owen's down to one knee... now he's down on the mat. Mongo pauses to yell something about whooping on somebody's baby at someone in the crowd, then picks Owen up... and here's a bodyslam. Mongo into the ropes, and he comes off with an elbowdrop. Mongo's going for the pin, and James Applebee's counting...

ONE!!

TWO!!

Kickout at two by Owen Addison. Mongo complains about the count, like anybody's going to beat Owen Addison in a couple minutes with an elbowdrop. Owen's getting back up, and here's Mongo with the punches and forearm smashes to keep him subdued. Wait, here's a wrestling move! Atomic drop by Mongo, and Mongo's off the ropes, and catches Owen Addison with a clothesline! And here we get a Four Horsemen sign from Mongo. Give it up, man; that was only about four or five years ago.

Owen Addison whipped into the corner, and Mongo follows in with a shoulderblock. Owen whipped to the other corner now... Mongo's waiting for him as he staggers out... and Owen walks into a BIG powerslam! Mongo's covering, and James Applebee's counting...

ONE!!

TWO!!

Owen gets the shoulder up at two! He looks a little deflated after that powerslam. Mongo hauls Owen to the corner... a tag is made to Moy Lazzario, and here's a double side suplex from Moy Lazzario and Mongo to Owen Addison. Mongo picks Owen up, and puts him down with a bodyslam... and here comes Moy Lazzario to follow it up with a legdrop. Moy Lazzario whips Owen into the ropes, and bounces off the opposite side... cross body press from Moy Lazzario! Owen Addison goes down! James Applebee's down to make the count!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Nope, not today, as Owen Addison kicks out at two. Moy Lazzario isn't stopping to fool around now, though... he slips behind Owen Addison as he stands up... German suplex with a bridge by Moy Lazzario! James Applebee counts...

ONE!!

TWO!!

Shoulder up at two from Owen. Moy Lazzario rolls through with it, maintaining the rear waistlock... it looks like he's going to try another German suplex, but Owen Addison catches him with an elbow! Moy Lazzario lets go, but slips right into a full nelson instead! Full nelson by Moy Lazzario on Owen Addison! Moy Lazzario's not going for any kind of dragon suplex or anything here, just keeping the full nelson applied. Jerry Rogers is checking in, but I don't think we'll see Owen Addison submit just yet. He's fighting it... tries to flip Moy Lazzario over, and fails... now he's trying to make it to a turnbuckle and kick off like Christina Ellis earlier tonight, but Moy Lazzario spreads his legs, creating a stationary base that's harder to move... Owen Addison with a backward kick! He just kicked him low! Moy Lazzario doubles over! Owen Addison with a go-behind, and he puts on a full nelson of his own, into a dragon suplex! Dragon suplex on Moy Lazzario, and he's down! That couldn't have been good for his neck! But Owen couldn't hold the bridge, and Moy Lazzario's awfully close to his corner... Owen Addison's trying to pull himself forward to tag in Paul Canyon... Moy Lazzario tags in Mongo... and Mongo just rushed forward and clobbered Paul Canyon, knocking him off the apron just before Owen could make the tag! Owen turns to Mongo, and Mongo takes him down with a clothesline!

Mongo whips Owen Addison into the turnbuckle, and charges in with another shoulderblock. Owen's flattened in the corner, and here come a few Kevin Nash kneelifts from Mongo, then a few punches as well. Owen slumps in the corner, and Mongo puts a foot on his neck for a boot choke. James Applebee makes the count, but Mongo doesn't seem to like the idea of letting go. Finally, as James Applebee starts to threaten a disqualification, he breaks the choke. Mongo hauls Owen Addison up, lifts him over his head... Gorilla Press by Mongo! Owen just flew across the ring! Mongo's down with him, and here's a... sigh... rear chinlock.

Here we get the usual business... Mongo, the despicable heel, is using the ropes for leverage when James Applebee isn't watching... Owen Addison looks like he's going out... the crowd starts the usual stomping and clapping business... and James Applebee checks the arm. It goes down once... it goes down twice... he lifts it a third time, and Owen keeps it up! Owen starts fighting back to his feet! Owen loosens the chinlock with a few elbows, and sends Mongo off the ropes... Owen Addison misses with a clothesline, and Mongo comes off and tackles him out of his boots!! Owen is flatter than a pancake in the ring, and Mongo makes the tag to Moy Lazzario.

