We're back, and ready to begin Part Two of the biggest pay-per-view event in VCW history, Wrestlewar III!! The barbed wire is set up in place of the ropes, and we're ready for a match that has been two years in the making!! At the first ever VCW pay-per-view, the original Wrestlewar, Hell's Bikers and the Wrecking Crew met in a bloody Barbed Wire Match, and an intense rivalry has existed between the two teams since. Tonight, both teams have promised to face each other one more time in a match that will end the rivalry once and for all.

"Domination" by Pantera is playing over the arena sound system, and the crowd explodes into cheers as John Uldwall and Blade, the Wrecking Crew, comes out of the backstage area. They're known as one of the toughest tag teams in VCW, as well as the longest-reigning former VCW World Tag Team Champions in history. But two years ago, they lost the first Barbed Wire Match against Hell's Bikers. They enter the ring, sliding under the barbed wire ropes, and await the entrance of their long-time opponents.

"Highway To Hell" by AC/DC kicks on, and here come Jack Norman and Butch Manson of Hell's Bikers! They're the two original members of Hell's Bikers, and the two men who have feuded with the Wrecking Crew more intensely than perhaps anyone else in VCW. Tonight, in a barbaric display of bloodshed, this feud will come to a climax. You won't see any ten-minute promos full of catchphrases or emotional moments with valets coming from any of these four men... they're here for one reason and one reason only, and that's to destroy their hated enemies in the middle of a squared circle of barbed wire! Jack Norman and Butch Manson slide into the ring as well... and they're not wasting any time in starting to brawl with the Wrecking Crew!! They're exchanging blows in the middle of the ring, and here comes VCW referee Jerry Rogers to officiate this match! It's beginning now!!

Barbed Wire Match:

Hell's Bikers (Jack Norman & Butch Manson)

vs.

Wrecking Crew

Blade and Butch Manson quickly spill out of the ring as they brawl, getting a few nasty rakes from the barbed wire in the process, leaving John Uldwall and Jack Norman as the legal men via default. This isn't going to be pretty... and Jack Norman starts off the bloodshed, whipping John Uldwall straight into the barbed wire! John Uldwall bellows in pain and staggers forward, with several bloody gouges in his back... and Jack Norman nearly caves in his ribcage with a massive boot to the chest!! Jack Norman smashes a massive forearm across the bloody back of John Uldwall, clubbing him down as he tries to get up... but John Uldwall gives him a low blow!! And why not? Technical wrestling and sportsmanship can go out the window... this is a Barbed Wire Match, for God's sake!

Jack Norman doubles over, and John Uldwall gets to his feet, then drills Jack Norman with several massive right hands, and now he whips him into the barbed wire! Jack Norman staggers forward, his shirt and skin torn in several places by the barbed wire... and John Uldwall whips him into the other side! Jack Norman staggers out again, and John Uldwall nails him with a kick to the midsection, then hooks him for a vertical suplex! He's going to try to suplex the monster of a man that is Jack Norman... and he gets him up!! He's holding him up... and walking forward... and he drops him chest-first across the barbed wire!! The crowd let's out an audible "oooohh" as Jack Norman's chest is shredded on the barbed wire, and he falls to the apron, then to the floor. A strip of blood-soaked cloth is hanging off of the front of Jack Norman's shirt, and the hole in his shirt reveals a pair of deep, jagged lines gouged in his flesh.

John Uldwall slides out under the barbed wire, going after Jack Norman, as Butch Manson and Blade continue to brawl on the other side of the ring. Jerry Rogers is opting not to count them out, and that's probably a good idea... they want to end this feud once and for all with a decisive end, not with a cheap count-out. Jack Norman starts to get up, but John Uldwall grabs his arm, then pulls him into a stiff short clothesline! Jack Norman goes down, and John Uldwall rips off his tattered, bloody shirt and throws it into the crowd, revealing that both sides of Jack Norman's body are covered by lines and gouges from the barbed wire. Now he's reaching under the ring, and he pulls out some of the extra barbed wire that wasn't used to line the ring! He's wrapping it around Jack Norman's throat... he's strangling him with barbed wire!! If one of those barbs taps an artery on his neck, this could kill him!!

But Jack Norman has the presence of mind to reach up and nail John Uldwall with a massive fist to the gut, then another one. John Uldwall releases him and doubles over, and Jack Norman pulls the barbed wire off of his neck... and fortunately, he only has a few superficial scratches, and isn't going to bleed to death in front of us. He picks John Uldwall up... and bodyslams him down hard on the steel ramp!! John Uldwall is convulsing on the steel, and now Jack Norman's grabbing a chair... and he's wrapping the left-over barbed wire around it!! He has that chair wrapped in barbed wire, as John Uldwall gets up... and he brings it down hard across his head!! John Uldwall collapses to the floor, then starts to pull himself up, and it can be seen that his forehead has been opened up severely after that barbed wire chairshot. As he starts to get up, Jack Norman hammers him on the back with the chair... and when he pulls it away, there's a little shred of flesh hanging on the barbed wire!! John Uldwall's back is bleeding heavily, and Jack Norman just whacks him with the chair again!! Now he's setting the chair down... what's this about. He picks John Uldwall up by the throat... no, not this... CHOKESLAM ON THE CHAIR!! John Uldwall is LAID OUT!!

The crowd is chanting "HOLY SHIT!" and Jack Norman stops, looking around at the chanting fans and smiling. He pauses to bellow at the crowd and flex his muscles, showing off his massive, but battered and bloody physique. As the chants die down, Jack Norman hauls John Uldwall up and carries him to the apron. John Uldwall's back looks like raw hamburger, and he leaves a huge, bloody blotch on the ring apron as Jack Norman rolls him back into the ring. This one could be over right now... Jack Norman covers him, and Jerry Rogers goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... foot on the barbed wire!! How is John Uldwall still in this after taking that Chokeslam on a chair covered in barbed wire not more than thirty seconds ago!? Butch Manson and Blade have ceased brawling and returned to their corners now, and each man is waiting for a tag.

Jack Norman turns to the apron and tags in Butch Manson, who enters the ring and pulls John Uldwall to his feet, revealing a huge bloody spot on the mat. Butch Manson drives a massive forearm down onto the ruins of John Uldwall's back, connecting with a loud, sickly splat and sending spatters of blood into the air. John Uldwall shouldn't even be in the ring right now... he needs serious medical attention. Butch Manson hauls him up, and brings him down with a bodyslam... and he's rolling out of the ring! What's he doing!? He's got the spool of unused barbed wire, and he's taking it off of the chair... and he's wrapping it around his own leg! Many of the barbs sink into Butch Manson's leg through the denim of his pants, but he doesn't seem to care! He's back up on the apron, and climbing to the top turnbuckle... don't tell me he's going to try the Flying Legdrop with his leg wrapped in barbed wire!! He is!! Butch Manson comes off the top turnbuckle... and John Uldwall rolls out of the way!! Butch Manson just crash-landed on the mat with his leg wrapped in barbed wire, and he's squirming on the mat in pain... and somehow, John Uldwall's dragging himself to his corner! He pulls himself to the corner, and makes the tag! Here comes Blade!!

Butch Manson's just starting to get up as Blade comes in... and Blade takes him down again with a massive leg lariat! Blade pulls Butch Manson up, and whips him into the barbed wire, then charges him and runs him over with a massive clothesline as he staggers forward! And now Blade's crouching over Butch Manson, and opening up on him with big right hands! But Jack Norman enters the ring, and clobbers Blade from behind, while John Uldwall's still left on the apron in a bloody heap, too weak to enter the ring and retaliate! Jerry Rogers is ordering Jack Norman out of the ring, and admonishing him for his interference, but the damage has been done. Butch Manson gets up, bleeding from several puncture marks himself, and pulls the barbed wire off of his leg... evidently he realizes now that that was a bad idea.

Blade's starting to get up now as well, but Butch Manson nails him with a massive headbutt, taking him down again. Now Butch Manson's tagging in Jack Norman, and he comes in as Blade starts to get up again. Jack Norman nails Blade with a few hard right hands, then picks him up... and gives him a bodyslam on the discarded barbed wire!! Jack Norman pulls Blade up again... and the barbed wire is still sticking in his back! He picks him up... and gives him a second bodyslam on the barbed wire! Jack Norman turns Blade over, and pulls the barbed wire off of Blade's back, ripping a few shreds of flesh out of his back as he does so. Blade's still trying to pull himself up... and Jack Norman grabs him by the back of his head. He's taking him to the barbed wire ropes... and he's running his forehead across the barbed wire!! How sadistic can you get!? After running his forehead across several nasty barbs, Jack Norman lets go... and now Blade's forehead looks like John Uldwall's back. Blood is streaming down his face like a waterfall, and Jack Norman draws back and nails him in the face, sending blood splattering everywhere!! Numerous members of the crowd are turning away in disgust... this is just getting SICK.

Jack Norman makes the tag again, and here comes Butch Manson. Butch Manson immediately begins hammering Blade in the face, splattering drops of blood in the nearby ring area in the process, and turning his fist completely red. Now he's sinking his fingernails into the gashes on Blade's forehead, and he's ripping at them... he's trying to open up the cut even further! And now he's... oh God, don't, this is SICK... he's biting his forehead!! He's gnawing on Blade's profusely bleeding forehead wound, tearing it open further with his teeth!! Butch Manson drops Blade and looks around at the crowd wildly, with Blade's blood trickling from his mouth down his chin, dripping from his beard. He doesn't even look human... he looks like some sort of predatory animal fresh from the kill... and in his mind, that's probably exactly what he is.

