LIVE ON PAY-PER-VIEW
Welcome to the biggest interpromotional wrestling supercard of the new millenium, VCW/SMCW INNER FURY~! We're coming to you live from the venerable UWF Arena, a minor league hockey arena in a St. Louis suburb (the building where many of the SMCW's top stars got their start). We've got one hell of a show for you tonight! For the first time ever, the stars of VCW and SMCW collide! Titles will be defended! Careers will be made and broken! Fans will be entertained! And vengeance will be faced when Troy Black meets Strahd, one-on-one, in the main event! You'll witness all this and more as we proceed with what should be no less than a pay-per-view event of epic proportions!!
* * * * * Cue "Eye Of The Tiger" by Survivor * * * * *
But, unfortunately, not all of the matches on this card are so epic. As the music plays, Woody and the Middle-Aged Outlaws, Hunk Higgins and Ruby Richard Cage, all step out of the backstage area, along with "The Pest of the West" Jesse Smark. Hunk Higgins and Woody both play their belts like air guitars as they come to the ring, as Ruby Richard Cage generally acts like a spastic, clueless old man. They enter the ring, and Ruby Richard Cage spins around pointing to the crowd, then makes the signal for the Ruby Cutter to a pathetic display of pyro, as Hunk Higgins and Woody stand side by side for a synchronized display of shirt-ripping and posing. The crowd isn't impressed, and lets them know it with a heavy round of boos. And to make matters worse, some idiot just gave Ruby Richard Cage a microphone.
R.R. Cage: Dudes and dudettes, cats and chicks, and all you little kids out there, the baby boomer generation proudly brings to you its soon-to-be ONE-TIME! ONE-TIME! ONE-TIME! ... SMCW WAR CHAMPIONS of the WOOORRLD... along with our partner, the All-American SMCW ICON, Woody... we are "The Immortal" Hunk Higgins, Ruby Richard Cage... the MIDDLE-AGED OUTLAWS!!!
H. Higgins: And brother, if you're not down with that, we've got two words for ya...
Hunk Higgins holds the microphone in front of Woody...
Woody: TOUGH CRAP!!
H. Higgins: Well, ya know somethin', brothers... now that we're here, along with the main man, my brother from another mother, the Woodster, and now that the titles are on the line, we're gonna beat up these three no-good Scotsmen, just like I beat up that old Scottish bagpipe "Dowdy" Dotty Piper when she broke a watermelon over the head of my good friend "Superflea" Jamie Snookums, brother. But this brother here... Woody, he's like a brother to me, brothers, and I know that with his help Hunkamania will run wild again, dudes.
Woody: Well, ya know somethin', brother, I'm honored that you'd call me a brother, brother, and together with our other brother, Ruby Richard Cage, we're gonna show these no-good Scotsmen where the power lies, dude. So Highland Hell...
H. Higgins & Woody (together): ... What'cha gonna do when Hunkamania, Woodymania, and the big man Ruby Richard Cage RUN WILD ON YOU!?!?
* * * * * Cue "Brenda Stubert" by Ashley MacIssac * * * * *
But now here comes Highland Hell, the SMCW WAR Champions, the trio of Angus Wallace, Hamish MacTavish, and the Flying Scotsman! They're coming down the aisle, taking off the SMCW WAR Titles, and charging the ring... and the Middle-Aged Outlaws and Woody are there to meet them! Hamish and Angus quickly dispose of Woody and Ruby Richard Cage by dumping them to the outside of the ring, and it'll be Hunk Higgins starting off against the Flying Scotsman as VCW referee James Applebee enters the ring to officiate!
For the SMCW WAR Titles:
Middle-Aged Outlaws
& Woody
w/Jesse Smark
vs.
Highland Hell (Angus Wallace, Hamish MacTavish, & The Flying Scotsman) (c)
Hunk Higgins begins drilling the Flying Scotsman with a series of right hands, then whips him into the ropes... but the Flying Scotsman reverses it! Hunk Higgins comes off the ropes, right into a swift kick to the midsection, and the Flying Scotsman follows it up with a jumping piledriver!! This could be it right here, as he goes for the pin! James Applebee's counting... ONE! ... TWO! ... KICKOUT WITH AUTHORITY!! Hunk Higgins is getting up, shaking his head and breathing heavily... he's Hunking Up!! The Flying Scotsman throws a punch at him, but Hunk Higgins blocks it, then fires back with three punches of his own, then whips him into the ropes... BIG BOOT!! And Hunk Higgins tags in Woody... what's this!? They bounce off the opposite ropes... HOLLYWOOD NIGHTS!! BIG LEG DROP!! Double legdrop on the Flying Scotsman!! Woody goes for the cover... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... And only two! The Flying Scotsman isn't going to stay down for some silly legdrop!
Woody drills the Flying Scotsman with a massive right hand as he gets up, then rakes his nails down his back viciously! Now Woody is taking off his weight belt... and he starts whipping the Flying Scotsman with his weight belt! He gives him a few good lashes across the back with the weight belt, but James Applebee comes from behind and takes the weight belt away, then throws it out of the ring. Woody gives him a dirty look, then continues to drill the Flying Scotsman with a few more hard right hands, before taking him down with a bodyslam. He bounces off the ropes... HOLLYWOOD NIGHTS! No, the Flying Scotsman rolled out of the way! They get up, and the Flying Scotsman goes for a swift kick, but Woody catches his leg... enzuigiri!! The Flying Scotsman just cleaned Woody's clock with that enzuigiri, and now he's heading to his corner... tag made! Here comes big Hamish MacTavish!!
Woody's just starting to get up, and Hamish floors him with a massive headbutt. Woody gets up again, and Hamish whips him into the turnbuckle, then charges in with an avalanche! Hamish drills him with a few massive punches of his own, then drives him down with an inverted power bomb! But he's not done yet... he picks Woody up and whips him into the ropes... POWERSLAM!! Hamish just sent Woody crashing to the mat, and he hooks a leg... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... KICKOUT WITH AUTHORITY!! Now Woody's getting up, and shaking his head and breathing hard... he's harnessing his inner fury, and this may be the first time we've seen the same old Hogan-style Hulk-Up twice in one match! Woody blocks a punch, then nails Hamish with a series of three punches! He whips Hamish into the ropes! BIG BOOT!! And now he hits Hamish with the Hollywood Nights!! Woody goes for the cover... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two!!
Woody tags in Ruby Richard Cage, and he comes in, nailing a series of punches on Hamish MacTavish, but the big man's getting back up! Ruby Richard Cage hooks him for a vertical suplex, but Hamish blocks it! Hamish goes for the suplex, but Ruby Richard Cage slides out behind him, and Hamish turns around... RUBY CUTTER!!! Ruby Richard Cage just dropped Hamish with the Ruby Cutter, and he's celebrating like he's already got the match won... but Hamish is getting up! He's no-selling the Ruby Cutter!! Ruby Richard Cage turns around... and Hamish runs right over him with a shoulderblock! Now he's putting him on the top turnbuckle, and going up after him... SCOTTISH SLAM!! That's it!! The Flying Scotsman and Angus Wallace come in to cut Woody and Hunk Higgins off at the pass, and Hamish puts a single hand on Ruby Richard Cage's chest as James Applebee goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!!
Highland
Hell (Angus Wallace, Hamish MacTavish, and The Flying Scotsman)
defeated Woody and The Middle-Aged Outlaws when Hamish pinned
R.R.C. with the Scottish Slam in 0:04:26.
Rating: **
(Highland Hell (Angus Wallace, Hamish MacTavish, and The Flying
Scotsman) retained the SMCW WAR Titles.)
Hamish MacTavish gives one last stomp to the deflated carcass of Ruby Richard Cage, and now Highland Hell gather up their SMCW WAR Title belts, and they're heading backstage. Jesse Smark and Hunk Higgins kneel at the side of Ruby Richard Cage, who looks like he's been crushed by the force of the Scottish Slam... but Woody doesn't look so pleased with the outcome. And why should he be? Unlike the Middle-Aged Outlaws, Woody's a decent wrestler and a proven commodity... he's a former SMCW World Tag Team Champion, through no fluke! He probably thought he was getting some partners he could depend on, rather than these two losers. Woody's been swindled, and he's starting to realize it! He grabs Hunk Higgins from behind, and whirls him around so they're face to face!
Hunk Higgins and Woody share a brief staredown, and Woody just decked Hunk Higgins! Hunk Higgins is firing back! They're trading blows in the middle of the ring, with neither man budging an inch.... and Jesse Smark steps in the middle! He's pushing them apart... and now he's whispering an idea to both men! They stand back... and apparently, they've agreed to resolve their differences in a more peaceful fashion... but how?
Oh, no... Hunk Higgins begins flexing his muscles and posing, then puts his hand to his ear to listen to the crowd, getting only a lukewarm chorus of boos in reply. Woody gives him a thumbs down, then motions for him to step aside... and now Woody's flexing and posing! Woody takes his turn showing off, then puts his hand to his ear... to pretty much the same lukewarm reaction of boos. Hunk Higgins begins posing again, getting the same reaction... and Woody joins in, not changing things that much. It's hard to have a posedown when the crowd doesn't really like you anyway, as these two are finding out! Finally, Ruby Richard Cage gets to his feet, and all four men shrug and exchange a glance, then begin heading backstage in disgust. Not a moment too soon... we can safely say that nobody came here tonight to see two Hulk Hogan wanna-bes posing.
But here's something people came to see! The ropes are being replaced with barbed wire, and the ring's being loaded with heaps of weapons... not sissy aluminum trashcans and kendo sticks, but real life-threatening lethal weapons! And now the hardcore cage is lowering! Weapons, barbed wire, and a steel cage, and Melissa DelArmeggion and Gwen Frye are seconds away from killing each other for our viewing pleasure!
* * * * * Cue "Sad But True" by Metallica * * * * *
And here comes Melissa now! Melissa DelArmeggio steps out of the backstage area, and she's giving the Hardcore Cage a long stare. She has to know that once she steps in that cage with the Hardcore Bitch, the human Tasmanian devil known as Gwen Frye, she'll probably never be the same after stepping out... if she even makes it out. But there's no hesitation in her eyes, just a sense of purpose. She claps her hands and puts them to her forehead for a second, as if in prayer, then begins walking down the aisle to the Hardcore Cage. The crowd's giving her a mixed reaction, mostly cheers, but with some scattered boos as well.
But Gwen Frye comes running out of the backstage area behind Melissa! And she's carrying a chair! Gwen runs up from behind Melissa and nails her in the back with the chair, and Melissa goes down in the middle of the aisle! Gwen gives her another pair of chairshots, then starts stomping away at Melissa! Gwen Frye just nailed Melissa from behind with a sneak attack, and she's not even waiting until they get in the cage to start the bloodshed and mayhem!
Gwen picks Melissa up and drags her to the cage, then rams her head against the cage wall on the outside. Melissa slumps against the side of the cage, her face pressed into the wire mesh... and Gwen Frye grabs a chair again and hits her in the back of the head! Melissa's face just got smashed against the side of the cage! She staggers away, with a few scratches from the mesh across her face... and Gwen hooks her from behind and gives her a sloppy belly-to-back suplex on the arena floor! Melissa's skull thumps against the concrete with an unhealthy sound as she lands on the floor!
Now Gwen's dragging her over to the VCW Swahili announcers' table... why does VCW even bother to broadcast its pay-per-views in Swahili? Gwen rams her head into the table a few times, then pulls her up on top of the table and climbs up after her. She puts Melissa in a standing headscissors... piledriver through the table! The match hasn't even started yet, and Gwen Frye already has Melissa left as a tattered wreck in the ruins of the Swahili announcers' table! But Gwen's not giving Melissa even a moment to convulse in pain or recover... she grabs her by the hair and drives her head-first into the side of the cage again! Now she's trying it again... but Melissa blocked it! She catches Gwen with a back elbow, then turns and opens up on her with a series of swift kicks to the midsection! Gwen doubles over... BACK BRAIN KICK!! Gwen is laid out on the floor!
Now Melissa's reaching under the ring... and she's pulling out a table! She sets up the table, and sets Gwen on top of it, then turns and begins climbing the cage... she's going to put Gwen through that table with a move from the top of the cage to the outside! But Gwen's getting up, and she rolls off of the table and grabs Melissa's ankle... and pulls her off of the cage! Melissa flies backwards off of the cage, and goes crashing through the table herself from five or six feet above! Gwen sets upon her immediately, kicking and stomping at her, then takes her head-first into the side of the cage again! Now Gwen's tossing her through the cage door, and following her inside. Appropriately enough, SMCW referee King of Extreme enters the ring to officiate, and this match is finally, officially on!
Hardcore Cage Match:
"The Hardcore Bitch" Gwen Frye
vs.
Melissa DelArmeggio
Gwen enters the cage behind Melissa, and she's picking up a steel chair inside the cage... but this one's wrapped in barbed wire! She's measuring Melissa, waiting on her as she gets up... and she swings, but Melissa ducks! Gwen Frye turns around... and Melissa dropkicks the chair into her face! Gwen goes down, and starts to get up, with several bleeding scratches on her face... but Melissa picks up a light bulb... and smashes it against Gwen's forehead as she gets up! Gwen staggers back into a corner of the ring, and Melissa follows her in, then unloads on her with a vicious series of kicks. Gwen staggers out, and Melissa whips her into the barbed wire, then takes her down with a spinning leg lariat as she comes off!