Mongo picks Owen up, and here's a bodyslam as Moy Lazzario goes up top... Mongo checks out, and Moy Lazzario hits a flying bodypress! He hooks the leg, and James Applebee's making the count again.

ONE!!

TWO!!

Shoulder up at two and a half by Owen Addison! Moy Lazzario doesn't look happy, but he's making the best of it as he whips Owen Addison into the ropes... then nails him with a Lou Thesz press!! Moy Lazzario with a Thesz press on Owen Addison, and now he's laying in the punches! "Stone Cold" Moy Lazzario lives!! He picks him up, and here's a kick to the midsection, followed by an Ace Crusher! The crowd pops a little, even though it's Moy Lazzario, but what the hell is Moy Lazzario doing? He gives him two middle fingers, and here's a cover...

ONE

TWO!!

Kickout at two and a half by Owen Addison! Moy Lazzario seems to be through playing Stone Cold, and it's back to playing Moy Lazzario as he grabs the arms and sticks a knee in the back for the bow-and-arrow submission. Owen Addison is in obvious pain as this hold compounds on the similar damage done by the full nelson earlier. He's slowly trying to get up, and the crowd's getting behind him... he's up to one knee... he's up, and he turns around out of it! He turns it into a backslide, and Moy Lazzario's shoulders are down!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Kickout at two by Moy Lazzario! Owen's still a little slow to get up... Moy Lazzario up, and he just kicked Owen right in the head! Owen's down, but Moy Lazzario hauls him back up... Moy Lazzario with a pair of knees to the gut, now he goes behind... he hooks the arms, and here's a tiger suplex! This could do it! James Applebee's down to make the count...

ONE!!

TWO!!

Paul Canyon makes the save! James Applebee is reading Paul Canyon the riot act for breaking up the pin, and that gives Moy Lazzario and Mongo plenty of time to drag Owen Addison into the corner and merrily administer a clubberin' to Owen Addison. The referee turns around as Mongo leaves... Moy Lazzario lays in a few good kicks to the gut, then makes the tag to Mongo.

Mongo comes in, and here's some more forearms and punches for Owen. Owen Addison gets tossed into the corner again, and Mongo takes delight in administering some more kneelifts and punches. Mongo whips him to the opposite corner, and he charges in... and Owen gives him a foot right to the face! Mongo spins around and doubles over as Owen Addison mounts the top turnbuckle... and Owen jumps off to hit a flying bulldog on him!! Mongo is down, but so is Owen!

Both of them are slow to get up... Mongo's up, and here's a tag to Moy Lazzario... but Owen's in his corner, he's reaching out, and the tag is made!! Here comes Paul Canyon!! Moy Lazzario comes in, and gets a dropkick! Mongo comes in, and gets one for himself as well! Another charge by Moy Lazzario, and he eats another dropkick! Mongo comes back for seconds, and he gets one too! Mongo staggers back into the ropes... and Paul Canyon hits a savate kick! Paul Canyon just knocked Mongo over the top rope with a savate kick!

Moy Lazzario's back up, and Paul Canyon runs off the ropes... flying forearm on Moy Lazzario! Paul Canyon picks him up, and lifts him on his shoulders... Owen Addison goes up top... and here's an elevated flying somersault neckbreaker on Moy Lazzario! Paul Canyon is going for the pin!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Mongo just reached into the ring and pulled Paul Canyon out by the leg at two and three-quarters! Mongo is hammering Paul Canyon outside of the ring, but Owen Addison's up on the top turnbuckle... he turns out to the brawl... and Owen Addison just jumped onto both men with a flying cross bodypress from the ringpost to the floor! He took out Mongo, but he sacrificed his partner too! All three men aren't in such hot shape, and neither is Moy Lazzario, in the ring, but Owen Addison is up first, and he's getting back into the ring.