Butch Manson tags in Jack Norman again, and even Jack Norman's staring at him with a little bit of awe. Jack Norman comes in and clobbers Blade with a few forearm smashes, then puts him in a standing headscissors in front of the loose barbed wire. He bellows out "THIS IS IT!!" to the crowd, and tries to lift him... he's going to power bomb him on the barbed wire!! But Blade counters it with a backdrop, and Jack Norman lands on his back on the barbed wire!! The crowd explodes into cheers, and Blade staggers to his corner, where somehow, the bloody remains of what was once John Uldwall are standing on the apron, reaching out for a tag!! And Blade makes the tag!!

John Uldwall enters the ring, stalking towards Jack Norman, and he looks like a walking zombie. Jack Norman gets up, with the barbed wire still sticking into his back, and throws a big right hand... but John Uldwall blocks it! He fires back with a series of punches of his own, then whips Jack Norman into the barbed wire... and catches him with a spinebuster slam as he comes off!! Butch Manson enters the ring... and John Uldwall nails him with a kick to the midsection, then picks him up... OH MY GOD!! John Uldwall just dropped Butch Manson throat-first on the barbed wire in a Hotshot! Butch Manson turns and staggers towards him, bleeding heavily... and John Uldwall knocks him down with a massive football tackle!! And now Jack Norman is getting up, still with barbed wire stuck in his back... and John Uldwall tackles him too!! And now he's tagging in Blade again!!

John Uldwall pitches Butch Manson out of the ring, then crouches in one of the corners, as Blade climbs to the top turnbuckle in the opposite corner. Jack Norman's caught in the crosshairs as he gets up... BREAKDOWN!! They just caught Jack Norman with the Breakdown!! Blade collapses and drags himself on top of Jack Norman, as Jerry Rogers goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... KICKOUT!! WHAT!?!? Jack Norman just kicked out of the Breakdown!! As far as I can remember, that's never happened before!! But tonight, in a brutal Barbed Wire Match with two years of hatred on the line, Jack Norman somehow kicked out after the Breakdown!!

John Uldwall quickly rolls out of the ring and grabs a chair on the outside, then uses it to nail Butch Manson as he gets up outside the ring, sending him crashing back to the floor. He slides back into the ring with the chair, and rips the barbed wire off of Jack Norman's back... and now he's winding it around the chair!! Jack Norman starts to get up... and John Uldwall nails him with the chair wrapped in barbed wire!! Blade still hasn't moved... he may have passed out from blood loss. Jack Norman's down, and John Uldwall climbs to the top turnbuckle with the barbed wire chair. Jack Norman begins to pull himself to his feet, perhaps on instinct alone. Looking for John Uldwall, he turns around... RIGHT INTO A TOP-ROPE BARBED WIRE CHAIRSHOT!! Jack Norman goes down like a felled oak tree, and John Uldwall covers him, hooking the leg... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! The Wrecking Crew wins!!

Barbed Wire Match:
The Wrecking Crew defeated Hell's Bikers (Jack Norman and Butch Manson) when Uldwall pinned J. Norman after hitting him with a barbed wire chair in 0:19:53.
Rating: ** 1/2

The crowd is going crazy as John Uldwall gets to his feet and raises his hands high in the air, basking in the cheers of the crowd... but then he falls to his knees and collapses to the mat. This match took a hell of a lot out of everyone involved... all four men are laid out, motionless, in and around the ring. Tonight, these four men showed us what hardcore wrestling is all about. Kendo sticks and aluminum-foil trashcans aren't hardcore... THIS is hardcore. With no titles on the line, with nothing but two years of bitter hatred urging them on, these four men damn near killed each other right here in this ring. The Wrecking Crew will go down as the winners tonight, avenging their loss at the first Wrestlewar two years ago, but all four of these men left everything they had in this ring. Nobody held anything back... all four literally put their lives on the line, their hatred was so strong.

Stretchers are out for all four men... we knew that some extra ambulances and medical crews would be needed given matches like this one and the Living Hell Match later on in the card, and the medical teams were prepared for carnage. All four men are loaded onto stretchers and wheeled away. All of these men are going to need serious medical attention after the hell they just put themselves through. As the four combatants are taken backstage on stretchers, the crowd rises and begins giving them a standing ovation, with chants of "VCW!" and "THEY'RE HARDCORE" erupting in the crowd. This match was without a doubt one of the most carnage-filled encounters in VCW.

The ring crew's out... and this could be a while. They're going to take down the barbed wire, and replace the blood-soaked mat of the ring with a clean one, so they'll need some time. In the meantime, let's go backstage to Crimson, and get his reaction to the match we just saw, where his teammates in Hell's Bikers were defeated after one hell of a fight.

Backstage...

Ziggy Adderloaf is shown backstage with Crimson, Dick Douglas, and "Macho Man" Randy Savage, all of whom are just now taking their eyes off of the monitor that previously displayed the match between Hell's Bikers and the Wrecking Crew. Ziggy steps forward to address Crimson, obviously nervous.

Z. Adderloaf: Crimson... we just saw your teammates in that brutal Barbed Wire Match... any thoughts you'd like to share with us after that match!?

Crimson: Listen, kid, that wasn't a match... that was a fucking bloodbath. And let me just say this. Jack and Butch might have lost that match, but they went out there and fought a fight that nobody else in VCW could fight, and I respect that. They lost that match... but they showed that they're made of something different than every other man walking the face of the earth, that they're two of the baddest, deadliest men in the world, that they ain't afraid to spit in death's face... and that's what Hell's Bikers are all about. You understand me!?

Z. Adderloaf: Yeah. Yes, I do. They really showed us just how tough they are.

Crimson: Yeah, I wanted to make that real damn clear. They ain't losers. Unlike THIS punk motherfucker...

Crimson suddenly turns and grabs Dick Douglas by the shirt, lifting him up and shoving him against the wall. Dick Douglas cries out and begins squirming pitifully, but Crimson just stares into his eyes.

Crimson: Listen to me, and listen good, you little piece of shit. You ain't been winning a lot lately. Tonight, you and Savage have a tag team match... and if you don't hold up your own end tonight, it's your ass. You got that!?

D. Douglas: Yeah... sure thing, boss. Don't worry.

Crimson drops Dick Douglas, causing him to land roughly on the floor.

Crimson: I ain't the one who needs to worry, boy.

Z. Adderloaf: So, then you're not worried about David Wright Hubbard's challenge to your title tonight?

Crimson: Hell no, I ain't worried about that dumb son of a bitch! He goes running around on his bad knee, thinking he stands a chance against me after all the times I kicked his sorry ass time and time again... tonight, this just makes it official. There shouldn't be any doubt in anybody's mind that he's a dead man when I get him in the ring tonight. Crimson ain't gonna lose the VCW World Title to a man with a crippled leg, and that's just all there is to it.

Z. Adderloaf: No shortage of confidence here, I see. We'll all be looking forward to that match, coming up later tonight as the main event of Wrestlewar III.

Crimson: Yeah, whatever. You about done in here!?

Z. Adderloaf: Well, yeah...

Crimson: Okay, then... there's the door, now drag your sorry little ass out of it. I'm expecting some company, and you ain't invited to stay and visit. So get the fuck out.

Ziggy Adderloaf quickly steps out of the room, and the camera fades out on Crimson's locker room.

Who could Crimson be expecting? On the night of his biggest title defense yet, it's hard to imagine that he'd be having a routine visit backstage. He doesn't seem like the type who would have friends or family greet him backstage before a big match like this, so there must be something deeper to this. But at any rate, the replacing of the mat and ropes is just about complete.

"Star Cycle" by Jeff Beck begins playing over the arena sound system, and here comes Christina Ellis to a mild pop from the crowd. She had extended a challenge tonight to any legitimate female wrestler in the world for a match, but we haven't heard anything more since that challenge was issued. She's coming out with a microphone in hand, so maybe she's here to explain a little more about that situation. She climbs into the ring, as ring crew members continue to put the finishing touches on replacing the ropes.

C. Ellis: As you may know, about a month ago, I challenged any legitimate female wrestler in the world to come to Wrestlewar to face me tonight. But there have been a lot of issues standing in the way that... contracts, existing obligations, schedules, money... and as a result, I haven't heard a formal answer to my challenge. Maybe somebody's just waiting to surprise me, or maybe... here in Canada, the country that has turned out some of the greatest wrestlers the world has ever known, including myself... here in Calgary, the wrestling capital of Canada... maybe there's somebody in the building who has the guts to accept my challenge and the skills to make it one hell of a match.

The crowd cheers at the mention of Canada and moreso at the specific mention of Calgary.

C. Ellis: So if there's any woman backstage with a pair of tights, a pair of boots, and the skills to give Calgary a great match... get out here and let's wrestle.

"Cherub Rock" by Smashing Pumpkins begins playing... and we haven't heard this music before. Who the heck could this be!?!? The lights go dim, except for bright orange light shining through the backstage area. A slender female silhouette steps into view, and the lights are going back to normal... it's Sophie!?!? One of Rex Richards's valets, Sophie, just stepped out of the backstage area! Is SHE a legitimate wrestler!? She has a microphone, and raises it to speak...