Both women are bleeding from several small abrasions, and Melissa looks like she's about to open up some more of those on Gwen... she's got a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire! Gwen gets up... and Melissa nails her in the stomach with the bat! Gwen doubles over, and Melissa gives her a couple shots across the back with it, sending her to a heap on the mat. Melissa hauls Gwen up by the hair, and she's dragging her to the barbed wire ropes... and she's choking her against the barbed wire! She could easily kill Gwen if one of those barbs taps an artery! Gwen thrashes around for a little bit before Melissa releases her, allowing her to collapse away from the barbed wire. Gwen's throat is bleeding, but not gushing blood, fortunately. But Melissa has the barbed wire baseball bat, as Gwen gets up. Gwen turns around... and Melissa nails her in the forehead with it, sending her down to the mat!
As Melissa pulls Gwen up by the hair, it can be clearly seen that Gwen now has an impressive bleeding gash running across her forehead. Melissa whips her into the barbed wire again, and goes for a dropkick as Gwen comes off... but Gwen stops short, then pounces on Melissa after she misses the dropkick! She begins slashing and tearing at her face and gouging her eyes... and now Gwen's biting her! Gwen is chewing on Melissa's face, and she just drew blood! Melissa finally reaches up and retaliates with an eye gouge, but her face and forehead are covered in bleeding abrasions now. They both get up... but Gwen had the presence of mind to grab the barbed wire chair on the way up! Melissa turns to her... and Gwen blasts her in the face with the chair!!
Melissa's getting up, a little slowly... and Gwen grabs her by the back of her hair and takes her headfirst into the side of the cage again, but this time she holds her there and begins grinding her face against the cage! Melissa turns around, bleeding from even more cuts and abrasions... and Gwen takes her down with a bodyslam on the barbed wire chair! Melissa's laid out on the chair, and Gwen climbs to the top turnbuckle... flying headbutt!! But Melissa just rolled out of the way, and Gwen headbutted the barbed-wire covered chair! Gwen rolls over and clutches at her forehead, and Melissa's picking up the chair! She nails Gwen Frye with a couple blows from the chair to stun her, then lays the chair across her chest and stomach... and now Melissa's going up to the top turnbuckle... FLYING SITDOWN SPLASH ON THE CHAIR!! That move was almost a joke when Melissa performed it under the eye of Stormy Weathers, but here and now, smashing a barbed-wire covered chair against her opponent, it's a different story. Melissa gets up, with the seat of her blue-jeans dotted with bleeding spots after sitting on the barbed wire, but Gwen absorbed the bulk of that attack.
Now it's Melissa's turn to pick Gwen up by the hair and take her head-first into the cage! Gwen staggers back, but Melissa grabs her and brings her head-first into the cage again, then rakes her face across the cage wall. Gwen staggers back when Melissa lets go over her... but she's too dazed to avoid it when Melissa lashes out and nails her with a vicious kick to the head!Gwen's laid out in the middle of the ring, and Melissa's climbing the cage wall! Melissa's planning some sort of move from the top of the cage on Gwen, and this could be what finishes the match! But Gwen's back up, and she's behind Melissa... she grabs Melissa's leg and pulls... AND MELISSA FALLS GROIN-FIRST ACROSS THE BARBED WIRE!! The crowd visibly winces in disgust and begins a "HOLY SHIT!" chant... regardless of your gender, forcefully straddling barbed wire has to HURT.
Melissa falls off into the ring and curls up into a fetal ball... and Gwen Frye's got a wooden plank... but it has some sort of explosive strapped to it! Gwen's drawing it back, and Melissa's curled up and helpless in the middle of the ring... and GWEN HITS HER ACROSS THE BACK WITH THE BOARD!! A deafening explosion rings across the arena after the board connects, throwing the board into the air, out of Gwen Frye's grasp. The board is cracked and slightly charred from the explosive, and Melissa's back isn't looking much better; her shirt has clearly been singed. But Gwen's still not even going for the pin... she doesn't want to beat Melissa, she wants to destroy her! And it makes perfect sense, because Rebecca Black, who called for this match, must face Melissa if Melissa survives this match!
Melissa's laid out, and Gwen just found something else scattered amidst the weapons at ringside... a bag. She empties it out in the ring... it was full of thumbtacks! Gwen picks Melissa up, and lifts her... then drives her onto the thumbtacks with a bodyslam!! Melissa's getting up, very slowly and obviously in pain, with thumbtacks in her back, her arms, and her hands... and Gwen gives her a kick to the midsection. Melissa doubles over, clutching her stomach... no, don't do it!! DDT on the tacks!! Gwen Frye just drove Melissa DelArmeggio's face right down into the thumbtacks!! She landed in the thumbtacks herself as a result of the move, but I don't think she cares!!
Somehow, Melissa's getting up, with thumbtacks sticking into one side of her face. But Gwen Frye's looking in the weapons again... and she just found a straight razor!! Melissa's getting up, and Gwen shoves her back into the corner... oh, no, this is gonna be sick... GWEN SLICES HER FOREHEAD OPEN! Blood begins pouring out of Melissa's forehead and streaming down her face and neck, into her shirt... and she crumples limply in the corner. Gwen tosses aside the straight-razor, and goes back to search for a new weapon... and she finds a spiked gauntlet! Gwen puts on the gauntlet, pausing briefly to admire it... now she pulls Melissa up out of the corner. Melissa can barely stand... NO!! Gwen just stiffed Melissa with the spiked gauntlet!! Blood splatters off of Melissa's face like she was just blasted with a shotgun, and she is OUT! Finally, Gwen's going for the cover... the first pin attempt of the match. She's mercifully going to end this before she ends Melissa's life... King of Extreme's making the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THRE... WHAT!? Melissa rolled a shoulder up!! Melissa is just that determined... some would say just that stupid... and she's not done yet!!
Rather than finish Melissa off, Gwen goes over to the cage door and steps outside. What's she doing? She's reaching under the ring, and pulling out a table. After all that both women have been through, I don't see how she can expect a simple fall through a table to finish Melissa... but she's bringing it into the ring anyway. Gwen brings the table into the cage, and now she's setting it up. She sets it up, then grabs handfuls of the thumbtacks off of the mat and scatters them across the table, plucking a few out of her own body for the job as well. Melissa's laying in the corner, apparently passed out from blood loss. But Gwen's searching in the weapons yet again... and she's found a small can of some sort. She opens it and pours its contents onto the table, and now she's turning back to Melissa. What's she doing!? I think Gwen has something more planned than your average table bump...
Melissa's still slumped in the corner, not moving... and Gwen hauls her up, then punches her in the gut a few times with the spiked gauntlet, making bloody holes in her shirt. Melissa's still motionless, and Gwen picks her up over a shoulder... and she's climbing to the top turnbuckle! No, she's climbing even higher... Gwen's carrying Melissa to the top of the cage! Gwen sets Melissa up on the corner at the top of the cage, then jumps down and pulls out a lighter... she's not... SHE LIGHTS THE TABLE ON FIRE!! The table bursts into flames, and now Gwen's climbing up to the top of the cage after Melissa, who still hasn't stirred! She hooks her... she's going to superplex her off the top of the cage though that table, which is currently in flames and covered in thumbtacks!!
But Melissa's starting to stir... she blocks the superplex!! AND SHE PUSHES GWEN OFF!! Gwen Frye flies backwards from the top of the cage, and goes crashing through the flaming table!! The crowd breaks out into a HUGE chant of "HOLY SHIT!", but it's not over yet! As Gwen Frye lies motionless in the wreckage of the flaming table, Melissa pulls herself up to the very top of the cage... and she's standing on top!! Melissa straightens out on top of the cage and pulls off her blood-soaked shirt, pulling out several thumbtacks in the process and exposing her slashed, bruised, and torn upper body and an equally blood-soaked bra! She tosses the shirt into the crowd, where fans begin gleefully fighting over it... and she jumps off!! Melissa comes off the top of the cage... FROG SPLASH!! Melissa just came off the top of the cage with a frog splash, and she looks up one last time... then collapses on top of Gwen Frye. Neither woman appears to be conscious as King of Extreme goes for the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! Melissa wins!!

Wow. There wasn't a single pure wrestling move in that match. Melissa remains draped over Gwen, and neither of the two is moving. The cage is raising now, and here comes a medical crew to take both women away. Somebody could be seriously injured here. Even if the adrenaline of the match hadn't shown it earlier... this is the kind of thing that ends careers. This is the kind of thing that ends LIVES. Both Melissa DelArmeggio and Gwen Frye might be in worse shape than we could imagine. The medical team puts both women on stretchers and begins pushing them to the back, but as they do, one of Melissa's hands begins to move! Melissa slowly raises a trembling hand and gives a "thumbs up", to an explosion of cheers from the crowd! Her arm falls limply at her side again as the stretcher is pushed backstage, along with the stretcher bearing Gwen.
A long, awkward pause follows as ring crew members come down to clean up after Melissa and Gwen. The weapons, blood, and stray tacks are cleaned out of the ring, and the barbed wire is once again replaced by ropes. Finally, the ring is once again in working order, and it's ready for our next match.

Here comes King Rasta, on his way to the ring to face Ken Collins for the VCW Television Title. He's accompanied, as usual, by Bobby the Monkey, his friendly, energetic animal companion. He gets a mild pop, as most VCW fans don't know and don't care who in the heck he is, but he's a popular competitor in SMCW. He climbs into the ring, awaiting his opportunity to challenge for the VCW Television Title.
* * * * * Cue "Liquid Mercury" by Jimmy Page * * * * *
The crowd pops as "The California Crippler" Ken Collins comes out of the backstage area, wearing the VCW Television Title, and accompanied by Stacey Lockman. For all that some SMCW fans view the VCW wrestlers as soft, overpaid, and lazy, there's little questioning the credentials of Ken Collins, who has shown some phenomenal skills lately, especially in the course of winning this title. The VCW Television Champion steps into the ring and hands the belt outside to Stacey Lockman, who hands it to the timekeeper. Ken Collins steps forward and offers his hand to King Rasta, who accepts the handshake. Bobby the Monkey enters the ring as well, extending his hand... and after a moment's hesitation, Ken Collins shakes Bobby's hand as well. Bobby the Monkey leaves the ring as a less intelligent life form, VCW referee Linda Peterson, enters the ring to officiate this match!
For the VCW Television Title:
"The California
Crippler" Ken Collins (c)
w/Stacey Lockman
vs.
King Rasta
w/Bobby the Monkey
They start out circling each other, watching the other's movements, then move in and lock up. Ken Collins puts on a headlock, but King Rasta lifts him up, going for a belly-to-back suplex... but Ken Collins flips over and lands behind him, then puts on a waistlock, but catches a back elbow from King Rasta! King Rasta switches behind Ken Collins, and hooks his waist... release German suplex! But Ken Collins flips over behind him and lands on his hands and knees, then pops up as King Rasta gets up. King Rasta turns around... right into a dropkick from Ken Collins! King Rasta staggers back, and Ken Collins grabs him and whips him to the ropes... no, King Rasta reverses, then runs off the other side! Ken Collins ducks a clothesline from King Rasta and runs past, and each man bounces off the opposite side again... and this time Ken Collins comes off with a cross bodypress, but King Rasta catches him, and pitches him overhead in a fallaway slam!!
Ken Collins gets to his feet again and steps back, calmly assessing his situation after that exchange. Ken Collins locks up with King Rasta again, but this time, he grabs the right arm and twists, then drives an elbow into King Rasta's shoulder repeatedly when he doubles over. King Rasta drops to the mat and rolls out of the arm twist, then turns and fells Ken Collins with a clothesline from the other arm! Ken Collins gets back up, and King Rasta lifts him... backbreaker! Ken Collins is down in the ring, and King Rasta steps out to the apron... what's he up to? He grabs the ropes... and comes in with a slingshot splash!! But Ken Collins gets his knees up, and King Rasta lands stomach-first on them!
Ken Collins and King Rasta both begin getting up... and Ken Collins whips him into the turnbuckle. Ken Collins follows him in, giving him a series of knees to the midsection, then hooks him... and brings him out with a vertical suplex! King Rasta's down, and Ken Collins drops a pair of elbows across his midsection, then goes for the pin! Linda Peterson's going down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two by King Rasta! Ken Collins picks him up, with a good deal of effort, then gives him a gutbuster! Ken Collins may be tiring himself out by trying to do moves like these on the massive King Rasta, but King Rasta's feeling the effects. Ken Collins pulls him up, and now he's putting on an abdominal stretch! King Rasta's in pain, struggling, glancing around for the ropes... and he finally just sucks it in and hiptosses Ken Collins down, breaking the hold!