Moy Lazzario is up too, and he meets him inside. Moy Lazzario goes for a clothesline, but Owen Addison ducks, then grabs him from behind! Moy Lazzario goes up... BACKDROP DRIVER!! Backdrop driver on Moy Lazzario from Owen Addison! This is it, but Owen's not the legal man... wait, I don't think he cares... he's isn't going to... HE DOES IT AGAIN!! A second backdrop driver on Moy Lazzario, who has to be clinically dead at this point. Wait, Paul Canyon's up, he just climbed up on the apron, and he's going up to the top turnbuckle, as Owen Addison lifts Moy Lazzario again... TOMBSTONE! Owen Addison just dropped Moy Lazzario in the Tombstone! Paul Canyon's on top, he's... wait, Mongo's up, and he just pulled Paul Canyon's leg! Paul Canyon is crotched on the top turnbuckle! Mongo's on the apron... not anymore he's not, Owen Addison just ran forward and knocked him off the apron with a dropkick! Paul Canyon's still crotched on the turnbuckle, but Moy Lazzario's in no danger of getting up any time soon... and he may not be getting up ever after this, because Owen just picked him up again... and here's another Tombstone!! Good God, are they trying to KILL Moy Lazzario!?

Steve McMichael's up again outside the ring, and he looks in... Owen jumps over the top rope, and dives onto him with a tope! Mongo just got sandwiched between Owen Addison and the guardrail! And now Paul Canyon's up... he's signalling for the Magic Carpet Ride... this is academic, Moy Lazzario's already roadkill... and he hits it!! Magic Carpet Ride on Moy Lazzario! James Applebee's down to make the count!

ONE!!

TWO!!

THREE!! Was there ever any doubt after Owen Addison went homicidal on Moy Lazzario!? Paul Canyon could have ran and gotten himself a cup of coffee, because Moy Lazzario wasn't going anywhere. Owen Addison's back in the ring, and the Ontario Color Show's celebrating the victory, but they're kind enough to look the other way as Mongo reaches in and retrieves Moy Lazzario's carcass and carries him backstage. Kind of odd that Moy Lazzario ended up like this, since he was the one who talked about breaking necks.

The Ontario Color Show defeated Moy Lazzario and Steve McMichael when P. Canyon pinned M. Lazzario with the Magic Carpet Ride in 0:16:42.
Rating: ** 1/2

But while we're on the subject of tag teams who do a lot of talking but are likely to get their necks broke, that brings us to the next scheduled match on the card, where "Doctor" Dave Adams and Main Street Pete will take on Stiff Competition A couple of guys who work stiff against a couple of guys who ARE stiffs!! RUHUHAHAHAHA!! No, seriously, that wasn't funny, and to tell the truth it's not like Dave Adams is that bad anyway. But right now, "War Machine" by KISS is playing, and here come Stiff Competition. Bass Rogers is in the ring... and uh-oh, he's got a microphone. This should be unique.

B. Rogers: Doctor Dave! Main Street Pete! Get out here, you bastards, and I'll rip your damn arms off! I'm gonna kill both you lousy punks, so get out here!

Short and to the point. "Calling Dr. Love" by KISS (what's with all the KISS music?) is playing, and here come "Doctor" Dave Adams and Main Street Pete, along with Nurse Vivacia. For all that she's obviously loaded up with a little silicone, she's looking hot. They're taking their time coming to the ring... they seem like they're discussing some tactics, but it looks like they might just be nervous. They climb into the ring... no sexual innuendo tonight for Dave Adams, as it looks like they're going to get straight down to business.

Stiff Competition

vs.

"Doctor" Dave Adams & Main Street Pete
w/Nurse Vivacia

Dave Adams and Dean Sanders are starting this one out... wow, it looks like we might see a little workrate and wrestling expertise here! Lockup, and Dean Sanders puts on a side headlock, but Dave Adams picks him up... he's going for a side suplex... no, Dean Sanders flips out of it and ends up behind him, then grabs his waist and takes him up... German suplex! Dean Sanders doesn't hold the bridge, though. He's waiting for Dave Adams to get up... and Dean Sanders whips him into the ropes... and Dean Sanders snaps a dropkick into his chest! Dave Adams goes down; that dropkick hit him like a gunshot! Dean Sanders picks him up, tosses him into the corner, and immediately serves him up an order of BRUTAL chest-chops with a side order of potatoes, drawing the Ric Flair pops from the crowd. Dave Adams is in pain as his chest turns bright pink, but there's no relief in sight as Dean Sanders tags in Bass Rogers.