Sophie: Christina Ellis... hahahahaha... you have made a foolish mistake. Your challenge has been accepted by none other than me... the Supreme Kickboxing Assassin, Sophie Jukodo! Not only are my skills far greater than yours, but I'm also a master entertainer, a high-flying crusader, and a totally babed-out piece of dreamcake that all guys just go CRAZY for. Christina Ellis, I'm nothing less than the Ultimate Mistress of Survival and Death, and tonight is SOOOOO not your lucky night.

The scariest thing is that this isn't being dubbed in, as has been done before in other gimmicks... these ridiculous words are actually coming out of Sophie's mouth. Christina Ellis, along with most of the rest of the crowd, is just staring in shock... what in the HELL brought this on!? Sophie doesn't look like she's done yet, though...

Sophie: So, in short, you have no chance to survive. Retreat is your only option, but there's nowhere to run!! RUHUHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Fate has sealed you in an endless prison of despair, and as freedom flashes before you, tantalizing you like thoughts upon a dream, but I'm here to snatch it away and bring a cruel and efficient demise. My name is Sophiemandias, Queen of Karate... look on my skills, ye mighty, and despair!!

Sophie tosses aside the microphone and goes into an amazing display of martial arts prowess, with lots of flashy jumping spin kicks and rapid flips and moves. She finishes the display and grabs the microphone again, but Christina Ellis beats her to it.

C. Ellis: So you're a saying you're a legitimate wrestler. You're saying you want to get in the ring and take my challenge.

Sophie: I'm saying MORE than that. This won't even be a challenge for me... it'll be a cakewalk, and I like cake. Especially angel food cake, because it's SOOOO light and fluffy and yummy... but anyway, this won't even be a challenge. I've already won. You've already lost. Victory is mine. This match was over before it even started. Stick a fork in yourself, because you're done. All your base are belong to me. That's all there is and there ain't no mor--

C. Ellis: Shut up. So you're saying you accept the match?

Sophie nods eagerly with a cheerful smile on her face.

C. Ellis: Then get in the ring and quit wasting my time.

Sophie nods again, but holds up a finger as if to say "just wait a second"... and she's going backstage... and bringing out a skateboard!? Oh, for God's sake, just when we thought this couldn't get any more ridiculous... she's skateboarding down the ramp to the ring! At the bottom of the ramp, she props the skateboard up against the ringsteps, and now she's climbing inside. Sophie enters the ring, and Brendan Powers is in as the official referee as this match starts.

Christina Ellis

vs.

Sophie

Sophie immediately goes into a martial-arts stance as Christina Ellis approaches. Christina Ellis steps forward, and Sophie throws a kick... which Christina Ellis catches! Christina Ellis takes Sophie down with a dragon screw leg whip, and she transitions it into a half Boston... and Sophie cries out in pain! The camera can audibly catch her yelling "Ow, stop it, let go, that hurts!" and Christina Ellis is so surprised that she DOES let go, allowing Sophie to squirm her way to the ropes. Sophie pulls herself up, and shakes out her leg... she wasn't too successful that time around.

It looks like they're going to do things differently this time. Sophie locks up with Christina Ellis... and Christina whips her into the ropes. Sophie ducks under an attempted clothesline, and runs off the other side... and she comes off with a leg lariat, knocking Christina Ellis off her feet! Christina Ellis gets up, and Sophie begins laying in kicks to her ribs... and she grabs her around the waist... and puts on a bearhug!? Sophie's trying to use a bearhug on Christina Ellis... and it's just not working. Christina Ellis reaches up and punches Sophie in the face, breaking the hold. You just do NOT try to use a bearhug if you're a hundred and twenty pounds when soaking wet.

Sophie staggers back, and Christina Ellis gives her a couple of knees to the midsection, then hooks her arms... double underhook suplex! Sophie's getting back up, and Christina Ellis comes in from the side, taking her down again with a Russian legsweep! Not knowing when to quit, Sophie's pulling herself up again... and she gets a kick to the midsection, then another double underhook suplex! Christina Ellis pulls her up again, and takes her down with a belly-to-back suplex, then pulls her up yet again and gives her a second belly-to-back suplex as well! Sophie's down, and Christina Ellis isn't showing any signs of stopping. She picks her up, and gives her a stiff snap suplex! Sophie's just getting tossed around like a rag doll with all of these suplexes! Now Christina Ellis is going up to the top turnbuckle... and she comes off with a flying bodypress!! Sophie's not moving, and this should be academic... Brendan Powers makes the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Shoulder up!! Somehow, Sophie got a shoulder up! She looked as though it was over, but she's still in it!

Unfortunately for Sophie, that means Christina Ellis is going to pick her up and continue the offense... and Christina Ellis takes her down with another belly-to-back suplex... then pulls her up again, and gives her another belly-to-back suplex. She's pulling her up again, and gives her a THIRD belly-to-back suplex... and now she's shifting her grip... and she takes Sophie down with a release German suplex!! Sophie's getting dropped on her head repeatedly... but given the nonsensical babble that we heard from her earlier, this might not be the first time that's happened. Christina Ellis picks Sophie up again, and sets her up on the top turnbuckle, with her back facing the ring. She goes up after her... and brings her down with a HUGE belly-to-back superplex!! That should do it... and Christina Ellis makes the cover. Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Shoulder up!! How is Sophie staying in this match!?

Christina Ellis is looking down at Sophie with a combination of frustration and contempt... it's obvious that this isn't the competitive display of athleticism she intended to have, but at the same time she can't seem to believe that Sophie won't stay down. She pulls her up again, and hooks her in a full nelson... DRAGON SUPLEX!! That'll do it... Christina Ellis holds the bridge, and Brendan Powers makes the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... SOPHIE KICKS OUT!! Unbelievable... how's Sophie escaping? Christina Ellis picks her up again and goes behind her... BACKDROP DRIVER!! Okay... THAT should do it. Brendan Powers goes to make the count again... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... WHAT!?!? Sophie kicked out after the backdrop driver as well!! Christina Ellis looks shocked, but now she's putting Sophie up on her shoulders... what's she doing!? OCEAN CYCLONE SUPLEX!! And Christina Ellis holds the bridge, as Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!!

Christina Ellis pinned Sophie after an ocean cyclone suplex in 0:04:51.
Rating: * 3/4

That wasn't quite the display of technical wrestling prowess that Christina Ellis wanted. Sophie refused to stay down, but that wasn't a wrestling match, it was an execution. Christina Ellis looks somewhat displeased with her victory as Brendan Powers raises her hand, but what can she do!? Hold on, "Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye just kicked on over the arena sound system, and here comes Rex Richards along with Minako and Komachi!! He's a little fatigued from his match with Salvaje Demonio, and he doesn't look especially pleased with Sophie.

Rex Richards, Minako, and Komachi enter the ring, checking on Sophie, as Christina Ellis backs up to give them some space. In spite of the fact that she could easily have a serious neck injury after taking all of those devestating suplexes, they're not showing any particular care with Sophie, generally shaking her and prodding her until she comes to. Rex Richards pulls her up to her feet, then grabs a microphone as Sophie leans against the corner of the ring, holding her neck in pain.

R. Richards: Have you lost your fucking mind!? What in the hell's wrong with you!?

Minako grabs Sophie's shoulders and begins escorting her out of the ring, to the backstage area, helping her to stagger backstage. Rex Richards turns to Christina Ellis as Sophie is led backstage.

R. Richards: Listen, lady... I'm real sorry about that. That stupid little slut wasn't supposed to be out here doing that tonight. It won't happen again.

Rex Richards sets the microphone aside and begins backing up, continuing to apologize to Christina Ellis. Komachi steps forward and offers her hand to Christina Ellis, who takes it and... BLUE MIST!! Komachi just sprayed Christina Ellis with the blue mist, and she's clutching at her eyes... and Komachi's pounding the hell out of her with hard shots to the head and ribs! Komachi doubles Christina Ellis over with a kick to the midsection, then puts her in a standing headscissors. She picks her up... and she takes a running start!! RUNNING POWER BOMB!! Komachi just laid Christina Ellis out with that devestating running power bomb! Looking pleased with herself, she walks over to Rex Richards and plants a huge kiss on him as the crowd boos loudly. What was that all about!?

They roll out of the ring, and Rex Richards is making a slightly disgusted, sour face after that kiss; the residue of the blue mist in Komachi's mouth didn't seem to agree with him. But why did Komachi attack her? Rex Richards had just seemed content to apologize and leave... or was that a distraction, so Komachi could attack? Whatever the case, they head backstage, leaving Christina Ellis laid out in the middle of the ring. Eventually, she comes around enough to roll out of the ring, where a ring crew member hands her a towel that she begins using to wipe her face and eyes as she staggers towards the backstage area.

"Through The Never" by Metallica kicks on over the arena sound system, and the crowd cheers as Tim Bell comes out of the backstage area, ready for the next match on the card against King Rasta, where he will challenge for the VCW Television Title. He stops briefly to put a hand on Christina Ellis's shoulder and say something to her briefly before she steps backstage, then heads to the ring, where he'll do battle with King Rasta for the VCW Television Title. Tim Bell is already a three-time VCW Television Champion... can he take the title home for a fourth time tonight?