Ken Collins gets up, but King Rasta's waiting for him, and whips him into the turnbuckle. Ken Collins staggers out... and King Rasta blasts him with a massive lariat!! Ken Collins is down, and King Rasta goes for the pin! Linda Peterson goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half by Ken Collins. King Rasta whips him into the corner again, and tries for another lariat as he comes out, but Ken Collins isn't falling for it twice, and he ducks under it! King Rasta turns around, and Ken Collins knocks him back against the ropes with a dropkick! King Rasta is reeling against the ropes... and Ken Collins sends him over the top with a second dropkick! Ken Collins bounces off the opposite ropes as King Rasta stands up... Ken Collins leaps into the air, springboards off the top rope, and comes crashing down onto King Rasta with a big plancha! King Rasta goes down at ringside!
Ken Collins may have hurt himself a little on that move, because he's not so quick to get up... but he's up before King Rasta. Ken Collins whips him into the guardrail, then begins unloading on him with a series of chops... but King Rasta just bites back the pain, and grabs Ken Collins! He whips him towards the ringsteps... but Ken Collins reverses it and drops, sending King Rasta shoulder-first into the ringsteps! King Rasta clutches his right shoulder in pain, and that's not lost on Ken Collins. Ken Collins rolls King Rasta back into the ring, and follows him inside, obviously intent on doing some more damage to that shoulder.
Inside the ring, Ken Collins drops a knee on King Rasta's shoulder, then gets up and does it again, causing King Rasta to grimace in pain. Ken Collins grabs the arm now and drags him to the middle of the ring... and he's putting on a short arm scissors! King Rasta is struggling, trying to make his way to the ropes, but he's having a hard time! Ken Collins is leaning back on the hold, working over his right arm and shoulder, as King Rasta struggles and inches his way towards the ropes... struggling... he's almost there, but he's been in this hold a while... and he makes it! King Rasta makes it to the ropes, but his arm may be damaged after spending a considerable amount of time in the short arm scissors!
Ken Collins pulls King Rasta up and backs him into a corner, then drills him with some more knees to the gut. King Rasta doubles over, and Ken Collins grabs him in a headlock, then runs forward and drops him in a bulldog! Ken Collins turns around and drops his knee on King Rasta's shoulder twice more... and now he's going back to the short arm scissors! No, King Rasta's able to reach up with his other hand and shove him away! King Rasta gets to his feet... but Ken Collins nails him with a dropkick! King Rasta staggers back, then steps forward again, and Ken Collins goes for another dropkick... but this time King Rasta stops short! Ken Collins misses the dropkick, and he's getting back up again... but King Rasta runs forward and nails him with a clothesline from the left arm!
Ken Collins gets back up, but King Rasta scoops him off his feet and backs into the corner... running powerslam!! King Rasta holds the cover and hooks a leg, and Linda Peterson's down to count... ONE! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half by Ken Collins! King Rasta picks him up again... belly to belly suplex! Ken Collins just got tossed like a rag doll, but King Rasta's not going for the cover... he's going to the top turnbuckle! FLYING KNEEDROP!! Ken Collins might have had his skull crushed by that flying kneedrop, and King Rasta hooks a leg for the cover again! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout at two and three-quarters by Ken Collins!!
King Rasta gets up, and rolls his shoulder, trying to work out some of the pain. He picks Ken Collins up, and puts him on the top turnbuckle, and he's going up after him! He wraps his arms around him... he's going for a belly-to-belly superplex!! But Ken Collins headbutts him in the face! And he does it again! King Rasta loosens his grip, and Ken Collins pulls an arm free and starts bashing him in the face repeatedly! King Rasta falls backwards off of the top turnbuckle, and gets up as Ken Collins mounts the turnbuckle properly. King Rasta turns around... FLYING DROPKICK!! Ken Collins just dropped King Rasta like a bullet, and now he's crawling across him and hooking a leg for the cover! Linda Peterson counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THRE... Kickout!! Somehow, King Rasta just kicked out at the last possible second!!
But King Rasta's still down, and Ken Collins turns him over and hooks the chin... California Crossface!! No, he can't quite get it on... King Rasta is struggling, trying to keep him from locking on the hold, and eventually squirms free! Ken Collins gets up, as King Rasta tries to get to his feet. Ken Collins hooks his head, going for a DDT... but King Rasta grabs him around the waist, and flings him over his head in a MASSIVE release overhead belly-to-belly suplex! Ken Collins sails across the ring and lands on the opposite side, nearly landing on his head! King Rasta's going up to the top... he's perched up there, waiting for Ken Collins. Ken Collins gets up and turns around... DREADLOCK DROP!! Ken Collins just took the Dreadlock Drop in the middle of the ring, and King Rasta crawls across him and hooks a leg! Linda Peterson makes the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! NEW CHAMPION! NEW CHAMPION!!
King
Rasta pinned Ken Collins with the Dreadlock Drop in 0:09:52.

(King Rasta won the VCW Television Title.)
King Rasta is greeted with a mixed reaction as Linda Peterson hands him the VCW Television Title. Many VCW fans aren't sure what to make of his victory, but the SMCW fans greet him with a round of cheers, excited to see one of their own not only win this match, but win a VCW championship belt! Ken Collins is getting up, favoring his neck... and he extends a hand to King Rasta, who takes it after a bit of hesitation. They shake hands, but the camera clearly catches Ken Collins telling King Rasta "This isn't over..." and King Rasta nodding and smiling grimly. What a triumph for King Rasta to win the VCW World Title, and what a disappointment for Ken Collins to lose it, mere days after winning it for the first time! Both men leave the ring... but what does this mean for VCW and SMCW? Is it the SMCW Television Title now?

We'll worry about that later, because right now, Devaccio Pola is on his way to the ring! He stares around at the crowd and the ring with a half-crazed look on his face. He's probably enjoying the prospect of a Hardcore Match with Hannibal. The crowd responds with mostly cheers; Devaccio Pola's not only talented, but crazy and violent as well, and even the most adamant SMCW fans would admit that watching him in action is a unique experience. He steps into the ring, preparing for a fight.
* * * * * Cue "The Consequences of Laughing" by Our Lady Peace * * * * *
And here comes the other half of that fight! Here comes the SMCW Hardcore Champion! Here comes Hannibal! He walks to the ring without hesitation, preparing for what could very well be the fight of both men's lives. Known as one of the most violent, destructive, and extreme wrestlers in SMCW, Hannibal may very well be one of the few people as violent and bloodthirsty as Devaccio Pola, if not more so. He's entering the ring, and both men exchange a stare... this could get ugly quick. Once again, appropriately, King of Extreme is the referee for this match, which is beginning now!
For the SMCW Hardcore Title:
Hannibal(c)
vs.
Devaccio Pola
Devaccio and Hannibal circle one another... this should be an interesting match, to say the least. Devaccio, who is acting much more carefully than usually, throws a few jabs Hannibal's way, but none of them connect. Hannibal tries for a quick kick to the thigh... Devaccio blocks. Devaccio then throws a couple more right hands at Hannibal's face, but none of them connect. Hannibal tries to hit Pola with an elbow smash, but Pola easily dodges, and the two men continue to circle one another.
Devaccio throws a kick to the midsection, but Hannibal raises his knee to block it. Some of the more blood thirsty VCW fans have started up a chant of "boring". Hannibal tries to kick Pola in the thigh again... but Devaccio catches his leg! Devaccio takes Hannibal down with a dragon screw, and then mounts him! Devaccio Pola begins to rain down hard right hands to Hannibal's face! However, before and real damage can be done, Hannibal reaches out and grabs the bottom rope, and The King of Extreme calls for the break. Hannibal and Devaccio begin to circle one another once more. Hannibal throws a few quick jabs at Devaccio's head, but Devaccio blocks some, and dodges the rest. Devaccio then feigns a right hook to the stomach, and when Hannibal lowers his arms to protect his body, Devaccio clocks him with a left cross to the face!
Hannibal goes down, and then rolls out of the ring. Hannibal spends a a few seconds pacing back and fourth on the outside. I don't think Hannibal knows what to do with Pola! Hannibal rolls back into the ring. Deciding to switch tactics, Hannibal challenges Devaccio to a test of strength. Devaccio accepts, and then two men lock up. Hannibal begins to overpower the smaller Devaccio Pola, so Pola hits him with a quick knee to the midsection, then takes Hannibal over with an overhead belly to belly suplex. Hannibal and Devaccio lock up again. Hannibal takes Devaccio over with a headlock takedown. Devaccio fights his way back up to his feet. Hannibal's still got Devaccio locked in the headlock... Devaccio tries to take Hannibal over with a back suplex but Hannibal performs a sloppy backflip and lands on his feet, then blasts Devaccio with a brutal lariat to the back of the head!
Hannibal lifts Devaccio off the canvas, and then DDTs him back down. Devaccio stands up again, so Hannibal whips him into the corner. Hannibal follows Devaccio in... Hannibal hits a Leaping Elbow Smash right to the face of Devaccio Pola! Hannibal then absolutely nails Devaccio with an open handed slap to the chest, drawing a "whoo!" from the crowd. Hannibal grabs Devaccio's t-shirt, and tears it right off of him! Hannibal then drills Pola with a wicked knife edge chop to the chest! Hannibal hits Pola with another slap to the chest... and Pola fires right back with a forearm shot to the jaw, knocking Hannibal off of his feet!
Hannibal kips up, and then nails Pola with a spinning elbow smash, sending Pola back into the turnbuckle. Hannibal hits Pola with a series of knife edge chops to the chest, and ends it with a vicious elbow smash, but Pola fires back with another forearm, and Hannibal goes down again! Hannibal kips up for a second time, and drives Pola back into the turnbuckle with a series of kicks to the midsection. Hannibal then tries to hit Pola with a Roaring Elbow, but Pola blocks, and then responds with a quick jab to the face, knocking Hannibal down once again! Hannibal rolls to the center of the ring, then manages to pull himself off the mat, into a kneeling position... Hannibal has been cut! Devaccio Pola's jab split the skin above Hannibal's left eye, and Hannibal is bleeding!
Hannibal stands back up. Pola charges at Hannibal and tries to clothesline him, but Hannibal ducks. Hannibal grabs Pola, and tries to whip him into the ropes, but Pola reverses. Pola tries to send Hannibal to the floor with a backdrop, but Hannibal grabs onto the top rope, and slingshots himself onto the ring apron. Pola spins around and hits Hannibal with an elbow smash, sending Hannibal flying off the ring apron to the concrete floor below! Hannibal struggles back up to his feet on the floor. Devaccio Pola takes a running start... Tope Suicida! What a move! Then, Devaccio grabs Hannibal, and rolls him back into the ring. Hannibal looks a little wobbly right now... Pola fires off a series of hard kicks to the midsection, sending Hannibal down to his hands and knees. Pola then runs into the ropes... and dropkicks Hannibal right in the head! God DAMN that made a loud noise!
Hannibal somehow is able to struggle back up to his feet after that hellacious dropkick... so Pola hits him with another series of jackhammer-like kicks to the stomach. Hannibal remains standing, however, so Pola goes for a third set of kicks... Hannibal grabs Pola's leg... Dragon Screw! Pola gets back up, and when he does, Hannibal goes into a Thai Boxing stance. Pola doesn't know what to think of this... Hannibal lashes out, and kicks Pola in the side of the leg! Pola winces in pain... so Hannibal does it again! And again! And again! Hannibal is going to kick Pola in side of the the leg until Devaccio can't stand up anymore!
Again Hannibal kicks Pola in the side of the leg! And again! The sound of flesh smacking against flesh is causing even the most bloody thirsty members of the audience to wince in pain. Hannibal kicks Pola in the leg again... so far, Pola hasn't attempted to block any of these kicks. Hannibal kicks Pola in the leg again, and Pola winces in pain. Hannibal then throws another kick at Pola's leg... Devaccio Pola instinctively raises his left leg in an attempt to block the kick with his knee, so Hannibal dives in and grabs Pola's right leg, and takes him down with a single leg take down, into a mount position! Wow, shades of Rickson Gracie there! Hannibal then begins to rain down left handed blows to Devaccio Pola's face, and the crowd is going insane! Pola is thrashing around trying to escape, but Hannibal is mercilessly beating the ever-loving crap out of Pola! Finally Devaccio is able to squirm his way to the ropes, and The King of Extreme is forced to pull Hannibal off of Pola. Devaccio Pola stands up... Pola has been cut! Hannibal managed to open up a huge gash under Pola's eye with that wicked looking series of punches to the face! Both men are quickly becoming bloody messes!
Pola then rolls out of the ring, and tries to get his bearings. Hannibal runs into the ropes... he slingshots himself onto the top rope from inside the ring (never touching the ring apron) and then flies off the top rope in a picture perfect Asai Moonsault... but Pola moves out of the way! OH MY GOD! Hannibal just fell what looked to be about eight of nine feet, chest first, onto the unprotected concrete floor! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, in the entire arena just came to their feet, and a huge "HOLY SHIT!" chant has been started! Pola pulls Hannibal off the canvas, and throws him chest first into the steel ringsteps. Pola then walks over to Hannibal, and delivers a brutal kick right to the ribcage. Good lord, Devaccio Pola is trying to kill Hannibal! Hannibal may have broken one or more ribs after that horrible fall onto the bare concrete, and now Pola is doing everything he can to exploit the injury!