Dean Sanders and Bass Rogers whip Dave Adams into the ropes, and give him an uncomfortable-looking double power bomb as he comes off. Dave Adams is writhing on the mat, and Bass Rogers is liking it as Dean Sanders steps out. Dave Adams gets up, and Bass Rogers just starts beating him up with some heavy punches. Dave Adams looks like he'd rather be watching Main Street Pete take this beating from the apron, but he doesn't get much say in the matter as Bass Rogers whips him into the ropes, then nearly tears his head off with a lariat! Dave Adams looks like a limp dishrag in the middle of the ring, and Bass Rogers drops an elbow and covers! This could be it! Linda Peterson's down to make the count!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Main Street Pete makes the save! Bass Rogers looks mad... he's going over to the corner, and he has Main Street Pete by the collar of his suit! He's going to haul him in and slap him around too! He... no, he's not going to do any such thing, because Dave Adams just came from behind with a low blow! Bass Rogers is doubled over, and Doctor Dave tags in Main Street Pete. They grab Bass Rogers, and give him a double vertical suplex! Bass Rogers falls to the mat with a heavy crash, and Dave Adams exchanges a confident glance with Main Street Pete.

Main Street Pete lays a series of elbowdrops onto Bass Rogers, then begins choking him. Linda Peterson gives him a five count, but is gracious enough to start over at four when he refuses to let go the first time. Pete hauls him back up, and begins laying in a series of pathetic Billy Gunn-style punches, which look even more pathetic after seeing Bass Rogers beating the crap out of Dave Adams just a few minutes ago. Bass Rogers doesn't seem to think much of them either, because he barely flinches. Pete gets the idea that Bass Rogers isn't going to sit here and take weak punches forever, so he grabs him and gives him a rather awkward reverse neckbreaker. Bass Rogers is down, and Main Street Pete gives him another pair of elbowdrops, then covers him. Linda Peterson is here to count.

ONE!!

TWO!!

Decisive kickout at two. Bass Rogers isn't staying down that easy! Pete with some more weak punches, and it's becoming obvious that he's losing control of Bass Rogers. So here's a side headlock. Restholds and elbowdrops... someone get Main Street Pete off of offense, NOW. Bass Rogers hesitates for about five seconds, languishing in the side headlock, before he gets fed up with it and sends Main Street Pete into the ropes from the headlock. Main Street Pete nails Bass Rogers with a pitiful clothesline that just bounces off his barrel-shaped chest. Bass Rogers snarls, daring him to try it again. Main Street Pete bounces off the ropes again... and Bass Rogers catches him in a belly-to-belly suplex! Main Street Pete is laid out, and Bass Rogers bounces off the ropes... there's a big splash! He hooks the leg!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Dave Adams makes the save! Bass Rogers is mad now, and he grabs Dave Adams, hauling him into the ring! Dave Adams gets bounced off the ropes, and takes a mean lariat! Dave Adams goes down and rolls out of the ring, and Bass Rogers likewise decides to check out, tagging in Dean Sanders.

Main Street Pete gets up and takes a swing at Dean Sanders, but Dean Sanders blocks it, and begins teaching him the right way to punch with a few demonstrations on his head. Main Street Pete is groggy, and Dean Sanders keeps up the abuse by giving him a vicious snap suplex. Dean Sanders picks him up again... and here's a power bomb! That could do it, but Dean Sanders isn't going for the pin just yet... he runs into the ropes and jumps, he's going for an Asai moonsault... oh, crap, Nurse Vivacia just pulled down the middle rope and Dean Sanders just jumped out of the ring through the ropes. His tailbone banged the ring apron in a way that did NOT look healthy. He's down, and holding his lower back in pain... Linda Peterson is asking Nurse Vivacia if she's responsible for that, and Dave Adams picks Dean Sanders up during the distraction, gives him a few forearms to the back just to be mean, then rolls him into the ring.