"Jungle Boogie" by Kool and the Gang begins playing over the arena sound system, and that brings forth the VCW Television Champion, SMCW star King Rasta, along with Bobby the Monkey, to a mixed reaction of mostly cheers. Ever since King Rasta won the VCW Television Title at Inner Fury, people have been predicting that he'd lose the title and return to SMCW shortly, but he's surprised them on several occasions so far. Can he continue his winning ways and hold the VCW Television Title through Wrestlewar, or is this where his title reign stops? King Rasta enters the ring, and VCW referee Bobcat McGavin is in the ring to officiate as this match begins!

For the VCW Television Title:

King Rasta (c)
w/Bobby the Monkey

vs.

Tim Bell

They start out cautiously. King Rasta seems to want to lock up, but Tim Bell doesn't want that, given Rasta's obvious power, so he stays back. Rasta steps forward and tries to grab Tim Bell, but Tim Bell ducks his arms and goes behind, then drops down and rolls King Rasta up! Bobcat McGavin goes down to count... ONE!! ... Kickout just after one by King Rasta! They both get to their feet, and Tim Bell quickly hits King Rasta with a dropkick! King Rasta staggers back, and Tim Bell whips him into the ropes, taking him off his feet with a high knee as he comes off the other side! He hooks his head from behind on the way down, and takes King Rasta down with an inverted DDT!! Both men stay down briefly... but Tim Bell's sucking it up and getting to his feet... and now he's going to the top turnbuckle! But he's slowed by fatigue and the effects of Rasta's high impact offense, and before Tim Bell makes it to the top, Rasta's on his feet... and Rasta staggers into the ropes as Tim Bell gets to the top, causing him to slip and crotch himself on the top turnbuckle! And now Rasta's going up to the top after him... and he hooks him around the waist! He's looking for a belly-to-belly superplex, and if he hits this, it's over!! Finally, after his victory celebration is complete, he wraps the title around his waist and heads backstage, as the crowd continues cheering.

The crowd explodes into boos as "Walk" by Pantera begins playing over the arena sound system next, and here come Dick Douglas and "Macho Man" Randy Savage, ready for the next match. They've both had problems with Scott Hall, and Robert Danson has been a thorn in the side of Dick Douglas in recent weeks as well. They walk down the aisle and enter the ring, prepared to do battle with Scott Hall and Robert Danson tonight.

"Bulls On Parade" by Rage Against The Machine begins playing over the arena sound system, and the crowd cheers as Scott Hall and Robert Danson step out of the backstage area, accompanied by Nicole. This is their first time teaming up to work together as a unit, but both men are highly accomplished tag team wrestlers, and shouldn't have any problem coexisting as a unit tonight. They enter the ring... and Dick Douglas and Randy Savage attack! All four men begin brawling in the middle of the ring, and eventually Robert Danson and Dick Douglas spill out to the floor. Scott Hall will be starting this match out against "Macho Man" Randy Savage, and Linda Peterson is in the ring to officiate! We've got a match, starting now.

Scott Hall & Robert Danson
w/Nicole

vs.

"Macho Man" Randy Savage & Dick Douglas

Scott Hall and Randy Savage begin trading blows in the middle of the ring, and Savage gets the upper hand to start, pummelling Scott Hall, then whipping him into the ropes. But Scott Hall ducks an attempted clothesline by Randy Savage, then nails him with a clothesline of his own when he comes off the other side. Randy Savage gets up, and Scott Hall drills him with a few punches to the head, then puts on a headlock... but Randy Savage powers him up, and takes him down with a belly-to-back suplex! Scott Hall's down, and the Macho Man crawls on top of him, pounding away on him with a series of right hands until Linda Peterson starts admonishing him and trying to pull him off. Randy Savage advances threateningly on Linda Peterson, and she backs up quickly... we know well that Randy Savage isn't afraid of pushing women around! But Randy Savage just fixes her with an angry glare, then turns and tags in Dick Douglas.

Dick Douglas comes in as Scott Hall starts to get up, and nails Scott Hall with a series of quick jabs to the head. He gives Scott Hall a headbutt, not doing much damage, then grabs his head and takes him down with a snap mare. With Scott Hall down, Dick Douglas drives an elbow down onto him, then begins choking him. Linda Peterson warns him to break the hold, and counts, but Dick Douglas releases it just before she gets to five. He winks and smiles lewdly at her, then looks back to Scott Hall and drills him with a few more punches. Scott Hall's still down, and Dick Douglas turns and starts going up to the top turnbuckle... but Scott Hall gets up, and catches him on the way up! He presses Dick Douglas off of the turnbuckle, and he crashes to the mat!

Scott Hall makes the tag, and Robert Danson comes in now, with Nicole cheering him on on the outside. Robert Danson clobbers Dick Douglas with a few right hands, then whips him into the ropes and comes off, nailing him with a big clothesline! Dick Douglas gets up... and Robert Danson lifts him high over his head in a Gorilla Press! He tosses Dick Douglas to the mat, then goes into a three-point stance as Dick Douglas gets up... and he takes Dick Douglas down with a massive spear!! Robert Danson crawls on top of Dick Douglas and begins pummelling him ruthlessly, as Linda Peterson admonishes him to get up. Robert Danson gets up, and picks Dick Douglas up for a vertical suplex... and holds him up for a good long time. He finally brings him crashing to the mat after several seconds have passed. Dick Douglas is left laying flat on his back, and Robert Danson tags in Scott Hall!

Scott Hall comes in and begins to pull Dick Douglas up... but Dick Douglas hits him with a low blow! Scott Hall doubles over, and Dick Douglas takes him down with a DDT!! He crawls across Scott Hall, going for the cover. Linda Peterson goes down to make the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two by Scott Hall! He's not going down this early. Dick Douglas actually has the nerve to argue about the count when it was nowhere close to three, then staggers to his corner and makes the tag to "Macho Man" Randy Savage. Randy Savage comes in as Scott Hall starts to get up, and nails him with a few well-placed blows, then tosses him out of the ring.

Randy Savage goes out to the floor as well, going after Scott Hall. He drills him with a few big right hands, then whips him into the guardrail, and begins pummelling Scott Hall up against the guardrail. Scott Hall staggers forward, and Randy Savage smashes him head-first into the ring apron, then nails Scott Hall with a kneelift, doubling him over. He hooks Scott Hall... and gives him a vertical suplex on the floor!! That had to hurt Hall's back severely, and could be a difference-making move in this match! Randy Savage pulls Scott Hall up again, and rams him head-first into the announcers' table, then rolls him into the ring and climbs in after him. Randy Savage drills Scott Hall with a few more good punches, then tags in Dick Douglas.

Dick Douglas comes in and uses an eye gouge on Scott Hall, then hammers him in the back of the neck with a few elbowsmashes. He takes Scott Hall down with a reverse neckbreaker, then rolls him over and climbs on his back, putting on a camel clutch! Scott Hall's stuck in this camel clutch, and Linda Peterson is asking him if he wants to submit... but it doesn't seem like that's likely right now. He's slowly getting up, fighting his way out of the hold as the crowd gets behind him... and he gets up, with Dick Douglas still clinging to his back! Scott Hall backs into his corner, breaking the hold, and tags in Robert Danson!!

Once again, Robert Danson goes after Dick Douglas fiercely, hammering him with a series of big right hands, then taking him down with a belly-to-back suplex. But he's not going to stop there... he holds the suplex, and rolls through... and he brings him down with a second suplex! He's still holding on, getting up again... and Robert Danson gives Dick Douglas a third belly-to-back suplex! Dick Douglas is flattened on the mat, and Robert Danson just picks him up again and nails him with an inverted atomic drop, then runs into the ropes, and comes off to mow Dick Douglas down with a clothesline! Robert Danson pulls Dick Douglas up again, and threads his arm between his legs... pumphandle slam!! He drops a few elbows on Dick Douglas, then makes the tag again, and here comes Scott Hall.

Scott Hall unloads on Dick Douglas with a few more punches, then puts him in an abdominal stretch. Linda Peterson asks for the submission, and while she's distracted, Scott Hall grabs Robert Danson's outstretched hand, getting extra leverage on the hold. Dick Douglas struggles... he's not able to break the hold... and Linda Peterson looks up, causing Robert Danson and Scott Hall to quickly go back to acting like nothing was going on. She looks around suspiciously, then goes down to check on Dick Douglas again, asking for the submission, as Scott Hall and Robert Danson join hands again. Dick Douglas is still struggling, unable to squirm free or power out with a hiptoss... and after asking him for a submission for a while, Linda Peterson looks up again, as once again Scott Hall and Robert Danson release hands. She asks Robert Danson if he was helping Scott Hall gain illegal leverage, and he nods his head "no". Satisfied with that answer, Linda Peterson goes back to check on Dick Douglas... and Scott Hall and Robert Danson join hands again!! Dick Douglas is still unable to squirm out of the abdominal stretch, struggling... and he's TAPPING OUT!?!?!? Even Scott Hall can't seem to believe it!! Dick Douglas just submitted to an abdominal stretch!!

Scott Hall and Robert Danson defeated Dick Douglas and Randy Savage when Hall made D. Douglas submit to an abdominal stretch in 0:09:51.
Rating: 1/2*

Randy Savage is furious, with his eyes wide... he can't believe that Dick Douglas just submitted in an abdominal stretch!! Scott Hall and Robert Danson leave the ring and head backstage with Nicole, celebrating their victory as the crowd cheers... but Randy Savage is completely incensed!! He hauls Dick Douglas to his feet and begins yelling at him... and Dick Douglas just pushed Randy Savage away!! That probably wasn't very smart. The Macho Man quickly lunges at Dick Douglas, pummelling him, and backs him into a corner! He's beating up his own teammate!