Pola grabs Hannibal by the hair, and rolls him back into the ring. Pola follows Hannibal in. What's he going to do... Pola grabs Hannibal, and then destroys him with a brutal Gut Buster! Pola climbs to the top turnbuckle... Flying Splash! He makes the cover... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout. Wow, there's still a little life left in Hannibal after all! Pola picks Hannibal up off the canvas, then runs into the ropes... dropkick to the chest! Hannibal gasps in pain, and then drops down onto his hands and knees. Pola runs into the ropes... and then delivers another stiff kick to Hannibal's midsection. Pola lifts Hannibal off the canvas once more, and tries to hit him with another kick to the gut, but Hannibal blocks it! Hannibal reaches out, and grabs Pola in a headlock. Hannibal then hits Pola with a series of elbows to the back of the head, and knees to the face! Hannibal drops Pola with a DDT, then begins to climb to the top rope... is he going for his Asylum Frogsplash? Hannibal jumps off the top... 450 SPLASH! NO! Pola rolled out of the way, and Hannibal hit nothing but canvas!
Pola lifts Hannibal off the canvas, puts him in a side headlock, and then drags him to the middle of the ring. Pola then takes Hannibal down with a snap mere, which leaves Hannibal sitting in the middle of the ring. Pola runs into the ropes... DROPKICK TO THE FACE! HOLY SHIT! Hannibal is thrashing around on the canvas, clutching his nose... the camera zooms in on Hannibal's face... Hannibal's nose has been broken! Devaccio Pola just broke Hannibal's nose with that dropkick! Pola grabs Hannibal by the hair, and pulls him back up to his feet. Pola runs into the ropes... Pola German Suplexes Hannibal, but Hannibal twists around, lands on his knees, then charges at Pola and absolutely DESTROYS him with a running forearm smash! Pola slowly pulls himself off the canvas... OH MY GOD! Devaccio Pola's right eye looks like... yes it is... Devaccio Pola's right eye is swelling shut! There's an ugly purple bruise forming on the right side of Devaccio Pola's face, and his right eye is almost totally swollen shut! That's Hannibal's way of repaying Pola for the broken nose!
Hannibal whips Pola into the turnbuckle, then charges at him... Pola moves out of the way at the last possible instant, and Hannibal goes chest first into the turnbuckle, then drops to the canvas and begins to clutch his chest once more. Pola lifts Hannibal up off the canvas, and then sets him up on the top turnbuckle... Top Rope Frankensteiner! Pola lifts Hannibal up off the canvas, and then hits him with a series of kneelifts, followed by a brutal looking headbutt which sends Hannibal crashing down to the canvas. Damn. Pola lifts Hannibal up off the canvas again, and whips him into the ropes. Pola tries to backdrop Hannibal out of the ring, but Hannibal grabs the top rope and slingshots himself onto the ring apron. Pola spins around and tries to nail Hannibal with a forearm like he did near the beginning of the match, but this time Hannibal blocks it, hits Pola with a shoulder to the midsection. Hannibal reaches into the ring and grabs Pola... Vertical Suplex off the ring apron to the concrete floor!
Hannibal climbs to the top turnbuckle, and when Pola gets up off the canvas, Hannibal flies off the top rope and nails Pola with a flying forearm to the jaw! Ouch! Hannibal then rolls Pola back into the ring. Hannibal lifts Pola off the canvas, and then takes him down with a Cradle DDT. Hannibal climbs to the top turnbuckle... Asylum Frog Splash! This one is OVER! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... KICKOUT?? Hannibal is furious! Devaccio Pola just kicked out of his finisher, The Asylum! What is it going to take to put Pola down for the count?
Hannibal whips Pola into the ropes, but Pola ducks a lariat, then takes Hannibal down with a spinning leg lariat! Pola then goes out to the ring apron, and when Hannibal gets back up, Pola takes him down with a Springboard Frankensteiner! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout! Hannibal is still in this one! Pola nails Hannibal with a kick to the midsection, and then follows that up with a jawbreaker. Pola climbs to the top rope, and when Hannibal gets back up, Pola jumps off the top rope and drills him right in the chest with a Missle Dropkick! Pola lifts Hannibal off the mat, then runs into the ropes... Jumping High Kick! Pola pulls Hannibal off the canvas once again... Russian Legsweep! He then goes out onto the ring apron... Springboard Splash!
Pola isn't done, however. He pulls Hannibal off the canvas, and then drops him with a brutal Jumping Piledriver! Devaccio Pola climbs to the top rope... 450 Splash! ONE!!... TWO!!... Kickout! There's still some life left in Hannibal! Pola pulls Hannibal up off the canvas, and then nails him with a brutal series of headbutts, sending Hannibal to the canvas. Pola lifts Hannibal up off the canvas and then runs into the ropes... lariat! Devaccio Pola nearly took Hannibal's head off with that lariat! Holy crap! Pola then picks Hannibal up off the canvas once again. He runs into the ropes... Lariat! NO! Hannibal ducks! Hannibal kicks Pola in the gut... Falcon Arrow! ONE!! ... TWO!! ...THREE!!! Hannibal wins! Hannibal just dropped Pola right onto the top of his head with that killer Falcon Arrow, and has successfully retained the SMCW Hardcore Title! Wow!
Hannibal is getting an impressive round of applause from the fans... that was easily the single most brutal SMCW Hardcore Title match EVER! That bout was the definition of being hardcore without using weapons... neither man broke a table or swung a chair, they just concentrated on beating the tar out of one another with fists and feet. Both men are bloody messes, Devaccio Pola's right eye is swollen shut, and Hannibal's nose has been reduced to a pile of rubble. God DAMN that was brutal!

Coming up next, we have a match that should be to technical wrestling what the last one was to stiff, brutal brawling. The Drifter will defend his SMCW Cruiserweight Title against VCW's Tim Bell. There probably won't be a lot of blood spilled or brawling in this match, but it should still be a classic. Some trainers help Devaccio Pola and Hannibal to the backstage area, and ring crew members make a futile effort to clean up some of the blood that's been spilled from the previous match. And now we're ready to go!
* * * * * Cue "Through The Never" by Metallica * * * * *
Here comes the challenger for the SMCW Cruiserweight Title, Tim Bell. Fairly calm and collected, he walks out of the backstage area and begins heading to the ring. The crowd's reaction to him is mostly cheers, but some of the die-hard SMCW fans boo him. He steps into the ring and rolls his shoulders to loosen them up, then looks to the backstage area as if this was just any other match. But tonight's not just any match... Tim Bell has the opportunity tonight to win the SMCW Cruiserweight Title and score a victory over one of SMCW's top stars!
* * * * * Cue "Wherever I May Roam" by Metallica * * * * *
And here comes the SMCW Cruiserweight Champion! The Drifter is on his way out of the backstage area, wearing his title belt as he walks to the ring, locking eyes with Tim Bell across the aisle. He gets a fairly loud pop, even though a good portion of the VCW fans are sitting on their hands, not having any idea who he is. Both these men know that they're stepping into the ring with a skilled opponent tonight, and both seem... wait, the Dark Brothers are coming out of the backstage area! Sogetsu and Kazuki Kazama are coming up behind the Drifter, and he doesn't see them! But he felt that... he just got a swift kick to the back of the head from Kazuki that knocked him over! The Dark Brothers converge on the Drifter, attacking him mercilessly!
But Tim Bell's seen enough! He's charging out of the ring, and coming down the aisle... and he's attacking the Dark Brothers! He's fighting them off with a flurry of punches and chops, and the Drifter's starting to get back up! But once again someone's coming out of the backstage area... it's the VCW World Tag Team Champions, Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon of the Hammer of the Gods! Rob Solomon comes from behind Tim Bell, and nails him with the hockey stick... the Drifter's starting to get up... but Jacob Idol takes off his VCW World Tag Team Title belt and smashes it against the side of the Drifter's head! The Dark Brothers join in as well, and there's a four-on-two beating going on in the aisle as the Dark Brothers and the VCW World Tag Team Champions attack Tim Bell and the Drifter... wait, make that five-on-two, because Jasmina Chastity just came out of the backstage area, and she's kicking the fallen bodies of the men as well. These two teams are supposed to be opponents tonight, and instead they're teaming up to wipe out Tim Bell and the Drifter!
After several blows from the hockey stick and a lengthy beating, Tim Bell and the Drifter are both reduced to semi-conscious, battered heaps on the floor. The Dark Brothers and the Hammer of the Gods are surveying their handiwork, looking quite pleased with laying both men out. It's clear that we won't be seeing that SMCW Cruiserweight Championship match after all... but Rob Solomon just turned to attack Kazuki Kazama, and Sogetsu's attacking Jacob Idol!! Both teams just realized that they're scheduled to face each other tonight, and each came up with the idea of turning on the other team simultaneously! Rob Solomon just laid out Kazuki with a blow from the hockey stick, and he attacks Sogetsu from behind as well, nailing him in the back! They're bringing him to the ring, and rolling him inside, as VCW referee Bobcat McGavin comes in to officiate. This match is beginning early!
For the VCW World Tag Team Titles:
Hammer of the Gods
(Jacob Idol & Rob Solomon) (c)
w/Jasmina Chastity
vs.
Dark Brothers
Jacob Idol starts off the match against Sogetsu Kazama, entering the ring behind him and stomping away at his lower back, where he was just hit by the hockey stick. Sogetsu gets up, and Jacob Idol picks him up, then delivers a backbreaker! Sogetsu squirms in pain on the mat, and Idol backs up, then takes a step forward and drops a leg across his throat, then gets up and does it again. He pulls Sogetsu up in a headlock, then makes the tag to Rob Solomon, who enters the ring and takes several cheap shots at Sogetsu Kazama while Jacob Idol holds him in the headlock, taking full advantage of Bobcat McGavin's impotent five-count. The crowd boos mildly, but they really have no enthusiasm to get behind either side. Both teams are known as scum, and they just ruined what could have been one of the best matches on the card with their pre-match attack.
Rob Solomon backs Sogetsu into a corner, and gives him a series of kneelifts, then begins unloading on him with stiff martial-arts kicks to the midsection until he slumps in the corner, at which point he begins stomping him repeatedly, Steve Austin style, until Bobcat McGavin orders him back. Sogetsu gets back up, but Rob Solomon hooks him and takes him down with a vicious snap suplex, as Kazuki, the other half of the Dark Brothers, finally makes it to the apron after getting up from the pre-match attack. Rob Solomon's going for the cover on Sogetsu, and Bobcat McGavin's down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two by Sogetsu!
Rob Solomon picks him up, and whips him into the ropes. Sogetsu comes off... LARIAT!! But Sogetsu ducks under Solomon's arm, and runs into the ropes on the other side. Rob Solomon turns around... and gets knocked off his feet by a spear! Rob Solomon gets back up... and takes a kick to the groin! Sogetsu hooks his arms... double underhook faceslam! And now he's going to his corner, and making the tag... here comes Kazuki! The Dark Brothers whip Rob Solomon into the ropes... DOUBLE YAKUZA KICK!! Rob Solomon goes down hard, and Kazuki goes for the pin! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... shoulder up at two and a half.
Kazuki backs Rob Solomon into the corner, and now he's the one unloading with martial-arts kicks to the midsection. Rob Solomon stumbles out... and a spin kick knocks him down! Now Kazuki's going up to the top turnbuckle... and he comes off with a moonsault... right onto Rob Solomon's raised knees. Kazuki rolls over on the mat, clutching his stomach, and Rob Solomon gets up, then grabs Kazuki and tags in Jacob Idol. Together, they hook Kazuki... double vertical suplex!
Rob Solomon leaves the ring, as Jacob Idol once again goes on the attack. He picks Kazuki up and executes a gutbuster, then gives him a kneedrop to the head. He picks him up again, going for a belly-to-back suplex, but Kazuki flips out behind him! He hooks Jacob Idol from behind, and brings him down with a reverse suplex! He tags in Sogetsu, who goes up to the top turnbuckle... snap suplex by Kazuki, followed up by a flying senton from Sogetsu!! Sogetsu's making the cover and hooking the leg, and Bobcat McGavin's in position... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half by Jacob Idol!
Sogetsu picks Jacob Idol up, and whips him into the ropes, then runs into the opposite side, and comes off to drop him with a spinning leg lariat! He picks him up and whips him in again, then hits the opposite ropes again... he goes for another spinning leg lariat, but Jacob Idol ducks this one! He gets up and turns around, but Jacob Idol just lashes out and catches him with an unscientific right hand to the jaw, staggering him back. Jacob Idol follows in with a kick to the midsection, then hooks him and takes him down with a snap suplex! But Jacob Idol's not done yet... he hooks his arms... double underhook backbreaker!! Sogetsu's down, holding his back and writhing in pain, and Jacob Idol's going to the top turnbuckle, facing the crowd! He looks over his shoulder and sees Sogetsu starting to get up... and comes off the top with the Moonsault Bodyblock!! But Sogetsu nails him with a dropkick on his way down!!
Both men are a little slow to begin moving again after that, and when they do, both make their way to their corners. Double tag made, and here come Rob Solomon and Kazuki Kazama! They enter the ring, and Rob Solomon immediately goes for a lariat, but it's ducked, and Kazuki counters with a swift kick to the midsection! He whips Rob Solomon into the turnbuckle, and Rob Solomon staggers out... and gets speared! Jacob Idol enters the ring, but Sogetsu Kazama comes in as well, and now they're brawling in the middle of the ring as well!