Main Street Pete is back up. He grabs Dean Sanders, sits on his back, applies the chinlock, and it's a camel clutch. Dean Sanders isn't liking this, especially after smashing his tailbone on the ring apron, and he doesn't seem to be able to fight his way out of the camel clutch very well. He's fighting it, but that little "accident" on the ring apron really hurt him... wait, he's getting up somehow... he's up, with Main Street Pete on his back, and he falls back on him, then rolls backwards to bridge him in a pinning combination!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Main Street Pete kicks out at two. Dean Sanders really didn't have the back strength to hold that one very well... he may have messed himself up landing on the apron. He's not getting up very fast now, as Main Street Pete beats him to his feet. Main Street Pete runs at Dean Sanders, but he ducks, and Pete runs past him and bounces off the ropes... then gets caught with a lariat! Dean Sanders hit a lariat on Main Street Pete, and they're both down! Both need to make the tag... Pete tags in Dave Adams... and Dean Sanders just tags in Bass Rogers!

Bass Rogers storms into the ring, looking to unleash all sorts of fury and anger on Dave Adams. Dave Adams turns around! He wants to tag Main Street Pete back in, and Pete sees it coming and jumps off of the apron! Dave Adams turns around, and Bass Rogers just explodes on him, drilling him with all kinds of punches, with a few chops thrown in for variety. Bass Rogers doubles him over... here comes a power bomb! He just folded Dave Adams up! He goes up top... MOONSAULT!! Dave Adams just got his chest caved in by a three hundred and thirty pound Moonsault!! Bass Rogers doesn't even bother to hook the leg, and why should he!? Linda Peterson's making the count!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Wait, Main Street Pete enters the ring and nails Bass Rogers with a chair! That's an instant DQ from Linda Peterson, but all it looks like he did was to make Bass Rogers mad! Main Street Pete holds the chair in front of his face like a useless putz, and Bass Rogers just headbutted the chair into his face!! Doing that with a dropkick is one thing, but Bass Rogers just did that with a headbutt! What's that supposed to be, the Van Bassinator? Bass Rogers is down to one knee, holding his head, but Main Street Pete is flat on his back! Now Dean Sanders has Nurse Vivacia on the outside! He throws her into the ring! She's begging for mercy and frantically apologizing, but I don't think that's going to cut it... Dean Sanders just gave her a swift kick to the midsection! And here's a standing headscissors... and a POWER BOMB!! Nurse Vivacia just got destroyed in the middle of the ring, and the crowd is loving it! Main Street Pete just got back up... Bass Rogers kicks him in the gut as well, and he gets a power bomb on the chair!

Stiff Competition defeated Dave Adams and Main Street Pete when B. Rogers beat Doctor Dave via disqualification in 0:07:54.
Rating: 1/4*

"War Machine" by KISS is playing, and Stiff Competition is on their way backstage. Some people are out to scrape the carcasses of Main Street Pete, Nurse Vivacia, and Dave Adams off of the mat. It may not have been a good match, but Dave Adams and Main Street Pete just took one hell of a beating.

The ring is clear now, and it's time for the next match. "Liquid Mercury" by Jimmy Page is playing over the arena sound system, and "The California Crippler" Ken Collins is coming in, set to take on Jiro Tobikuma for the VCW Television Title after making a challenge for it last Monday. Ken Collins has won two great matches against Moy Lazzario and Neytron DelArmeggio since going solo, and another better-than-expected match against Arthur Justice. Tonight, he faces a tougher brand of competition from the former SJPW World Champion, former VCW Intercontinental Champion, and current VCW Television Champion, Jiro Tobikuma.

Ken Collins is in the ring, awaiting the entrance of his opponent, and he doesn't have to wait long. "Thunder Kiss '65" by White Zombie starts playing, and here comes Jiro Tobikuma, wearing the VCW Television Title. He doesn't pose or play to the crowd as he walks to the ring; his mind is clearly focused on the task at hand, the task of defending the VCW Television Title against Ken Collins. He takes off the title and gives it one good, long, look before handing it to Linda Peterson, who displays it for the crowd and hands it to the timekeeper.

For the VCW Television Title:

Jiro Tobikuma (c)

vs.