Wait just a second!! "Walk" by Pantera just started playing over the arena sound system... it's the VCW World Champion!! It's Crimson!! He's headed to the ring... what's this about!? His match is still quite a bit later on the card! He enters the ring, and pulls Randy Savage off of Dick Douglas... then grabs Dick Douglas and hauls him up by the throat! He picks him up... CHOKESLAM!! Crimson just drilled Dick Douglas into the mat!! He picks him up again... and gives him a second Chokeslam!! He's going to murder him right in the middle of the ring!! Crimson picks Dick Douglas up again, and gestures for Randy Savage to go up to the top turnbuckle. Savage goes up... and Crimson hauls Dick Douglas up by his throat... CHOKESLAM!! Dick Douglas just took a third Chokeslam... and Randy Savage comes off the top turnbuckle with the Flying Elbowdrop!!

Randy Savage and Crimson exchange an approving nod, then Crimson turns and grabs the fallen carcass of Dick Douglas, slinging it over his shoulder. Is he going to carry him backstage now!? They're on their way backstage... no, they took a detour to the side from the top of the entrance ramp! They're headed to the backstage loading area, with Dick Douglas... and they stop in front of a garbage dumpster. Randy Savage opens the lid, and Crimson throws the limp carcass of Dick Douglas into the dumpster. Randy Savage slams the lid down again, and they're walking away. Somehow, I don't think we'll be seeing Dick Douglas again anytime soon...

Back in the ring, "Iron Man" by Black Sabbath just started playing over the arena sound system, and Devaccio Pola steps out of the backstage area. He's staring around wildly at the crowd, obviously psyched up, even moreso than normal, for his Living Hell Match tonight with Chris Champlain. We don't know quite for sure what a "Living Hell Match" is all about, but knowing Chris Champlain, it should be pretty violent... wait just a second!! There's an silhouette in the ViolenTron... and a large hunting knife just poked through the fabric!! It slashes down, and the crowd is screaming and booing wildly... Chris Champlain is standing on the lower horizontal beam of the ViolenTron, behind the screen!! Chris Champlain sheaths the knife as Devaccio Pola turns around... and Chris Champlain comes off onto him with a flying cross bodypress!!

Both men go down in a heap on the floor, with Chris Champlain on top of Devaccio Pola, and the crowd is chanting "HOLY SHIT!" loudly. Chris Champlain has done that once before, over a year ago, but nobody expected it now! Chris Champlain had to have leapt from ten to twelve feet down on Devaccio Pola, and that steel ramp has no padding and no give whatsoever!! Chris Champlain sits up, still on top of Devaccio Pola, and begins pummelling him mercilessly. This match could be over before it even has a chance to start, after that insane stunt!! And now Chris Champlain's pulling out the knife, and he begins slicing up Devaccio Pola's forehead!! He's slashing him repeatedly with a hunting knife, and blood wells up copiously on Devaccio Pola's forehead, oozing down his face to soak into his hair and fill his eyes.

Almost as if he's bored with it, Chris Champlain throws the knife aside, then grabs Devaccio Pola by the hair and drags him towards the ring. He throws him aside and climbs in after him, and VCW referee Jerry Rogers is in the ring to officiate, as this match officially begins!!

Living Hell Match:

Chris Champlain

vs.

Devaccio Pola

Chris Champlain pulls Devaccio Pola up and hooks him, then takes him up and drops him on his head with a brain buster, leaving an ugly, bloody spot on the canvas where his head connected. With Devaccio Pola laid out on the mat, Chris Champlain goes to the outside of the ring, and grabs a chair. He climbs inside with it, and begins jabbing the edge repeatedly into Devaccio Pola's wrist!! Devaccio Pola comes around and pulls his arm in, clutching it in pain... and Chris Champlain begins whacking him across the head with the chair!! He tosses the chair aside, then tosses Devaccio Pola out of the ring and goes out after him. There's no count-out and no disqualifications in this match, so they can stay out there as long as they want!

Chris Champlain drags Devaccio Pola to the top of the ramp and runs his face into one of the beams of the ViolenTron, leaving a bloody spot there as well. He turns and begins rummaging through a crate set up to the side of the backstage entrance... and he pulls out a bed of nails!! Chris Champlain sets the bed of nails down, and pulls Devaccio Pola into a standing headscissors in front of it. Is he going to power bomb him onto the nails!? NO!! Devaccio Pola counters it with a backdrop!! Chris Champlain lands on the bed of nails, and cries out in pain as several of the nails go into his back and shoulders.

Chris Champlain starts to get up... and Devaccio Pola nails him square in the mouth with a brutal kick, taking him down!! Now Devaccio Pola's putting the one Chris Champlain in a standing headscissors, and he's lifting him up... HOLY SHIT!! Devaccio Pola just gave Chris Champlain a STIFF power bomb on the nails!! A lot of those nails went in pretty deep... and Chris Champlain's getting up, with the board still stuck in his back!! Devaccio Pola picks him up, board and all... and tosses him down with a bodyslam!! Chris Champlain cries out in pain again, with the nails sticking deeper into his back, and Devaccio Pola pulls the bed of nails out of his back as he gets up. Devaccio Pola raises the bed of nails up... and hits Chris Champlain in the face with it!! He could easily gouge his eyes out like that!! Chris Champlain goes down, and Devaccio Pola drops the bed of nails and pulls Chris Champlain up by the hair... and he's shoving his face into the nails!! Devaccio Pola is grinding Chris Champlain's face into the bed of nails, running it back and forth across it... and Chris Champlain is positively torn to shreds!! Devaccio Pola starts to pull Chris Champlain up by the hair... and Chris Champlain nails him with a low blow.

Chris Champlain looks like hell already... his back is covered in bleeding puncture marks, and his face has been shredded badly. He turns and begins climbing up the side of the ViolenTron. Is he... running away!? Could Chris Champlain actually be frightened of Devaccio Pola!? He's climbing up the side of the ViolenTron, but he's kidding himself if he thinks Devaccio Pola won't follow him up there. And sure enough, Devaccio Pola's following him up... but Chris Champlain reaches the top first. Devaccio Pola climbs up, and Chris Champlain stomps at him, trying to keep him from coming up after him... but Devaccio Pola makes it to the top anyway! Chris Champlain fires away at Devaccio Pola with punches and kicks, trying to knock him off the edge... but Devaccio Pola just absorbs them, and nails Chris Champlain with a vicious kick to the midsection!! Chris Champlain doubles over... and Devaccio Pola grabs him... no, don't... HE THROWS HIM OFF THE SIDE!! Chris Champlain falls some twenty or thirty feet off the side of the ViolenTron, out of camera view, to the floor below!! He could have been killed by that fall!! A huge chant of "HOLY SHIT" is going through the crowd, and this is probably over already. Who could survive that fall!?

Devaccio Pola's climbing down the ViolenTron... it's taking him a while, but there's no particular hurry here; I doubt Chris Champlain is going anywhere after that fall. A camera is now available, showing Chris Champlain lying in a heap of splintered wood from some shipping crates that he landed on. But he's starting to stir!! Amazingly, Chris Champlain is getting up, somehow pulling himself to his feet! Splinters are sticking into him, and patches his skin appears to have been scraped off in a few spots, but he's somehow getting to his feet!! He goes rummaging through another shipping crate... and he has a baseball bat!! Devaccio Pola is down from the ViolenTron, and charging Chris Champlain... but Chris Champlain nails him with a stiff swing to the ribs from the baseball bat!! Devaccio Pola doubles over and staggers back... AND CHRIS CHAMPLAIN NEARLY KNOCKS HIS HEAD OFF!! The sound of wood on skull just rang out with that hit, and blood went flying from Devaccio Pola's skull. Chris Champlain's going to give him a concussion or kill him, hitting him like that... but that could be exactly the idea!!

Devaccio Pola's laid out on the ground, and Chris Champlain's rummaging through the crates again... and now he has... a coat!? What's he doing with that coat!? He's putting it on... and now he's taking Devaccio Pola back to the entrance ramp. He gives Devaccio Pola a piledriver on the steel ramp. That move would ordinarily be considered a dangerous, sadistic move, but in a match like this, it's actually one of the tamer things that's been done so far. Chris Champlain pulls out a table, and sets Devaccio Pola up on it... and now he's pulling out the barbed wire from the barbed wire match!! And he's wrapping it around his body, with the coat still on! Chris Champlain doesn't seem like the kind who would need to protect himself from barbed wire with a coat... but he's got something else... a match!? Chris Champlain strikes the match and touches it to his coat... and the coat goes up in flames!! Evidently it was soaked in some sort of fuel-like substance, because it's burning brightly... and Chris Champlain's climbing to the top turnbuckle!! He's climbing a little slowly, favoring his left ankle... and Devaccio Pola's just starting to stir, on the table... FROG SPLASH!! Chris Champlain, covered in flames and barbed wire, just put Devaccio Pola through a table with a frog splash from the top turnbuckle to the outside!! Another chant of "HOLY SHIT!" rises up from the crowd, as Chris Champlain sheds the burning, barbed-wire covered coat and tosses it aside, where ring crew members begin putting it out.