Rob Solomon gets up, but goes down again after a jumping elbow thrust catches him in the chin. Meanwhile, Jacob Idol throws Sogetsu out of the ring, and mounts the top turnbuckle... MOONSAULT BODYBLOCK TO THE FLOOR!! The crowd, previously lukewarm for these two teams, can't help but cheer for that spot. Back in the ring, Kazuki takes Solomon down with a snap suplex, and now he's going up top... moonsault!! He hits a moonsault of his own, and goes for the cover! Bobcat McGavin's counting... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... NO! Jacob Idol reached in and pulled Kazuki out by the leg, and takes him head-first into the apron!
Jacob Idol rolls Kazuki back in, but Bobcat McGavin's giving Jacob Idol a severe tongue-lashing for that little stunt... but while he's doing that, Jasmina Chastity just slipped the hockey stick into the ring! Rob Solomon gets up, and gets the hockey stick... Kazuki's getting up... and Rob Solomon just whacked him across the head with the hockey stick!! Kazuki Kazama is down, and Rob Solomon's going to the top turnbuckle... KATANA LEGDROP!! He kicks the hockey stick out of the ring, then covers Kazuki and hooks a leg, and sure enough, Bobcat McGavin's turning around just in time to make the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! The Hammer of the Gods retain!!

(The Hammer of the Gods retained the VCW World Tag Team Titles.)
Sogetsu's just now starting to get his bearings on the floor, and Kazuki is laid out in the ring, as Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon pause briefly to celebrate their victory, posing in the ring. The match, particularly towards the end, was an impressive and energetic spotfest, but they didn't earn any respect from the fans after their dastardly attack on Tim Bell and the Drifter earlier. As the Dark Brothers start to come to, Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon roll out of the ring and claim the VCW World Tag Team Title belts, then head backstage with Jasmina Chastity, stopping briefly to gloat on top of the entrance ramp. The Dark Brothers exchange a weary, frustrated look and head backstage as well.

Oh, no... here comes Marylin Silvera, set for his match with David Wright Hubbard. No partisan lines divide the crowd here... they ALL dislike Marylin Silvera. Chants of "YOU SUCK!" and "YOU'RE A FREAK", as well as some less kind and politically correct taunts, issue forth from the crowd as he comes to the ring. He's limping slightly, apparently still suffering the effects of a recent ankle injury suffered at a SMCW house show. That could be disastrous against an opponent the caliber of David Wright Hubbard. And... oh, no... he has a microphone.
M. Silvera: Hello, everyone. Did you miss seeing my beautiful face?
The crowd boos, and a chorus of voices yell "NO". Marylin Silvera takes controversial and weird to the extreme, then takes them even further. Not many people have nice things to say about him...
M. Silvera: Well, that's a pity... because you'll be seeing more of me... a LOT more of me... after I ride your handsome little cowboy, David Wright Hubbard, to a new VCW contract. SMCW just isn't a deserving forum for a star of MY magnitude... and if I win this match... when I win this match, I'll be back in VCW, entertaining all of the fans that lust after me so strongly. So David... you big handsome thing... come on out, and take the honor of being the stepping stone for my stardom.
* * * * * Cue "War Pigs" by Black Sabbath * * * * *
David Wright Hubbard storms out of the backstage area, carrying a microphone... to a mixed reaction, with surprisingly more boos than cheers. The SMCW crowd absolutely HATES this guy, and the VCW portion of the crowd doesn't seem to be enthusiastic enough to drown them out with cheers. David Wright Hubbard looks surprised for a second at the reaction... then a cruel, heelish smirk crawls across his face as he raises the microphone.
D.W. Hubbard: You SMCW slimeballs can boo all you want, but it don't change a fucking thing. We don't want this freak back in VCW, and I'm here to beat his ass so he'll stay down here, in this two-bit flea-market company where he belongs. He's a big piece of trash, just like anyone dumb enough to actually watch that pathetic little horse-and-pony show SMCW puts on every month now. It ain't my fault VCW's the best wrestling company on the face of the earth, and if you don't like it, you can kiss my ass!!
The crowd explodes, the VCW fans cheering, and the SMCW fans booing. Once again, the SMCW crowd's slightly louder in their response. David Wright Hubbard tosses down the microphone, and he's charging the ring, heading straight for Marylin Silvera! SMCW official Roy Tellberg is in to call the match, and it's beginning right now!
If Marylin Silvera Wins, He Gets A VCW Contract:
David Wright Hubbard
vs.
Marylin Silvera
David Wright Hubbard charges in, and blocks a Marylin Silvera punch... kick to the midsection! Marylin Silvera doubles over, and David Wright Hubbard bounces off the ropes... LARIAT!!! He just turned Marylin Silvera inside out with that lariat! Now he's picking him up... standing headscissors... POWER BOMB!!! David Wright Hubbard plants one foot on Marylin Silvera's chest, and Roy Tellberg goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! He could have counted to three hundred... Marylin Silvera is out!! That was a total SQUASH!!
David
Wright Hubbard pinned Marylin Silvera after a power bomb in

Rating: 1/2*
The crowd once again gives a mixed reaction, as David Wright Hubbard rolls out of the ring and begins heading backstage. Marylin Silvera was utterly destroyed there, and he's still down in the middle of the ring. David Wright Hubbard goes to the top of the entrance ramp, then turns to the crowd and gives them the "up yours" gesture before heading backstage. Marylin Silvera's being helped away by a medical team after that beating. David Wright Hubbard didn't endear himself any to the SMCW crowd, that's for sure... he just came in, took care of business, and got out.
* * * * * Cue "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin * * * * *
But here comes someone who isn't very well-liked by anybody in the crowd. Upon hearing that music, the crowd explodes into collective boos, which only get louder as Julian "The Hitman" Page steps out of the backstage area, wearing the VCW Intercontinental Title and dressed in his usual Bret Hart ring attire. Fans of VCW and SMCW alike seem to agree that Julian Page is a sorry excuse for a human being. It'd be hard to make a case against that opinion, given his assault not only on the character and legacy of wrestling legend Bret "The Hitman" Hart, but also his three-on-one physical assault on Bret Hart during the last edition of VCW Monday Night Wrestling.
On the outside of the ring, he hands his pink sunglasses to some unappreciative fan, then takes off the VCW Intercontinental Title and his leather jacket before grabbing a microphone and stepping into the ring. He looks around at the crowd, smiling briefly in obvious enjoyment of their disapproval.
J. Page: The UWF Arena... home to a bunch of bush-league hogwash that nobody's ever heard about. I'll have you know that I didn't even want to come to this dump. I saw some tool sheds in the local trailer park where most of you live that I'd rather perform in. This place makes ECW's bingo hall look like the Pontiac Silverdome. What the hell is an athlete like me doing in this wretched place!?
Um... just a guess here, but trying to get cheap heat from the crowd? Sorry, David Wright Hubbard beat you to it, pal. Honestly... can Julian Page ever show any respect for anything at all!?
J. Page: But don't worry about me. I'm not going to let the door hit me in the ass on my way out. I'm getting done and getting the hell out of here as fast as I can. And that shouldn't be a problem, because my opponent tonight is another one of these SMCW low-lifes. My opponent tonight is a talentless walking advertisement for steroids... and no, I'm not talking about Triple H, I'm talking about Edgar Richardson. I mean, don't get me wrong, SMCW's full of talent-bereft nobodies and washed-up has-beens, but this idiot takes the prize for being one of the worst out of the whole bunch. He's done absolutely nothing but stare at arena lights and tongue-wrestle with that freak that just got beaten to a pulp, Marylin Silvera...
* * * * * Cue "Ride of the Valkyries" by Robert Wagner * * * * *
Uh-oh, I think that someone has heard a little too much from Julian Page! Here comes Edgar Richardson, along with Athena. Julian Page stops and stares at Edgar Richardson as he makes his way down the aisle, as if realizing only now what he's in for. Edgar Richardson enters the ring, and Athena removes his robe to reveal his huge, muscular frame. Julian Page begins to back up, as Edgar Richardson advances on him threateningly, and the crowd explodes into unanimous cheers, eager to see Julian Page get a beating. Julian Page, in contrast, isn't looking so eager now that he's face to face with Edgar.
J. Page: Hold on a second there, Max Massive... I didn't mean to...
Edgar Richardson just rushed forward and drilled Julian Page with a massive forearm! Jerry Rogers, our referee for the match, slides into the ring, and we've got a match!
For the VCW Intercontinental Title:
Julian "The Hitman" Page (c)
vs.
Edgar Richardson
w/Athena
Julian Page is slow to get up after that first blow, so Edgar Richardson helps him to his feet, then whips him into the turnbuckle! Julian Page collides with the turnbuckle back-first and slumps over in it, and Edgar Richardson follows him in shoulder-first. Julian Page slumps forward, and Edgar rocks him back into the corner with another massive forearm smash! Edgar Richardson whips Julian Page into the opposite turnbuckle again, and he hits back-first... but this time he's staggering out of it. He staggers forward... right into the waiting arms of Edgar Richardson, who catches him and nearly snaps him in half with a backbreaker! Julian Page is already in a bad state, and Edgar Richardson's going for the pin! Jerry Rogers goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Shoulder up just after two by Julian Page!
Edgar Richardson gets back up again, and begins stomping away at Julian Page. Julian Page feebly stands up, and Edgar Richardson sends him crashing right back down with a headbutt. This isn't a wrestling match so far; this is a mauling. Edgar Richardson goes up to the second turnbuckle... maybe he'll steal the stolen page out of Julian's playbook and go for a second-rope elbowdrop. No, it's a big splash... and it connects with Julian Page's knees! Edgar Richardson's stunned, clutching at his washboard abdomen, and Julian Page is getting up! Julian Page begins delivering a series of kicks to his right knee as he doubles over... but Edgar Richardson just shakes off the effects and stares at him! Julian Page steps back, a look of worry across his face... and he's bailing out of the ring and running up the aisle! But Edgar's leaving the ring and heading after him in hot pursuit!
Julian Page makes it to the top of the entrance ramp... but Edgar Richardson grabs him by the hair from behind! Edgar Richardson drags him down the ramp by a handful of hair, then bashes his head against the guardrail furiously. Edgar picks him up in a Gorilla Press... and drops him throat-first across the guardrail! Julian Page falls to the floor, clutching at his throat, but now Edgar's picking him up and carrying him back to the ring. He rams him back-first into the ringpost, then slams him down at ringside! Julian Page begins trying to get to his feet again, and Edgar hauls him up by a handful of his hair... but Julian Page retaliates with an eye gouge. Edgar Richardson puts a hand to his eyes in pain, and Julian Page grabs the other arm and uses it to whip him into the ringsteps!
Now Julian Page rolls into the ring, as the referee's count grows high... but Edgar Richardson gets back to his feet, and climbs back up on the apron. He's still a little stunned, though, and can't react quickly enough to avoid Julian Page grabbing his head and dropping, bringing him down throat-first on the top rope! But rather than letting Edgar drop to the floor, Julian Page drags him into the ring under the bottom rope with some difficulty. For the time being, Julian has the advantage, and he's taking it eagerly, grabbing Edgar's right leg and dropping rapid-fire elbows on the knee, in an attempt to soften it up. He's going for the age-old tactic of taking a larger opponent's leg out to neutralize his power.
Edgar Richardson begins to get back up, and Julian Page whips him into the turnbuckle, then charges in with a jumping avalanche... to absolutely no effect! Edgar Richardson straightens up and stalks out of the corner at him, as if insulted by that pitiful attempt at offense. Julian Page fires away with some fairly stiff chops and jabs, but they just seem to bounce off the massive chest of Edgar Richardson! Edgar blocks a punch, then mauls Julian Page with another massive forearm! Julian falls down, and Edgar Richardson quickly pulls him up and hooks him, then lifts him up for a vertical suplex! He holds Julian Page high in the air almost effortlessly for several seconds, shades of Davey Boy Smith, then brings him crashing to the mat!
Edgar's not done with Julian Page just yet... he grabs him again, and takes him head-first into a turnbuckle. Julian Page staggers back, and Edgar grabs him and whips him into the ropes, then bounces off the other side... and runs him over with a massive clothesline! Julian Page flips wildly out of control from the impact, shades of Curt Hennig, and he's left laid out on the mat. Edgar Richardson picks him up again, and brings him crashing to the mat with a gutwrench suplex. And now he's picking him up yet again, and pressing him over his head! Edgar Richardson presses Julian Page up and down repeatedly, showing off his power, then hurls him to the mat! Julian Page makes a feeble attempt to sit up after the Gorilla Press, but just crumples back down. Edgar Richardson's going for the cover again... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Foot on the ropes at two and a half! Julian Page was too close to the ropes that time.
Edgar Richardson's picking him up again... and Julian Page just low-blowed him! He floats behind, and hooks his arms... full nelson!? No, he's going for a dragon suplex... but it's just not happening! Edgar Richardson weighs well over three hundred pounds, and Julian Page just can't suplex him! Edgar Richardson breaks the full nelson through sheer power, then turns around. Julian Page gives him a few swift jabs and chops, but Edgar's just absorbing them, and he levels Julian Page with a massive forearm shot! Julian Page gets back up, but Edgar whips him into the ropes, and catches him coming off in a massive powerslam! He hooks the leg, and Jerry Rogers goes to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Shoulder up at two and a half!