"The California Crippler" Ken Collins

A pre-match handshake starts this one off, and unlike the opening match of the pay-per-view there's no spitting in faces. They lock up, and Ken Collins quickly grabs the right arm and starts wringing it out. Jiro Tobikuma winces in pain, obviously not liking that. He likes it even less when Ken Collins uses one hand to hold Tobikuma's arm extended, and uses the other arm to bring his elbow down on the shoulder joint. Jiro Tobikuma ducks low and twists out of the hold, then turns the table on Ken Collins by grabbing his arm and twisting. Ken doesn't seem too happy with that, but Jiro doesn't keep it on him too long, instead opting to whip him into the ropes. Ken Collins comes off the ropes and ducks under a lariat from Jiro Tobikuma, then nails him with a kick to the midsection... no, Jiro Tobikuma caught it, but Ken Collins brings the other leg up for an enzuigiri, which Jiro Tobikuma ducks! Jiro Tobikuma still has Ken Collins's leg, and he's putting on a spinning toe hold... but Ken Collins catches him and pulls him down into a small package! Linda Peterson's making the count!

ONE!!

TWO!!

Kickout at two by Jiro Tobikuma, and he pops up, looking mad. Ken Collins rushes him for a clothesline, but Jiro Tobikuma ducks, then spins around and knocks him right in the mouth with an elbowsmash, knocking him off his feet! Ken Collins may want to check to see if any teeth came loose on that one. But he's getting up, a little groggy... no, he's not, Jiro Tobikuma is hammering him back down with shots to the lower back, then drives a knee into his back once he's down. Ken Collins is still trying to get up. This time, Jiro Tobikuma picks him up, then hauls him up and brings him down across a knee in a backbreaker. But rather than letting go after the first one, Tobikuma pulls him up, then gives him a second backbreaker! Ken Collins didn't enjoy that at all, and it shows. Ken Collins would obviously like some time to lay on the mat, but Tobikuma picks him up, and whips him to the ropes again... and there's a spinebuster as he comes off the ropes! But Jiro Tobikuma still has Ken's legs... he turns him over... Boston crab! Ken Collins is straining, trying to reach the ropes... Linda Peterson's checking in, but he's not done yet... he's struggling reaching... and he made it! Ken Collins just made the ropes! Jiro Tobikuma has to break the Boston crab!

Jiro Tobikuma doesn't look happy at all about that. He's going up to the top turnbuckle... Ken Collins gets to his feet... flying cross bodypress from Jiro Tobikuma, but Ken Collins catches him with a dropkick on his way down! Jiro Tobikuma looks like he was just hit in the chest by a hammer, gasping for breath and clutching his chest. Ken Collins is back up, favoring his back, and puts a few stomps into Jiro Tobikuma's right shoulder. Jiro Tobikuma is getting to his feet, still feeling the effects of the dropkick, and Ken Collins whips him into the ropes immediately, then nails him square in the chest with a dropkick as he comes off the ropes. Jiro Tobikuma goes down, and Ken Collins gets up to drive an elbow into his chest, then cover him, hooking the leg. Linda Peterson's down for the count...

ONE!!

TWO!!

Kickout at two by Jiro Tobikuma. Ken Collins picks him up and whips him into the ropes again... Jiro Tobikuma hangs onto the ropes expecting another dropkick, but it doesn't come. Ken Collins runs forward, and there's a dropkick, with nowhere for Jiro Tobikuma to go to avoid it! Jiro Tobikuma tumbles out of the ring, and Ken Collins is going up to the top turnbuckle... flying cross bodypress from the ringpost to the outside! And Jiro Tobikuma moves! Ken Collins just wiped out on the floor!

Both men are down, and Linda Peterson is counting them out... Jiro Tobikuma is up at four, and Ken Collins is just starting to move. Jiro Tobikuma picks him up, maybe for a bodyslam or a backbreaker... no, he just rammed him into the ringpost back-first! Tobikuma's getting a little mean here, and the crowd lets him know of their disapproval with a scattered round of boos. Jiro Tobikuma lets Ken Collins down... and whips him into the guardrail back-first! Ken Collins is leaning up against the rail in pain, and Jiro Tobikuma rolls his right shoulder, working the kinks out, then gives Ken Collins a hard chop across the chest! The crowd responds by making Ric Flair sounds, and they do it again as Tobikuma hits a second chop. Ken looks a little mad now, and he fires back with a chop of his own to Jiro Tobikuma's chest, which is already sensitive after taking a few rough dropkicks. Jiro Tobikuma tries to back off, clutching his chest in pain, but Ken Collins grabs him and puts him against the guardrail, and lays another chop into him, drawing more "whooo"s from the crowd and a scream of pain from Jiro Tobikuma. But Linda Peterson's up to nine now, and Ken seems to realize he'd better take this inside.