Chris Champlain's rolling Devaccio Pola into the ring now, and it's anyone's guess how he's standing. He's been power bombed onto nails, fallen twenty or thirty feet through a stack of shipping crates, and he's still up and moving, aside from a slight limp. He grabs Devaccio Pola's arm... and applies a wristlock!? After baseball bats and beds of nails, this seems a little mundane and strange, even when Chris Champlain begins kneedropping Devaccio Pola's wrist repeatedly. Jerry Rogers begins asking for a submission, and Devaccio Pola is coherent enough to tell him "no" by now. Devaccio Pola gets to his feet and twists out of the wristlock, grabbing Chris Champlain's arm and whipping him into the ropes... and Devaccio Pola nearly decapitates Chris Champlain with a massive kick to the face, sending up a splattering of blood!! Both men go down, and stay down for a while... but Devaccio Pola's getting up!!

Devaccio Pola gets up, pauses briefly to shake his wrist out, and Chris Champlain begins getting up... so Devaccio Pola begins driving stiff kicks into Chris Champlain's body repeatedly. Each one rings out with a meaty "smack", and Chris Champlain falls back in a corner... and Devaccio Pola takes a running start, then knees him right in the nose!! The camera catches a sickening "crunch", and Chris Champlain begins rolling around on the mat, holding his nose in pain. But he's getting up slowly... and his nose is obviously swollen and broken, bleeding heavily after that kneelift. Devaccio Pola measures him... and he hits him with another kick to the head that rings out like a gunshot, sending a few drops of blood flying from his face. Much like he did during his hardcore match with Hannibal at Inner Fury, Devaccio Pola's taking Chris Champlain apart without even using any weapons!!

Devaccio Pola pulls Chris Champlain to his feet and whips him into the corner, and charges in after him with a spinning jump kick... but Chris Champlain dives out of the way! Devaccio Pola's leg gets partially tangled up in the turnbuckle, and Chris Champlain quickly grabs Devaccio Pola's other leg, and ties him up in the corner, tying him to the Tree of Woe!! And Chris Champlain backs up, taking a hobbling running start, and nails Devaccio Pola square in the face with a baseball slide dropkick, sending a few more drops of blood spraying from his face!! Devaccio Pola remains tied in the Tree of Woe, so Chris Champlain gets up and begins nailing him with repeated kneelifts to the midsection, until he's eventually dislodged and collapses into the ring.

Chris Champlain rolls Devaccio Pola out of the ring, and now he's going up to the top turnbuckle, as Devaccio Pola begins getting to his feet on the floor, pulling himself up on the guardrail. Once again, Chris Champlain's a little slow to make it to the top, but he gets up there. Chris Champlain dives out at Devaccio Pola... but Devaccio Pola dodges to the side, AND CHRIS CHAMPLAIN LANDS THROAT-FIRST ON THE GUARDRAIL!! He could have crushed his throat... and Devaccio Pola goes down and begins choking him!! He's every bit as sadistic as Chris Champlain... he's choking a man who could have just staved in his own larynx on the guardrail!! He begins punching Chris Champlain, but realizes that's not a good idea as the pain in his wrist returns. Devaccio Pola simply picks Chris Champlain up again... and drops him throat-first across the guardrail!! And he picks him up again... and does it again!! He's trying to murder Chris Champlain here!!

Devaccio Pola rolls Chris Champlain into the ring, then goes in after him. Chris Champlain's somehow getting to his feet, clutching his throat as he gags and gasps for breath... and Devaccio Pola measures him carefully, then takes him down with a swift kick to the throat!! Devaccio Pola pulls Chris Champlain up again, taking him down with a hard snap suplex, and now he's climbing up to the top turnbuckle. He comes off the top with a 450 splash... and right onto Chris Champlain's knees!! Devaccio Pola rolls to the side, clutching his ribs... and Chris Champlain gets up, then brings him down with a DDT!! But he's just rolling out of the ring, and reaching under the ring... he's got a baseball bat!! Now he's pulling the barbed wire off of the smoldering remains of the coat he wore during his flaming frog splash... and he's wrapping it around the baseball bat!! Wielding the barbed wire baseball bat, Chris Champlain slides into the ring again. Devaccio Pola gets up... and Chris Champlain nails him in the chest with the barbed wire baseball bat!!

Devaccio Pola goes down, and Chris Champlain raises the bat again, bringing it down on his back this time. He hauls Devaccio Pola up to his feet, then measures him and takes a swing for his head... but Devaccio Pola ducks!! Chris Champlain turns around, and Devaccio Pola fells him with another massive kick to the head, sending more blood flying!! Chris Champlain drops the bat, and Devaccio Pola picks it up. Devaccio Pola holds Chris Champlain's legs spread... and he nails him right in the crotch with the barbed wire baseball bat, drawing a loud gasp from the crowd!! Chris Champlain curls up into a little ball, and Devaccio Pola just begins beating him wildly with the barbed wire baseball bat, opening up more oozing wounds on Chris Champlain's body. With his skin coming off in patches, his nose broken, his back covered in puncture marks and scratches, and his face shredded and swollen from all of the abuse he's taken, Chris Champlain probably should have been dead ten minutes ago.

Devaccio Pola pulls Chris Champlain up, puts him in a standing headscissors, and gives him a stiff power bomb, then grabs the bat. He's going up to the top turnbuckle with a barbed wire baseball bat... Chris Champlain's somehow pulling himself up again... and he comes off the top to nail Chris Champlain with a shot from the bat!! Now he goes down with Chris Champlain... and he's choking him with the bat!! He's trying to crush his throat even more!! But Chris Champlain reaches up and gouges his eyes, stunning Devaccio Pola... then grabs the barbed wire baseball bat and shoves it back in Devaccio Pola's face!! Devaccio Pola goes down, clutching his face, and Chris Champlain takes the bat, then nails Devaccio Pola with it as he tries to get up.

Chris Champlain's going out of the ring again... and he pulled a coffee can out from under the ring!! He carries it inside, and empties it on the mat... and hundreds of little metal thumbtacks spill out!! Chris Champlain has covered a portion of the mat with thumbtacks!! He sets Devaccio Pola up, putting him in a standing headscissors. He pulls him up for a power bomb... but Devaccio Pola counters with a Frankensteiner, flinging Chris Champlain head over heels into the thumbtacks!! Chris Champlain starts to get up, his back covered in thumbtacks... and Devaccio Pola knocks him down in the thumbtacks with another hard kick to the head!! Chris Champlain gets up, covered in still more thumbtacks... and now Devaccio Pola shoves him down face-first in them!! Devaccio Pola takes a double handful of Chris Champlain's hair, and starts forcing his face down into the thumbtacks at every which angle!!

Devaccio Pola finally drops Chris Champlain, who is studded all over his body with metal thumbtacks now, and he's grabbing the barbed wire baseball bat. He pulls off the barbed wire... and he's wrapping it around one of his boots!! He's wrapping his boot in barbed wire!! Chris Champlain gets up, slowly and painstakingly, and turns around... straight into a kick to the head from the barbed wire boot!! Chris Champlain goes down, and Devaccio Pola pulls him up by the hair... and it's obvious Chris Champlain can barely stand at this point. Devaccio Pola doubles him over with a kick to the midsection, then measures him... GUILLOTINE KICK!! Devaccio Pola just gave Chris Champlain the Gullotine Kick, with his boot covered in barbed wire... and now he's going for the pin!! Jerry Rogers, who had previously been standing back watching the match in horror, snaps out of his trance to make the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! The first pin attempt of the match was also the last pin attempt of the match!! Devaccio Pola wins!!

Living Hell Match:
Devaccio Pola pinned Chris Champlain with the Guillotine Kick in 0:22:08.
Chris Champlain suffered a sprained ankle. He will be out for approximately 1 month.
Rating: *** 1/4

Devaccio Pola has DESTROYED Chris Champlain. Covered in thumbtacks, with his face mangled almost beyond recognition and his body covered in puncture marks, abrasions, and blood, he may never be the same again. Devaccio Pola's not in great shape himself... he's covered in blood and puncture marks as well... but there's no question who's walking away the winner tonight. In fact, Devaccio Pola's probably the only one who'll be walking away at all tonight from this match. Chris Champlain has been absolutely laid to waste. It would seem that he's found someone who, if anything, is even more violent, sadistic, and vicious than he is. Devaccio Pola has won and survived this match... the same can't be said for Chris Champlain.

The crowd cheers loudly, and starts a chant of "YOU'RE HARDCORE" for Devaccio Pola as he poses in the ring briefly, then begins staggering backstage. A medical crew is out to load Chris Champlain onto a stretcher and take him away... and he may be seriously hurt. Chris Champlain has a habit of pushing himself past all reasonable limits in a match like this, and frequently ends up injured as a result. He was taken away on a stretcher at Deck the Halls as well, and at Disaster Area he sustained an injury that kept him out of action for several months. How badly is he hurt this time? We may have an update on his condition tomorrow night.

Some men are being sent out to clean up the mat, clearing out the thumbtacks and mopping up the blood on the mat, as more ring crew members come out of the woodwork to repair the damaged ViolenTron screen. As the ring is cleaned up, let's take you to interviews from the men in our next match, a ladder match for the VCW World Tag Team Titles. First, we'll hear from the Ontario Color Show, who are backstage along with Jennie and new VCW Television Champion Tim Bell.