Edgar Richardson runs into the ropes as Julian Page stands again, and comes off with a missile-like diving headbutt, but Julian Page dodges to the side! Edgar Richardson falls awkwardly to the mat, and now he's getting up... but Julian Page grabs his head... DDT!! Julian Page just hit the DDT on Edgar Richardson, and they're both down! Julian Page has gotten the crap kicked out of him for the past several minutes, and he can't capitalize on the DDT. Both men get up slowly, and it's Julian Page gaining the advantage with a quick elbow to the ribs. He catches him from the side, and takes him down with a Russian legsweep! Now he's going to the second turnbuckle... and here comes the elbow, down on Edgar Richardson! Julian Page grabs his legs, and he's turning him over... into the Sharpshooter! Julian Page just used an abridged version of the FIVE MOVES OF DOOM, and he has Edgar Richardson in the Sharpshooter!
Jerry Rogers goes down, asking Edgar Richardson if he wants to quit, but it doesn't appear that's the case. He plants his hands on the mat, and he's pushing up! Julian Page is trying to lean into the hold and tighten it up, preventing him from escaping... but Edgar Richardson is slowly powering his way up... and he pushes out of it! Edgar Richardson just powered out of the Sharpshooter! And now he's getting up! Julian Page doesn't believe it... he fires off a few chops and jabs, to no effect! But Edgar's had enough! He grabs him by the throat... CHOKESLAM!! He just laid Julian Page out! Edgar's going for the pin... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THRE... NO! Foot on the ropes! Julian Page isn't quite dead yet!
Edgar picks Julian Page up, and he whips him into the turnbuckle... but that bumbling ass Jerry Rogers was in the way! He goes down from a glancing collision, stunned but not really hurt, as Julian Page turns and staggers back to Edgar... and Edgar lifts him for the Devestator!! Edgar picks him up... and Julian Page slides down Edgar's back, narrowly escaping! Julian Page pulls something out of his tights... Edgar turns around... and Julian Page decks him in the temple with brass knuckles! Edgar staggers back and goes down to one knee... and Julian Page tosses the knuckles away as Jerry Rogers gets back up, then grabs a handful of hair and pulls him down into a small package! And he's got the tights, and damn it, Jerry Rogers is counting! ONE... TWO... THREE!! Julian Page just stole this one!
Julian
Page pinned Edgar Richardson after a small package in 0:08:43.

(Julian Page retained the VCW Intercontinental Title.)
Julian Page rolls out of the ring, and grabs the VCW Intercontinental Title as the entire arena rises up against him with boos and jeers. Edgar Richardson is sitting up inside the ring, with a hand to the side of his head. As the haze clears from his head, an angry look crosses his face as he realizes that Julian Page just robbed him of a victory! But Julian Page is running backstage, cradling the VCW Intercontinental Title like a stolen sack of gold, as the crowd boos and throws trash at him. Julian Page's successful title defense tonight can be chalked up to cheating and luck, nothing more. Edgar Richardson's heading backstage with a loss, but also with the knowledge that he beat Julian Page from pillar to post for nearly ten minutes.
* * * * * Cue "Naveed" by Our Lady Peace * * * * *
That music is met at first by a mixture of cheers and confused silence... then a unanimous burst of loud cheering as Johnny Smiles and Naveed make their way out of the backstage area, accompanied by Hope. They come to the ring, seeming blissfully unaware of the savage beating that they're no doubt in store for courtesy of Skarzz and Crimson. The crowd cheers as Johnny is handed a microphone.
J. Smiles: HEEEEEEERRRRRRRRE'S JOHNNY!!!
The crowd cheers loudly. Something about Johnny transcends the dividing line between the SMCW crowd and VCW fans.
J. Smiles: And here's Naveed.
Naveed takes the microphone. Oh, boy... this should be different and interesting. He looks out at the crowd, preparing to address them.
Naveed: Hello, men... women... children. You're probably wondering why I called for this gathering. I want you to know that when we face Skarzz and Crimson shortly, we do it secure in the knowledge that no matter how long you keep them in the refrigerator, eggs don't ripen. Is that understood? Eggs don't ripen. They're not fruit. And they don't make very good apple pie. Neither does the chef who would try to make apple pie out of eggs. In everything that makes up the grand buffet of VCW, Crimson is the apple pie made out of eggs... and Skarzz is his tag team partner tonight. But unlike Skarzz, we won't accept an apple pie made from eggs. I'd transform into an eagle and attack them from the sky, but I've forgotten how.
What the... ... ... well, okay. Naveed hands the microphone to Johnny, then gives him a sideways glance and steps aside.
J. Smiles: Yeah... you hear that, Crimson!? You don't make very good apple pie! I'm gonna beat you just like I beat Georgie Gonzalez last...
* * * * * Cue "Walk" by Pantera * * * * *
Johnny trails off, and the look upon his face becomes a look of worry and concern as Crimson and Skarzz step out of the backstage area, accompanied by Saul Masters. The VCW World Champion and the SMCW Heavyweight Champion, standing side by side, both in the area of seven feet tall, make an impressive sight. Crimson has a microphone, which he raises to speak.
Crimson: I think we've heard enough of all your sissy talk and stupid bullshit. Time to get your ass beat, kids... Daddy's home.
Crimson and Skarzz are walking down the aisle, taking off their title belts, and Johnny's looking a little more apprehensive as they storm into the ring. He's more than happy to back up and let Naveed start out as Crimson steps over the top rope to start the match. Roy Tellberg's back in to officiate this match as well, as it gets underway!
Skarzz & Crimson
w/Saul Masters
vs.
Naveed & Johnny
Smiles
w/Hope
Crimson charges Naveed immediately, but Naveed ducks a clothesline, then turns and nails Crimson with a dropkick! Crimson staggers, but doesn't go down! Naveed begins kicking, chopping, and punching Crimson any way he can, but Crimson's just absorbing it all! Crimson takes a swing at Naveed, but it's ducked, and Naveed retaliates with another flurry of blows. He runs into the ropes, and comes off with a handspring back elbow... but Crimson catches him! Crimson catches him in mid-air, and muscles him into a full nelson, then holds him up in the air and begins shaking him like a chew-toy! After shaking Naveed around in the full nelson for a few seconds, Crimson lifts him even higher, and brings him down in a massive full nelson slam!
Naveed's starting to get back up again, but Crimson grabs him by the hair and tags in Skarzz. Skarzz and Crimson both hold Naveed... and nail him with a double headbutt! Naveed goes down, but begins getting up again... and Skarzz mashes him back down to the mat with a HARD double-axhandle to the back! Skarzz just clubbed Naveed like a baby seal, and that put him down, at least for the time being. Skarzz picks him up again, and brings him down with a bodyslam, then lifts him again, and hooks him... then brings him up in a vertical suplex position! Skarzz holds Naveed up for a few seconds before dropping with him to the mat. But he's staying on the attack... he knows full well that Naveed won't stay down until he's taken a massive, ugly beating.
Instead, Skarzz picks up Naveed, and throws a series of massive right hands into his temple. Skarzz whips Naveed into the ropes... and nearly takes his head off with a massive high kick, but Naveed ducks out of the way! Skarzz staggers forward, off balance, and Naveed sweeps his legs! Skarzz is down! He starts getting back up... and Naveed takes him down again with the Ace Crusher! Naveed tags in Johnny, and Skarzz is pulling himself to his feet again. Johnny Smiles goes up to the top turnbuckle, as Naveed hooks Skarzz's arms... double arm DDT!! And Naveed turns Skarzz over as Johnny comes off the turnbuckle... flying bodypress!! Johnny remains on Skarzz, and hooks a leg as Roy Tellberg makes the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... NO!! Big kickout at two by Skarzz. He's not done yet by a long shot.
Skarzz is getting up, but Johnny runs into the ropes, and comes off to nail him with a swinging neckbreaker. Skarzz begins to get up again, but Johnny Smiles runs into the ropes behind him, then comes off to take him down with a bulldog! Skarzz is still getting up, and Johnny Smiles goes to the side, and brings him down again with a Russian legsweep. But Skarzz just won't stay down! He's absorbing all this, and continues to get to his feet each time! Johnny nails him with a kick to the midsection, then gives him a jawbreaker... to absolutely no effect! Skarzz just stares at him, then reaches for Johnny's throat... but Johnny ducks the hand and slips behind him. Skarzz turns around... into a superkick!! That put him down! Johnny goes for the cover... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two again!!
Johnny grabs Skarzz and pulls him to his corner, then tags Naveed. Naveed and Johnny hook Skarzz, and with their strength combined, manage to take him down with a double vertical suplex! Skarzz gets up, and Naveed slips behind him... and Johnny nails Skarzz with a dropkick! Skarzz staggers back a little... and trips over Naveed, who quickly rolls him up from behind! Roy Tellberg's in position to count again... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two once again! Skarzz begins to get up again... and Naveed puts on a headlock, then brings him down with a bulldog! Now he's going up to the top turnbuckle... FLYING KNEEDROP!! Naveed just drove his knees into the skull of Skarzz, and now he's making the cover... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two! Skarzz isn't staying down for anything!
Naveed steps back... he's measuring Skarzz as he gets up, and he lashes out with a superkick, but Skarzz dodges out of the way! Naveed's thrown off balance for a second, and Skarzz lashes out and drills him with a lariat! Naveed's down, but not for long... Skarzz picks Naveed up, and pitches him out of the ring! And now Crimson and Skarzz are both going to the arena floor after him. Crimson begins pounding away on Naveed... Johnny Smiles comes over to help, but Skarzz intercepts him, and casually tosses him head-first into the ringsteps. Crimson and Naveed are dominant and in control again!
Crimson hands Naveed over to Skarzz, who introduces his forehead into the ringpost, opening up a large, bloody wound. As Skarzz continues to brutalize Naveed, Crimson's reaching under the ring... he's got a table! He sets up the table, then notices Johnny Smiles beginning to stir. Crimson picks up Johnny in a Gorilla Press... and drops him throat-first across the guardrail! Johnny Smiles is left as a heap on the floor, and Naveed's not faring much better, as Skarzz continues to maul him! Skarzz steps aside to let Crimson get in a few shots, and Crimson rains a pair of massive right hands down on Naveed's bleeding forehead, then grabs him by the throat! He's taking him over to the table... no, wait... CHOKESLAM!!! Crimson just DRILLED Naveed through that table with the Chokeslam, and this is IT. Naveed's a twisted, bloody wreck, and Crimson rolls him back into the ring, as Skarzz climbs inside. Skarzz hooks the leg, going for the pin, and Roy Tellberg's counting... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout at two and three-quarters! Naveed somehow survived that Chokeslam through the table!
Skarzz tags in Crimson, who doesn't look pleased that Naveed just kicked out after taking his Chokeslam. Crimson comes in and picks Naveed up... gutwrench suplex! He's not done yet, though... he picks him up again, and sends him into the ropes... and gives him a massive kick to the head! Naveed crumples to the mat, and Crimson picks him up in a standing headscissors... POWER BOMB!! Crimson drilled Naveed with a power bomb, and he hooks the leg for the cover!! Roy Tellberg's counting... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout again!! Crimson hauls Naveed up... he's grabbing his throat, and he's going to finish him with the Chokeslam! NO! Naveed kicks him low, and Crimson doubles over... Naveed grabs him by the hair and whips him back into position... inverted DDT!! Crimson just got dropped by the inverted DDT!
Johnny Smiles is starting to get up on the outside, making his way to his corner, where Naveed can tag him in... but Skarzz jumps off the apron and runs around to cut him off, tossing him into the ringsteps on the outside again. Naveed's without a partner to tag in, and he has no choice... he has to finish off Crimson himself! Crimson's getting back up again... and Naveed catches him in the jaw with a superkick! Crimson goes back down, and now Naveed's pulling him up and hooking his arms... he's going for the Automatic Flowers, his version of the Tiger Driver '91! But can get get him up!? He's struggling... NO!! Crimson just flung him high into the air with a massive backdrop! Naveed crashes to the mat, and starts to get back up... but Crimson grabs him by the throat!! CHOKESLAM!!! Crimson just planted Naveed with a Chokeslam... AND NAVEED SITS UP!!! Unbelievable!
Crimson's eyes go wide, but his shock is quickly replaced by anger... and he knocks Naveed down by kicking him square in the face before he can get up! Crimson grabs Naveed by the throat again... it's another Chokeslam!! Can even Naveed take all this!? Crimson's STILL not going for the pin, though. He tags in Skarzz, and both men grab Naveed by the throat now... DOUBLE CHOKESLAM!!! All right, that may have done it... but Skarzz is still picking him up! He lifts him... SKARRING!! Skarzz just gave Naveed the Skarring, and now he's hooking the leg... but Johnny Smiles is up on the apron, and going up to the top turnbuckle! He's jumping off to try to break the pin... but Crimson plucks him out of the sky by the throat... CHOKESLAM!!! Meanwhile, Roy Tellberg counts the pin on Naveed... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!!