Ken Collins rolls Jiro Tobikuma into the ring, and follows him in, walking with some difficulty due to obvious back pain. Ken Collins picks him up... belly to back suplex, and that took a lot out of both men; Ken dropped Jiro Tobikuma on his right shoulder, but seemed to throw out his back in the process. They're both up after a few seconds, and Jiro Tobikuma grabs Ken Collins, whipping him into the ropes... but Ken Collins jumps up and catches him with a Frankensteiner! Jiro Tobikuma gets back up, only to take a kick to the midsection, which Ken Collins follows with a vertical suplex. Tobikuma's down, but Ken's back still isn't liking any of this. He goes up to the second turnbuckle... he executes a Bret Hart-style elbowdrop from the second turnbuckle, and it caught Jiro Tobikuma right in the shoulder!

Ken Collins seems like he sees his chance. He picks him up... there's a power bomb, and he dropped him right on the shoulder again! It still didn't do his back any favors, though... he's hunched over, trying to fight his own pain as Jiro writhes on the mat. Ken's stomping on the shoulder now, still a little gingerly due to the condition of his back, and here comes an armbar submission on that right arm! Jiro Tobikuma's eyes nearly pop out of his head, and he's scrambling, trying to get to the ropes... Ken Collins is trying to hold him in place, but he's squirming closer and closer... and he makes the ropes. Ken Collins doesn't seem to like that, and now it's his turn to get a little mean as he rolls out of the ring, then grabs Jiro Tobikuma's arm from outside and pulls his shoulder into the ringpost, then bangs his arm against the side of it a couple times as well. For some reason, the fans are cheering him for doing it... maybe they've already made up their minds.

Ken Collins comes back in, and Jiro Tobikuma's getting up. Ken Collins grabs the arm, and once again he's going to twist on it for a while. But wait a second, Jiro Tobikuma twists out of it again, then ten whips him into the ropes! Ken Collins ducks a lariat as he comes off the ropes, and turns around... goes for a kick, and Jiro Tobikuma catches it... Ken Collins attempts an enzuigiri, but Jiro Tobikuma ducks... he still has the leg, this is looking awfully familiar, but no spinning toe hold this time... this time it's an STF! That's a bit of an unpleasant surprise for Ken Collins, and he has to scramble for the ropes, but gets them pretty quickly, avoiding further damage.

Ken Collins is getting up, but Jiro Tobikuma is up too, and he looks mad. Ken Collins tries to whip him into the turnbuckle, but Jiro Tobimuka reverses it, and Ken Collins slams into the turnbuckle back-first! Jiro Tobikuma's waiting on him as he comes out... LARIAT! Ken Collins just nearly got his head ripped off by that lariat, but Jiro Tobikuma may have hurt his arm in the process! Jiro Tobikuma's in pain, favoring the arm... he shuts it out, now he's going for the pin! Linda Peterson's counting!

THR... How the HELL did Ken Collins kick out of that! He just kicked out at the last fraction of a second! Jiro Tobikuma can't refrain from a brief stare of disbelief, but he's going to stay on him... he whips him into the turnbuckle, and he's waiting on him... could be another lariat... it is!! But Ken Collins ducked behind him and grabbed the arm... CALIFORNIA CROSSFACE!! Ken Collins has the California Crossface on... But he obviously used the last of the strength in his back... he doubles over, wincing in pain, and Jiro Tobikuma grabs his legs... sunset flip!! (Jiro Tobikuma retained the VCW Television Title.)

"Thunder Kiss '65" by White Zombie is playing, and Jiro Tobikuma is getting up, slowly, cradling his damaged right arm, as he reaches out to accept the VCW Television Title. He straps the title on, and it's evident that even this much effort is more than his arm wants to expend. With the title around his waist, he goes over to Ken Collins... he's helping him up... and there's a handshake, which gets a polite pop from the crowd. Jiro Tobikuma raises Ken Collins's hand, and many of the fans seem to be waiting for the Paul Orndorff turn into a clothesline, but it doesn't happen. With one final, mutual glance of respect, Ken Collins and Jiro Tobikuma begin making their way backstage. This was quite a good match.