Backstage...

Ziggy Adderloaf is shown standing backstage with Jennie and the Ontario Color Show, Paul Canyon and Owen Addison. With them is weary and sore-looking Tim Bell, who defeated King Rasta moments ago for the VCW Television Title, and looks to have just stepped out of the shower and into a pair of boxer shorts.

Z. Adderloaf: Hello, everyone. I'm here to interview the Ontario Color Show, but first, I'd like to say a few things. First of all, Jennie, I have to say that I really enjoyed your match with Jessica Judd earlier tonight.

Jennie: Why, thank you, Ziggy. Maybe I didn't win, but I think we know who came away from that match looking like an ass.

Z. Adderloaf: Umm... yes. Well, I won't go into that just now, but... anyway, Tim Bell. You're the new VCW Television Champion. What are you going to do now?

T. Bell: I'd like to say I'm going to Disneyworld, or even to one of these local bars to celebrate the victory... but King Rasta beat the hell out of me. I'm taking some asprin, getting dressed, and going back to the hotel room.

Z. Adderloaf: That was certainly a high-impact match, and that's coming from someone who wasn't even in it. Now, Owen Addison... Paul Canyon... you worked for months to get this title shot, and now the match is made. What are your thoughts going into this match?

O. Addison: You're right, Ziggy... we worked for months, just to get a chance to climb into the same ring as the VCW World Tag Team Champions, with the titles on the line in a Ladder Match. Make no mistake about it... Idol and Solomon are a couple of great wrestlers. Jacob Idol even showed that he can hold his own against Gabriel Black a few weeks ago. They're a great tag team... but they're not the best tag team in VCW history, because that's the Ontario Color Show. That's us. Whether it's a Ladder Match, a wrestling match, or a street fight, we're ready to give Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon the fight of their lives tonight. But more importantly, we're here to take our belts back. It's been well over a year since we last held these titles... and tonight, they're coming back.

P. Canyon: There's been a lot standing in the way. We've endured injuries, sneak attacks, gang beatings, and everything the Hammer of the Gods could throw at us, and now it's finally here. This is our chance. Probably our only chance for a long time. But we're ready to take advantage of it. We're ready to get our titles back.

Z. Adderloaf: Well, gentlemen... thank you for your time. Best of luck to you in your match tonight.

The camera fades into a different backstage scene as the Ontario Color Show and Jennie walk out of the scene, no doubt on their way to the entrance to the ring area.

Backstage...

Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon are shown sitting backstage in a comfortable dressing room, with the VCW World Tag Team Titles at their sides. VCW T & A Champion Jasmina Chastity is sitting on Jacob Idol's lap, running her hands over his bare chest and cuddling up against him.

R. Solomon: This is it. The Ontario Color Show has a few more moments before we go out there and the match begins. Tonight, I can promise you one thing... they're going to find out just exactly where they stand in the rankings of great tag teams, and it's not at the top. Just look around this room. Everybody in this room has a title belt. Even Jasmina has the T & A Title, and Julian Page is the VCW Intercontinental Champion. We are the true champions of VCW. The Hammer of the Gods is a symbol for excellence personified. Not only are we retaining our gold tonight... but Tim Bell and Crimson or David Wright Hubbard better watch their asses, because we might just come and take their belts too.

Jacob Idol looks up from his embrace with Jasmina Chastity to add his own comments in.

J. Idol: Let me ask you this. When has the Ontario Color Show made it to a big match and not choked on it? Owen Addison didn't just lose to Gabriel Black when he challenged for the VCW World Title... he was annihilated, just like the Ontario Color Show was annihilated by Troy Black and Falcon, and even Dean Sanders and Chris Champlain. We're the Hammer of the Gods. We're the best tag team ever, and we've demonstrated it to every last team in this entire damn company. Now you want to bring your injury-prone, pathetic bodies into the ring for a ladder match? Just remember one thing. I made the Technicians, and I can destroy them. And tonight... I think I will.

R. Solomon: Then let's do it.

Jacob Idol, Jasmina Chastity, and Rob Solomon get up and leave the room, on their way to the entrance to the ring area as well.

The ring has been mostly cleaned up now by the ring crew, and we're ready for this match to start!! "Until It Sleeps" by Metallica begins playing over the arena sound system, and the crowd cheers the arrival Owen Addison and Paul Canyon, the Ontario Color Show, along with Jennie. They're going in as the challengers tonight, much like they did two years ago at Wrestlewar, when they regained the VCW World Tag Team Titles from the team of Dean Sanders and Chris Champlain. Can they achieve that kind of success again? They enter the ring, each grabbing one of the ladders at ringside and setting it up in the ring.

"Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin begins playing over the arena sound system, and the crowd explodes into boos as the VCW World Tag Team Champions, Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon of the Hammer of the Gods, step out of the backstage area. They're wearing the VCW World Tag Team Titles, and being accompanied by Jasmina Chastity. Rob Solomon is also carrying his hockey stick. They take off the titles and hand them to Jasmina, along with the hockey stick, and immediately begin sprinting to the ring, sliding in and starting to brawl with the Ontario Color Show as VCW referee Brendan Powers enters the ring, calling for the bell to begin the match!

Ladder Match:

For the VCW World Tag Team Titles:

Hammer of the Gods (Jacob Idol & Rob Solomon) (c)
w/Jasmina Chastity

vs.

Ontario Color Show
w/Jennie

All four men begin brawling in the ring, and while Jacob Idol and Owen Addison seem to be pretty evenly matched, Rob Solomon quickly begins pounding the tar out of Paul Canyon with stiff kicks, chops, and jabs. He backs Paul Canyon into a corner and nails him with several swift kicks and kneelifts, then pulls him out and brings him down with a snap suplex. And Rob Solomon's not wasting any time... he's already moving one of the ladders into position and starting to climb up!! He's about halfway up... and Owen Addison whips Jacob Idol into the side of the ladder! Rob Solomon falls off and lands against the ropes, then flops to the mat as Paul Canyon gets up and goes on the attack, pulling him up and taking him down with a suplex of his own. Meanwhile, Jacob Idol staggers back after colliding with the ladder... and Owen Addison hooks him around the waist, and takes him down with a German suplex!! The Ontario Color Show is in control of this match in a big way so far!

Owen Addison and Paul Canyon both hook Rob Solomon in a vertical suplex position, then bring him down with a double vertical suplex! Owen Addison goes over and starts hammering on Jacob Idol, as Paul Canyon folds up a ladder and places it on top of Rob Solomon... and now Owen Addison's whipping Jacob Idol into the ropes! Owen stands with his back to the ladder, and tosses Jacob Idol into the air with a backdrop as he comes off the ropes... and Paul Canyon grabs his head and pulls down!! Jacob Idol crashes down on top of the ladder that's on top of Rob Solomon!! Rob Solomon must be crushed under there, and Jacob Idol's clutching his ribs in pain as well. Owen Addison pulls him up and throws him down with a bodyslam, then drives an elbow into his chest.

Paul Canyon's setting up the ladder again now, and starting to climb... but Rob Solomon's getting to his feet! Owen Addison turns and attacks Rob Solomon, trying to stop him from preventing Paul Canyon from climbing the ladder... but Rob Solomon nails him with a kick to the midsection! Owen Addison doubles over, and Rob Solomon grabs him, and tosses him shoulder-first into the ladder! The ladder wobbles, and Paul Canyon struggles to regain his footing... and now Jacob Idol's climbing up the other side of the ladder! Paul Canyon's up, and reaching for the title belts... but Jacob Idol's up with him! They begin trading punches near the top of the ladder... but Paul Canyon jumps and wraps his legs around Jacob Idol's head, AND DOES A FRANKENSTEINER FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER!! The crowd lets out a combined cheer and gasp as Jacob Idol flies over the top of the ladder and wipes out on his back on the mat, but Paul Canyon falls from the top as well. At the bottom, Rob Solomon and Owen Addison continue to brawl, as Rob Solomon goes for a lariat... but Owen ducks, and wraps around behind him, then takes him down with a belly-to-back suplex!

Jacob Idol is down and out, but Paul Canyon's also a little worse for wear. Owen Addison tosses Rob Solomon out of the ring, then repositions the ladder, which had been knocked off-center from its position under the title belts, and begins climbing it. He's making good progress... but Rob Solomon's back in the ring. Paul Canyon's up, and ready to stand in his way... and Rob Solomon charges with a lariat!! Paul Canyon ducks, and Rob Solomon hits the ladder with his lariat, knocking it over, and sending Owen Addison falling, throat-first across the top rope!! But Rob Solomon may have hurt his arm, banging it into the steel ladder... and Paul Canyon gives him a kick to the midsection when he turns around, following it up with a single-arm DDT, then flowing into an armbar submission!! There are no submissions in a ladder match, but Paul Canyon's keeping Rob Solomon grounded and in pain... and there's no rope breaks in this match either! It doesn't matter if Rob Solomon reaches the ropes or even if he taps out! The only way this match can end is if someone retrieves the VCW World Tag Team Titles!