Naveed and Johnny put up a good fight... but in the end, they were squashed by the two dominant monsters. But wait... it's not over yet... Crimson just said something to Skarzz and pointed to Johnny... Skarzz is picking Johnny up! They're not done yet!! No, don't do it... SKARRING!! Skarzz just hit Johnny Smiles with the Skarring, and now Skarzz and Crimson are heading backstage triumphantly with Saul Masters, leaving Hope to pick through the mangled pieces of what once were Johnny Smiles and Naveed, as a medical crew comes out to take them backstage. Johnny and Naveed are taken backstage, and the crowd is noticeably deflated... this isn't what they wanted to see. VCW Commissioner Virginia made this match because she wanted to see Naveed and Johnny Smiles hurt... and that's exactly what we saw.
* * * * * Cue "Shame" by Rollins Band * * * * *
We just saw a pair of monster champions destroy the underdogs... will we see that again? Former VCW World Champion Falcon's coming out of the backstage area now, to a mixed reaction, with more cheers than boos. He's had big challenges in his career before, and frequently has risen to the occasion... but the odds-makers say that this challenge could be a little TOO big. Falcon is stepping into the ring with arguably the most dominant force in the history of any wrestling company, ever. He's challenging the SMCW Triple Crown World Champion, the Grave Digger, tonight. To top it all off, he's favoring his back heavily, as the result of repeated attacks to his back in his matches in VCW. But in spite of all of that, he looks remarkably calm and collected as he steps into the ring.
* * * * * Cue "Wait And Bleed" by Slipknot * * * * *
Here he comes. The SMCW Triple Crown World Champion, the Grave Digger, steps out of the backstage area, flanked by Strahd and Rebecca Black. The crowd's response here consists mostly of boos, though there are some die-hard SMCW fanatics that would like to see the Grave Digger maul Falcon. Falcon's composure appears to crack a little bit as he stares down the aisle at the Grave Digger, realizing just how large and fearsome he is. The Grave Digger is known for taking on the entire SMCW roster at once, and winning. He's defeated all of his opposition since winning the title in under ten minutes, most of them in under ONE minute. Among the victims was Falcon's friend and former Liberation X teammate, Jeff Wright. And now he's on his way to the ring to do battle with the former VCW World Champion, Falcon.
The Grave Digger is nearing the ring... and Falcon runs and jumps out onto him with a plancha! But he just bounced right off of the Grave Digger's massive frame, and he ends up on the floor, looking up at the massive Grave Digger! The Grave Digger clubs him across the back with a massive forearm, then rolls him into the ring! VCW referee Jerry Rogers is in to officiate, and this match for the SMCW Triple Crown World Title is on!
For the SMCW Triple Crown World Title:
The Grave Digger (c)
w/Rebecca Black & Strahd
vs.
Falcon
The Grave Digger comes in, stepping over the top rope... and Falcon gets up and pulls up on the top rope! The Grave Digger staggers in the rest of the way, doubled over in pain... and Falcon nails him with a dropkick! The Grave Digger barely flinches, and Falcon gives him another one... still little to no effect. The Grave Digger swings a massive arm at Falcon, but Falcon ducks, and slips behind him, then pulls him down in a reverse neckbreaker. But the Grave Digger's getting up again... Falcon's offense had no effect! Falcon nails him in the face with a running knee lift as he gets up... still no effect! The Grave Digger just isn't going down!
Falcon whips the Grave Digger into the ropes, and takes him down with a drop toe-hold as he comes off. Falcon flows out of that position, then begins kicking at the Grave Digger's right knee as he gets up, but the Grave Digger doesn't even register it. Falcon runs into the ropes as the Grave Digger gets up, and comes off to clip his knee with a diving shoulder! The Grave Digger goes down to one knee, but he's getting right back up, no worse for wear. Falcon gives him a series of swift kicks to the kneecap, but it's not working! The Grave Digger grabs Falcon by the throat... but Falcon reaches up and gouges his eyes! The Grave Digger releases him, and Falcon grabs his head, and uses a jawbreaker... but the Grave Digger doesn't even register it! He just grabs Falcon by the hair, and uses the other hand to flatten him with a massive punch!
The Grave Digger grabs Falcon and presses him over his head... he's walking to the edge of the ring... and he throws him out of the ring, to the concrete floor below! Falcon is down on the floor, and the Grave Digger's going out after him. Falcon begins to get up, but the Grave Digger just smashes him across the back with a forearm, keeping him down. He picks Falcon up again and carries him to the ringpost... then rams him into it back-first!! But he's not done yet... he keeps holding Falcon, and does it again! And now he's... NO!! He just slammed Falcon down on the ringsteps, and that looked BAD. A unanimous "Ooooohhh" is heard from the crowd. Falcon's recently-injured back just landed on a corner of those ringsteps at a VERY unhealthy angle, and now Falcon's down on the floor, squirming and holding his back.
Falcon's beginning to stand, and the Grave Digger's waiting on him. Falcon staggers forward... GRAVE YARD SLAM!! Falcon just got nailed with the Grave Yard Slam on the concrete!! His spine may be completely shattered! And now the Grave Digger's hauling him up again... and he tosses him back-first into the guardrail! And now he picks him up and tosses him back-first into the apron! The Grave Digger's throwing Falcon around like he's some kind of toy, and he may already have this match won. He rolls Falcon into the ring, and climbs in after him.
The Grave Digger picks Falcon up... he's going for the Burial, and at least we can thank God this is over so quickly. He picks him up... but Falcon fights his way out behind him! Falcon nails him in the back of the leg with a dropkick, and the Grave Digger goes down to one knee! Falcon gets up, a little slowly due to his injured back... and so does the Grave Digger! But Falcon kicks the Grave Digger low, then hooks his head when he doubles over... DDT!! Falcon hit the Grave Digger with a DDT, and that could be a difference-maker in this match! But he's not going for the pin... he grabs the Grave Digger's right leg and drops a pair of elbows across the knee. He gets up, still holding the leg... and puts on a figure-four leglock!! He's trying to take down the Grave Digger by focusing on his legs!
But there's a problem here... the Grave Digger is just too big, too strong, and too hard to hurt. He quickly begins pulling himself to the ropes, and makes it before long. Falcon holds the figure-four as the referee counts for him to break it, allowing the count to get dangerously close to five as he holds on for every fraction of a second he can get. The Grave Digger begins getting up, and Falcon continues stomping and kicking at his leg, trying to keep him down. The Grave Digger's up, though, and he goes for a clothesline, but Falcon ducks, and Jerry Rogers gets hit by the clothesline, and knocked to the mat! The Grave Digger turns around... SUPERKICK!! Falcon just hit the Grave Digger with the Superkick, knocking him over the top rope to the floor! He's getting up... and Falcon hits him with a baseball slide, sending him into the guardrail!!
Falcon follows the Grave Digger outside, and grabs his head, then drives it into the ringpost! The Grave Digger's still not down, or even looking that hurt! Falcon dashes his head against the ringsteps several times, then steps to the side and grabs a chair! The Grave Digger's head is still down against the steps... and Falcon brings the chair down on it repeatedly! He's trying to crush his skull between the steps and that chair! But the Grave Digger's up, and advancing on Falcon again! Falcon swings, and nails him in the head! The Grave Digger staggers back, and Falcon rolls back into the ring. He has a chair, and he's standing in the ring, daring the Grave Digger to come in after him!
The Grave Digger steps up on the apron, and Falcon smashes him in the head with the chair! But he's still coming, climbing into the ring... and Falcon hits him with the chair again! The Grave Digger staggers back, a little wobbly, and Falcon swings the chair again... but the Grave Digger catches it! The Grave Digger has the chair... SUPERKICK!!! Falcon just superkicked the chair into the Grave Digger's face! And Jerry Rogers is back on the job as Falcon goes for the cover! This is how he almost beat Crimson, and Jerry Rogers is counting... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... KICKOUT!! The Grave Digger kicked out at two, and the look on Falcon's face says it all... what does it take to beat this monster!?
The Grave Digger's back up, and Falcon hits him with a superkick again... but he's just staggered! The Grave Digger's not down! But Falcon runs to the ropes, and springs off the middle rope... FALCONSAULT!! Falcon just took the Grave Digger down with the Falconsault, he's holding the legs, and Jerry Rogers down to make the count again... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... KICKOUT!!! The Grave Digger STILL won't stay down! What more can Falcon do? The Grave Digger's way too big for a Falcon Arrow, and Falcon knows it. Instead, he's springing off the rope again... another Falconsault! But the Grave Digger catches him... but he's wobbling, and his right leg looks ready to go out on him! He's barely standing... but he has him!! He caught Falcon out of the Falconsault... BURIAL!!! Rebecca Black squeals in delight as Falcon crumples to a lifeless husk on the mat, and the Grave Digger makes the pin... Jerry Rogers is counting... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!!

The Grave Digger is handed the SMCW Triple Crown World Title and has his hands raised in victory to the boos of the crowd, and yet another medical team's on its way out, this time for Falcon. The medical team loads Falcon onto the stretcher as the Grave Digger stands triumphant over his fallen carcass. Rebecca Black gives Falcon a mocking kiss on the cheek as the medical crew takes him away, and the Grave Digger stands victorious alongside Rebecca and Strahd, raising the SMCW Triple Crown World Title high in the air one more time before stepping over the top rope and preparing to leave the ring.

The arena lights go out, replaced in a second by dim silver-blue lights... and here comes someone to rain on the victory celebration! It's Troy Black, former VCW World Champion and top star of VCW, who's set to meet Strahd in the main event! The crowd gives a mixed response, slightly more cheers than boos, as Troy Black steps out of the backstage area. Strahd caused him to lose the VCW World Title less than a month ago, and he's looking for revenge!
Troy Black begins walking to the ring, as the Grave Digger begins walking back. They meet each other halfway down the aisle... this could get ugly, quick... but after exchanging a brief stare with the Grave Digger, Troy turns and walks around him, heading for the ring. His focus is on Strahd, the man who robbed him of the VCW World Title, the man who he'll face tonight in the main event! He steps into the ring as the lights go back to normal, and SMCW referee Roy Tellberg enters the ring yet again to officiate as this match gets underway!
Main Event:
Strahd
w/Rebecca Black
vs.
Troy Black
Strahd and Troy Black lock up. Troy takes Strahd down with a snap mere. Strahd quickly gets back up, so Troy takes him down with an armdrag, into an armbar. Strahd gets to his knees, flips himself over, and reverses into an armbar of his own. Troy breaks out of the armbar by nailing Strahd with an elbow to the side of the head. Strahd staggers back a few steps, and a stare down ensues. You can expect this match to start slow, as both men try to feel the other out. Troy and Strahd lock up again, and Troy gets Strahd into a hammerlock. Standing switch, and Strahd is in control. Troy counters that with a standing switch of his own, into a waistlock. Strahd reverses the waistlock, but Troy re-reverses. Strahd then breaks the waistlock with a pair of back elbows, to end the sequence.
Both men then walk back to their respective corners, to try and figure out a new plan of attack. Strahd is out here to prove something tonight. For years, he's been accused of being nothing more than a flashy spot machine. Tonight, he seems determined to prove all his detractors wrong. Not only does Strahd want to beat to prove that he's a better man, he wants to beat Troy Black in a technical battle as a way of proving to the world that he's not just a one dimensional spot machine. Let's not forget that this show is being watches by many more people than most Saturday Wrestlefests... this is live on Pay-Per-View, and unless the WWF roster stages a walkout and Vince needs someone to fill the void, this is more than likely the last time Strahd will ever be part of a PPV Main Event. Troy charges at Strahd, but Strahd takes him down with an armdrag. When Troy gets back up, Strahd locks him in a side headlock. Troy's trying to fight the hold... he grabs Strahd around the waist, and hits him with a back suplex, Strahd flips out, and Troy grabs the headlock this time! The crowd gives a nice little round of applause for that.
Strahd tries to fight his way to the ropes... nope, Troy has him right in the middle of the ring, and he's intent on keeping Strahd there. While Roy Tellberg is checking to see if Strahd wants to submit, Strahd grabs Troy Black by the hair, and yanks him to the canvas. Troy kips up, though, and puts the headlock right back on. Strahd grabs Troy and yanks him down by the hair again, so Troy kips up again, and puts the headlock on again. Strahd keeps trying to fight the hold... so Troy takes a running start, and bulldogs Strahd! Both men get back up, and another stare down ensues. The two lock up again, and Strahd gets Troy in a waistlock. Troy reverses. Strahd then manages to counter the waistlock with a drop toe hold, and floats over into a headlock. Troy tries to get back up, but Strahd's got the headlock clamped down on him, and is doing a pretty damn good job of keeping Troy Black grounded.
Troy decided to try a different strategy, and grabs Strahd around the waist. Troy then rolls Strahd onto his back, so that Strahd's shoulders are down on the mat! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Strahd rolls back over onto his stomach to break the pinfall attempts. Some of the VCW fans have started a chant of "boring", while everyone else is pretty well just sitting on their hands. Troy hooks Strahd's waist again, and rolls him over into a pinning position once again. ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Strahd rolls back over onto his stomach again. Well, Strahd's actually managing to do pretty well here, for someone who just uses submissions as rest holds most of the time. Strahd knows that Troy Black is a much more agile high flyer than he is (due to the fact that Troy's knees are in much better condition), so if he can keep Troy grounded, he stands a much better chance then he would if Troy was free to do his usual high flying.