I don't think we'll be seeing the same kind of respect in this next match, though... wait, "Domination" by Pantera is playing... who the heck is this!? It's John Uldwall and Robert Danson, coming out to the ring with Nicole. They enter the ring, and it looks like they're just focused on taking care of business tonight, since neither one does a lot of posing or goes for a microphone.

Here's "Highway To Hell" by AC/DC, and here come Jack Norman and Butch Manson of Hell's Bikers, who are set to take on John Uldwall and Robert Danson in tag team competition tonight. Like their opponents, they don't seem to have much interest in talking or playing to the crowd... they're going to let their in-ring actions speak for them tonight. Here we go, the match is ready to begin, and Jerry Rogers is in, calling for the bell to begin the match.

"Talk Dirty To Me" by Poison is playing over the arena sound system now, and it looks like a lot of new entrance music has been handed around, because here comes the Heavy Metal Express, Marty Jannetty and Lars Coverdale. They certainly seem energetic, and a little bit too carefree as they head to the ring to face the VCW World Tag Team Champions. Marty Jannetty still seems to be favoring his right arm, after Jacob Idol put him in an armbar during a post-match attack last Monday. And God help us... they have microphones.

M. Jannetty: Hey, everyone. I'm Marty Jannetty, and this is my most excellent partner, Lars Coverdale.

L. Coverdale: Party on, Marty.

M. Jannetty: Party on, Lars.

L. Coverdale: Yeah, I think I will. Because we're going to have a totally excellent victory celebration to cap off a super awesome pay-per-view after we win the VCW World Tag Team Titles tonight! That will be SO most totally excellent, dude.

Edge and Christian they aren't. The question is, after lucking into this shot at the VCW World Tag Team Titles, can they get lucky again with a victory over the champions? They were looking pretty impressive during their non-title match with the champions last Monday... but will they be good enough? We're about to find out, as "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin kicks on over the arena sound system, and here come the champions, Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon, accompanied by Jasmina Chastity. They're both wearing their titles, and Solomon has his hockey stick, though he leaves it on the apron as they step into the ring. The two teams prepare to face off as James Applebee enters the ring to officiate this match.

For the VCW World Tag Team Titles:

The Hammer of the Gods
(Jacob Idol & Rob Solomon) (c)

The Heavy Metal Express

Jacob Idol and Lars Coverdale are starting this one off. For all that he uses an unusual style, Lars Coverdale may be one of the few men capable of wrestling a technical match and keeping up with Jacob Idol. We'll find out, because here's the lockup, and Idol starts things off with a side headlock. Lars backs him into the ropes and bounces him off, breaking the side headlock. Jacob Idol runs off the opposite side of the ropes, Lars Coverdale jumps over him with a leapfrog, and here he comes from the other side... Lars Coverdale with a hiptoss! Marty Jannetty's in a lot of pain, but he's also very close to the ropes, and he makes it there quickly. Jacob Idol breaks the hold, but immediately nails Marty Jannetty with a few punches and kicks to the gut, not giving him a chance to get up. He grabs Marty by the hair, drags him to his own corner, and tags in Rob Solomon.

Jacob Idol takes Marty Jannetty down with a snap suplex, and Rob Solomon follows it up with an elbowdrop, then follows that up with another one. Marty Jannetty begins to pull himself to his feet, but Rob Solomon throws him into the corner, then begins assaulting him with a flurry of stiff punches and kicks to the head and midsection in the corner. Lars Coverdale goes down. Rob Solomon pulls him up and puts on an abdominal stretch, and immediately grabs the ropes for additional leverage as James Applebee checks on Lars Coverdale. The usual abdominal stretch spots follow, as every so often James Applebee happens to look at the ropes just as Rob Solomon takes his hand off of them. After a while of this, James Applebee finally catches him in the act, and orders him to break the hold. Rob Solomon complies, but takes out his frustration by turning around and popping Lars Coverdale in the mouth with a nasty-looking punch as soon as he's let go from the hold. (The Hammer of the Gods retained the VCW World Tag Team Titles.)

"Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin is playing over the arena sound system, and Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon are celebrating their victory. This one was close, though... the Heavy Metal Express proved that they are, in fact, a credible threat to the VCW World Tag Team Titles, and pushed Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon to the very end.