Jacob Idol gets up, and breaks up the armbar submission on Rob Solomon, pulling Paul Canyon off, then giving him an inverted DDT. He turns around, but Owen Addison's up now, and he nails Jacob Idol with a kneelift to the midsection, then turns him to towards the fallen ladder and puts him in a standing headscissors... he's going to power bomb him on the ladder!! But no, Jacob Idol backdrops, and Owen Addison lands on the ladder... unfortunately, on his injured right shoulder! Owen Addison gets up, a little slowly... and Jacob Idol picks him up and gives him a shoulderbreaker! Rob Solomon's up, across the ring... and now both Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon grab the ladder. Paul Canyon's starting to get up... and both members of the Hammer of the Gods swing the butt of the ladder into his chest in unison, like a battering ram! Paul Canyon flies back into the corner from the impact... and now Owen Addison's getting up... and they drive the ladder into his right shoulder!!

Jacob Idol drops his end of the ladder, then drops a few knees into Owen Addison's injured shoulder and puts on an armbar submission. Owen quickly grabs the ropes, just out of reflex... but there are no rope breaks in this match!! Jacob Idol's continuing to hold him in the armbar submission, and now Rob Solomon's setting up the ladder and going after the titles!! Paul Canyon staggers out of the corner, and sees his partner in the armbar submission, and Rob Solomon poised to grab the titles, and what will he do!? Does he save his partner first and risk losing the match, or save their shot at the titles firs and risk serious injury to his partner!? With his free arm, Owen Addison points to the ladder, where Rob Solomon is about to retrieve the VCW World Tag Team Titles... and Paul Canyon rushes forward and tips the ladder over, causing Rob Solomon to fall abdomen-first across the ring ropes, then spill out of the ring! He goes forward and drops an elbow on Jacob Idol, freeing Owen Addison from the armbar submission, but those extra few seconds could have done some damage to his weakened shoulder.

Paul Canyon nails Jacob Idol with a kneesmash to the face for good measure, then runs into the ropes. Rob Solomon's just starting to get up on the outside, and Paul Canyon dives out after him with a tope con hilo!! Meanwhile, inside the ring, Owen Addison plants Jacob Idol with a brain buster, then sets up the ladder again and begins climbing it. But Jacob Idol's getting up... and he's climbing up behind Owen Addison! He comes up behind him, and brings him down with a belly-to-back suplex off of the ladder!! It looked like he angled it so Owen landed right on his shoulder, too... and after briefly shaking off the cobwebs, he's going to the top turnbuckle. Paul Canyon just took Rob Solomon down with a neckbreaker on the outside of the ring, and he's getting up... and Jacob Idol comes off the top turnbuckle... MOONSAULT BODYBLOCK TO THE FLOOR!! Jacob Idol jumped all the way to the floor to wipe out Paul Canyon with the Moonsault Bodyblock... but back in the ring, Owen Addison's starting to stir!

Owen Addison slowly gets to his feet, sets up the ladder and starts climbing it... but as he does, Rob Solomon gets up, slides into the ring, and starts climbing up the other side!! Rob Solomon's a little slower, due to injury from a few other nasty spills, and Owen's up grabbing for the titles already as Rob Solomon's coming up to the top... and Rob Solomon groin-punches him!! Owen Addison doubles over, but manages to stay on top of the ladder... but Rob Solomon's climbing up with him! On the top of the ladder, Rob Solomon puts Owen Addison in a standing headscissors... is he going to power bomb him off the top of the ladder!? NO!! Owen just backdropped Rob Solomon, and he falls from the top of the ladder, crashing to the mat!! Owen's straightening up, starting to reach out to get the VCW World Tag Team Titles... and Jacob Idol scrambles into the ring and knocks over the ladder, sending Owen down abdomen-first across the ropes, and now Owen spills outside, clutching his stomach in pain.

Paul Canyon's back in the ring, as Jacob Idol sets up the ladder and begins to climb... and Paul Canyon begins climbing up the other side of the ladder! Both men climb to the top, and begin exchanging punches atop the ladder... and Paul Canyon goes for a Frankensteiner again... but this time, Jacob Idol catches him, twists, and falls off the ladder to the side, holding Paul Canyon... POWER BOMB FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER!! Paul Canyon is laid out!! Owen Addison's back up on the ring apron... but Rob Solomon's up too, and he turns and nails Owen with a savate kick, knocking him off the apron and sending him crashing back-first into the steel guardrail!! Jacob Idol goes out after Owen Addison, dragging him to the steel entrance ramp... and he gives him an inverted DDT on the steel!! That could have knocked him out... and now Jacob Idol's pulling a table out from under the ring!? He sets it up on the outside, as Rob Solomon sets a ladder up on the inside, but close to the edge of the ring where Jacob Idol's setting up the table. Paul Canyon is still down... and Rob Solomon begins climbing the ladder, as Jacob Idol sets Owen Addison up on the table!! Rob Solomon gets to the top... KATANA LEGDROP!! NO, OWEN MOVES!! Rob Solomon goes crashing through the table with a Katana Legdrop from the top of a ladder in the middle of the ring, all the way to the floor!! He may have just crippled himself there... and Owen Addison gives Jacob Idol a low blow when he comes over!!

Owen Addison rolls into the ring, and drags the ladder back into the center... and he's climbing up. Paul Canyon's still down and out in the ring, and both members of the Hammer of the Gods are down on the outside... and Owen's getting to the top!! But Jacob Idol's crawling back into the ring... but he'll be too late!! Owen Addison reaches up and grabs for the titles... and stops, holding his right shoulder in agony!! His shoulder injury is preventing him from fully extending his arm and grabbing the titles!! He's sucking it in, reaching up higher, with pain on his face... but Jacob Idol's climbing up behind him on the ladder... Owen's fingertips brush the titles... and Jacob Idol hooks his head from behind and... IDOLIZER FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER!! Jacob Idol just hit Owen Addison with his old finishing move, the top-rope inverted DDT he called the Idolizer, from the top of the ladder!! Owen Addison has to be positively DEAD... but now Paul Canyon's starting to stir!

Paul Canyon begins climbing up the ladder, obviously fatigued and battered... and with Rob Solomon laid out in the wreckage of the table on the outside, being tended to by medical crewmen, Jacob Idol has no choice but to suck it up and go to stop Paul Canyon. He's climbing up the other side of the ladder... both men are moving slowly, suffering the effects of several nasty falls from the ladder, and they're both at the top!! They start trading punches at the top... Paul Canyon looks wobbly, like he's ready to fall off... but somehow, he pivots and lashes out with a foot... SAVATE KICK!! Jacob Idol flies backwards off the top of the ladder and lands groin-first on the ropes, drawing a loud "OOOOOOOHHHH" from the crowd and a scream from Jasmina Chastity, whose evening plans are no doubt spoiled. Paul Canyon wobbles... he threw himself off-balance with that kick, and he's about to fall off the ladder... but he steadies himself, and takes an extra step up!! Rob Solomon somehow managed to get up on the outside, and he crawls into the ring, as Paul Canyon begins reaching for the titles. Paul Canyon has the titles in his grasp... he's working on undoing the straps... Rob Solomon's up... AND HE DROPKICKS THE LADDER OVER!! The ladder topples, and Paul Canyon goes flying off of the ladder, crashing abdomen-first into the ropes... WITH THE TITLES IN HIS HANDS!!! Paul Canyon got the titles!! The Ontario Color Show wins!! NEW CHAMPIONS!!

Ladder Match:
The Ontario Color Show defeated The Hammer of the Gods (Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon) when P. Canyon grabbed the title belts in 0:17:27.
Rating: *** 1/4
(The Ontario Color Show won the VCW World Tag Team Titles.)

Rob Solomon collapses to the mat, burying his face in his hands, as the Ontario Color Show are announced as the winners of this match. Jacob Idol, Owen Addison, and Paul Canyon are all motionless, strewn about the ring, and as Rob Solomon pulls himself up, he's favoring his hips... he could have easily cracked a tailbone with that Katana Legdrop through the table from the top of the ladder. He even seems too hurt to contemplate a post-match attack... he simply shakes his head in defeat and glares at the fallen bodies of Owen Addison and Paul Canyon, then rolls out of the ring and pulls Jacob Idol out with him, then begins hobbling backstage as Jasmina Chastity helps Jacob Idol get to his feet and come backstage as well.

Back in the ring, Jennie climbs in, carrying the VCW World Tag Team Title belts, and hands one to each member of the Ontario Color Show as they begin to come around. They strap the titles on and slowly, painstakingly climbing to each of the top turnbuckles, raising their hands in victory, and earning deafening cheers from the crowd. Owen obviously still can't raise his right arm very far due to the pain in his shoulder, and even a simple victory pose causes him to grimace in pain. They roll out of the ring and begin heading backstage with Jennie and their newly won VCW World Tag Team Titles, as the crowd continues to cheer wildly and chant "O-C-S" after them.

What a match that was, and what a event Wrestlewar III has been so far... but we're still looking at five more huge matches to come!! Johnny Smiles goes one-on-one with Virginia!! Julian Page defends the VCW Intercontinental Title against Bret "The Hitman" Hart!! Lance Errington faces Falcon, one-on-one, in a match filled with suspicion and strong emotion... Troy and Gabriel Black team up to face Tony Garcia and Lorenzo Vasquez... and let's not forget the main event, where David Wright Hubbard will face Crimson one-on-one in what promises to be a merciless, hellacious brawl for the VCW World Title. Before we get to those great matches, though, there'll be a brief break. Go ahead and get something to eat and drink, or take a nap, or go for a walk, or something like that. The third exciting part of Wrestlewar III will be waiting for you when you return!!