Troy rolls Strahd onto his back again... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Again, Strahd is able to roll back onto his stomach. Troy decided that this approach isn't exactly working wonders for him, and goes back to trying to power out of the hold... Strahd has the leverage and weight advantage, but Troy's fighting with everything he's got... Troy manages to get to his knees! The some of the fans begin to clap and cheer him on, while other fans (SMCW hardliners) are booing and jeering Troy... Troy Black is still fighting... he's back up on his feet! Troy grabs Strahd around the waist, and tries to back suplex him, but Strahd flips out, and when Troy turns around, Strahd absolutely destroys him with a spear! That got an impressive pop from the fans, and some of the SMCW fans are actually cheering for Strahd! I guess the SMCW fans feel that, although Strahd is an evil bastard, he's one of them (a home grown talent), while Troy Black is just the champion of a big, faceless corporation.
Strahd climbs up to the top rope and attempts a moonsault, but Troy gets his knees up! Strahd slowly gets back up, and when he does, Troy takes him down with a dropkick! Strahd gets back up, so Troy takes him down with another dropkick. Strahd kips up and then ducks a savate kick from Troy, and then snap meres Troy to the canvas, and locks on a chinlock. Troy's fighting the chinlock... Troy fights back to his feet and breaks the chinlock with a jawbreaker. Both men get up slowly, and then they begin to circle one another once again. Let's not forget that Strahd wrestled more matches than anyone other wrestler right here in the UWF Arena, so he's technically the home town hero in this match. Many of the SMCW fans in St. Louis are former UWF fans who converted once the UWF closed down and most of the UWF roster got jobs with the SMCW.
Strahd runs into the ropes, but Troy ducks his attempt at a lariat. Troy grabs Strahd for a hiptoss, but Strahd blocks, then hits Troy with a knee to the midsection. Strahd hooks Troy for a rocker dropper, but Troy counters by backdropping Strahd. Strahd does a flip and lands on his feet and tries to hit Troy with a roundhouse kick, but Troy ducks, and locks Strahd into a waistlock. Strahd reverses the waistlock and tries to Release German Suplex Troy, but Troy some how manages to twist himself around, and lands on his feet. Troy charges Strahd with a clothesline, but Strahd ducks, then tries to hiptoss Troy, but Troy blocks and knees Strahd in the midsection. Then, Troy tries to hit Strahd with a Rocker Dropper, but just like Troy did just ten seconds ago, Strahd counters with a backdrop. Troy flips and lands on his feet, then kills Strahd dead with a superkick! Troy takes a second to pose for the fans, and the crowd gives him a 3/4 standing ovation. Wow. Now that was impressive! What a series of counters and reversals! They went through the exact same sequence twice, but with the roles reversed the second time, and Troy came out on top with that huge superkick.
By the loud pop that sequence got, you've got to assume that at least some of the SMCW fans have started to cheer for Troy. Troy lifts Strahd off the canvas and tries to hook him for the Double Arm DDT, but Strahd is able to grab Troy's left leg, and sends him to the canvas with a single leg takedown. Strahd holds onto Troy's leg and tries to lock him into a figure four, but Troy counters with a kickoff. Both men lock up again, and Troy takes Strahd over with a fireman's carry takedown, then locks Strahd into a rear chinlock.
Strahd struggles back up to his feet, then manages to elbow out of the chinlock, and snap meres Troy over, then locks on a chinlock of his own. Troy extends his left leg, and puts it on the bottom rope to break the hold... but before Roy Tellberg notices anything, Rebecca Black knocks Troy's foot off the rope! The fans voice their disapproval with a chorus of boos. Troy is fighting the chinlock... Troy begins to shake his hand in the air... many fans begin to rally behind Troy, stomping their feet and clapping their hands! Troy's still fighting the hold... Troy fights his way back up to his feet! Troy has made it to his feet, and is trying to power his way out of the hold... Strahd, realizing that he's about to lose Troy, releases the hold, then spins around and takes Troy down with a reverse neckbreaker, and the crowd explodes in near unanimous boos.
It seems like the crowd here is slowly turning on Strahd. Troy Black staggers back up to his feet, so Strahd takes him down with a jumping kick to the face. Troy Black is down on the canvas... Strahd runs into the ropes, and drops a knee on the back of Troy's head. Strahd is trying to soften up Troy's historically screwed up neck for the Evenflow DDT! Troy gets back up. Strahd runs into the ropes and tries to clothesline Troy, but Troy ducks, then hits Strahd with a kick to the midsection... snap suplex! Troy holds on, lifts Strahd off the canvas again, and hits a second snap suplex! Troy tries for a third snap suplex, but Strahd counters with a go behind... Release German Suplex!
Strahd then begins to stomp on Troy's head and neck. Strahd lifts Troy off the canvas, and throws him into the turnbuckle. Strahd takes a running start and tries to splash Troy in the corner, but Troy Black counters with a side step! Troy hooks Strahd... Vertical Suplex! NO! Strahd manages to twist in mid air and slides down Troy's back... Strahd locks Troy into a full nelson... Release Dragon Suplex!! Holy Shit, Troy just got dumped right onto his head! The crowd explodes in a chorus of cheers... although most of them don't seem to be too fond of Strahd right now, that was one hell of a move!
Strahd gets back up, and lifts Troy off the canvas by his hair. Strahd whips Troy into the ropes... Troy tries to clothesline Strahd, but Strahd ducks, then hits a kick to the midsection. Strahd hooks Troy... Evenflow time! NO! Troy counters with a double leg takedown! Troy is holding both of Strahd's legs... Troy puts Strahd's legs over his shoulders, then bends over and places his hands on Strahd's shoulders, pinning him to the canvas... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Strahd counters by freeing his shoulders, and then pushes down on Troy's head, causing Troy to flip over so that his back is on the canvas (in something resembling the ending position of a sunset flip)! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Troy rolls forward so that he has Strahd in a mount position, and hooks Strahd's legs... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Strahd manages to roll Troy back into the sunset flip pin position... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Troy rolls backwards, out of the pin, then grabs Strahd's legs... Sharpshooter! NO! Strahd counters with a small package! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout. Both men kip up, and get a standing ovation from the fans! God damn that was a great sequence of pins and reversals!
Strahd and Troy lock up. Troy tries to pick Strahd up for a vertical suplex, but Strahd counters with a Brain Buster, further damaging Troy's neck. Troy gets back up, but Strahd puts him firmly on the canvas with a diving shoulder block. Strahd climbs to the top turnbuckle... but Troy does a zombie situp, then runs over and shakes the ropes, causing Strahd to fall groin first onto the top turnbuckle! Troy climbs up to the top rope... Superplex! Strahd tries to get back up, but Troy boots him in the midsection... Double Arm DDT! Troy then climbs up to the top rope... but Strahd grabs the referee and pulls him to the canvas, while Rebecca Black jumps up onto the ring apron and shakes the ropes, and now it's Troy who is crotched on the top turnbuckle! Strahd slowly gets up... Strahd climbs up to the top turnbuckle... Top Rope Hurricanrana! Troy's down!
Strahd walks to the opposite side of the ring, and climbs to the top rope... Twisting Moonsault! Cover! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout. Strahd then makes the throat-slitting sign, and screams "It's OVER!" Strahd picks Troy up off the canvas... Nail in The Coffin! Strahd's not done, however. He picks Troy up off the canvas again... and drops him right on top of his head with a Spinning Back Suplex! Rebecca Black slides a chair into the ring. Strahd sets up the chair on Troy's face, and then climbs to the top turnbuckle... Swan Dive Headbutt right onto the chair! Damn, Strahd could have injured himself with that move! Strahd drapes a hand over Troy's chest... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... KICKOUT! Strahd rolls into the ropes, and pulls himself off the mat... he can't believe that Troy just kicked out of the Swan Dive Headbutt! Troy... does a zombie situp! Strahd can't believe his eyes!
Strahd runs into the ropes... kneelift! Troy immediatly pops back up, and takes Strahd down with a scissor kick! Strahd kips up and tries a clothesline, but Troy ducks, then grabs Strahd in a waistlock. Strahd counters with a waistlock of his own... German Suplex! Strahd tries to bridge into a pin, but can't, and has to let go of Troy. Strahd lifts Troy off the canvas... Brain Buster! NO! Troy slides down Strahd's back... backslide! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout. Both men back up. Strahd blocks a forearm from Troy, then fires back with a forearm of his own, rocking Troy. Strahd whips Troy into the corner... Troy bounces off the turnbuckle, charges out of the corner, and destroys Strahd with a jumping clothesline. Troy lifts Strahd off the canvas... knee breaker! Troy then begins to stomp on Strahd's knees.
Troy Black has done his homework... he knows that Strahd's knees aren't exactly in the greatest shape, and that the key to defeating Strahd lies in doing as much damage as possible to his weak knees. Troy then leaves the ring. He reaches into the ring and grabs Strahd by the left leg, then pulls him over to the turnbuckle... Troy grabs Strahd's other leg... oh no... he isn't... Troy pulls Strahd's legs, and yanks him groin first into the turnbuckle!!! Rebecca Black comes from behind and tries to hit Troy with a chair, but he spins around and grabs the chair away from her before she has a chance! Troy floors Rebecca with a hard right hand to the jaw, then turns his attention back to Strahd.
Troy wraps Strahd's left leg around the turnbuckle, and then hits him right in the knee with the steel chair! Troy slides back into the ring, still carrying the steel chair. Troy stands over Strahd... and then hits him right in the knee with the chair! And again! And again! Troy then sets Strahd's left leg up in the chair, and climbs to the top turnbuckle... flying elbow drop right onto the steel chair! He could have broken Strahd's leg! Troy then frees Strahd's leg and... slaps him into a Figure-Four Leglock! Strahd is writhing in agony, right in the middle of the ring! He's got no where to go!
Strahd's stuck in the middle of the ring, and Troy isn't going to be voluntarily releasing that Figure-Four any time soon! Strahd is trying to reverse the Figure-Four, but Troy Black keeps it locked on... Troy Black smells blood, and he's going to do everything in his power to prevent Strahd from escaping! We could be witnessing the beginning of the end right now! Strahd tries to reverse the Figure-Four, but Troy, like a pit-bull, will NOT release his grip, or relent for even a second. Strahd's shoulders are down! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Strahd sits up, but that still doesn't change the fact that he's stuck in the middle of the ring with no where to go! Strahd's trying to fight the hold with all his might... it looks like... Strahd is starting to turn Troy over... Strahd... Strahd... Strahd reverses the Figure-Four!
Unfortunately for Strahd, Troy re-reverses the hold almost immediatly, rolling back to the middle of the ring to prevent Strahd from being able to reach the ropes. Strahd then decided that a different approach is going to be necessary to escape the Figure-Four, so he starts to fight his way backwards, towards the ropes. Troy's trying to keep Strahd in the middle of the ring, but Strahd's slowly but surely being able to slide backwards, towards the ropes. Strahd manages to get within an inches of the ropes... Strahd reaches out to grab the bottom rope... and Troy Black pulls Strahd back! Troy Black begins scooting backwards, and Strahd is stuck in the middle of the ring once again! It was all mind games! However, Strahd is unable to follow up, because of the damage Troy did to his knee. Strahd slowly begins to get up off the canvas. He grabs on to the top rope for support... Strahd's back up.
Strahd then picks Troy up, and sets him on the top turnbuckle. Strahd climbs up after Troy... oh no... he isn't... POWERBOMB! Strahd just KILLED Troy Black with a HUGE Top Rope Power Bomb! Both Strahd and Troy are laying motionless on the mat now. The crowd is going absolutely nuts, and Roy Tellberg has opted not to apply the standing 10 count... a wise choice, because if both men were counted down and the match was ruled a draw, the crowd just might riot! After about fifteen seconds, Strahd begins to stir. He rolls over to the turnbuckle, and is able to stand up. He walks over to the opposite corner, and grabs the chair that Troy was using not too long ago. He takes the chair and drags it to the middle of the ring. Strahd picks Troy up... Pedigree onto the steel chair! Damn, Troy just went face first onto the steel, and now he's a bloody mess!
Strahd doesn't go for the cover, however. Instead, he picks Troy up, and places him on the top turnbuckle again, so that Troy Black is facing out towards the crowd. Oh no... he's not going to... Strahd hooks Troy in a waistlock... he's going to give Troy a Top Rope German Suplex! He lifts Troy up and falls backwards... but Troy twists in mid air and lands on his feet! Troy counters with a Crucifix, sending both men crashing down off the top rope! ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!!!!! TROY WINS! TROY WINS!

Rating: **** 1/2
The crowd is on its feet, as "For Whom The Bell Tolls" begins playing once again, and Troy Black poses on each of the top turnbuckles! The crowd is going absolutly INSANE! Strahd rolls out of the ring, practically boiling over with frustration, where Rebecca Black makes futile attempts to console him. With this match, with this victory, Troy Black has gained not only a measure of revenge, but the respect of the SMCW crowd! What a night! What an event! What a show!
