We're back, and ready to start with Part Two of Horror Show, on pay-per-view! Up next, we'll see a match for the SJW World Tag Team Titles, as Komachi and Virginia defend the belts against Christina Ellis and the Pink Kitten! We'll have that match in just a moment, but first, let's take you backstage to the challengers in their locker room, as they prepare to attempt to do the impossible and dethrone Virginia and Komachi!
Backstage...
Yuri Sonoda is fully dressed in her Pink Kitten ring gear, sitting on a bench and looking thoughtful, with Sumiko the stuffed cat sitting beside her. Christina Ellis comes in, dressed to wrestle as well, and steps in front of her with an eager smile.
C. Ellis: This is it. This is our chance. Do you remember what we're going to do when we get out there?
The Pink Kitten looks up at Christina Ellis.
P. Kitten: We will give it everything we have. We'll do our very best.
C. Ellis: ... And?
P. Kitten: And... I don't know.
C. Ellis: We're gonna go out there and WIN. For ourselves... for the family and friends that have stood by us this far... for the girls all around the world who want to see the titles come off of Komachi and Virginia. This match doesn't end until we win it. Do you understand?
The Pink Kitten looks down at the floor.
P. Kitten: But... what if we can't win?
C. Ellis: If we didn't think we could win, we wouldn't be here right now. We didn't come here to lose a match for the titles.
P. Kitten: But what if the time comes, and we're just not quite good enough? I mean... I think I'm the weak link of the team. I'm not as experienced as you, or as strong as you... I don't even score as high as you in bikini contests.
Christina Ellis sighs and smiles, then sits down next to the Pink Kitten and puts a hand on her shoulder.
C. Ellis: Is that what this is about? Yuri-chan... you're not still upset about that, are you? Look, that contest was just a bunch of degrading bullshit. I mean, you saw how it ended, right? To be honest, I'm embarrassed that we were even associated with that nonsense.
P. Kitten: But... you got a ten. He only gave me a nine.
C. Ellis: You're reading too much into it. I'm sure he didn't do it intentionally, to put you down. Besides, you're not the weak link of the team. Your quickness, your agility, your heart and spirit... I'd never have made it this far with a different partner. When we get out there in the ring... we're both perfect tens. And we're going out there against a couple of big zeroes.
P. Kitten: You... you're right.
C. Ellis: Besides, when we beat them, we'll win the titles. Shiny gold title belts are really sexy, you know?
The Pink Kitten looks at her strangely.
P. Kitten: What?
C. Ellis: Well, I hear Virginia and Komachi are getting laid all the time in Japan. How else can you explain THAT? It has to be the titles.
The Pink Kitten giggles a little bit.
P. Kitten: All right. I think I'm feeling better now.
C. Ellis: Good. Now... what're we gonna do when we get out there?
P. Kitten: Win!
C. Ellis: And what's our goal?
P. Kitten: The SJW World Tag Team Titles!!
C. Ellis: And what do we do to oversized, musclebound losers who stand in our way?
P. Kitten: We WALK AROUND THEM!!
Christina Ellis stares strangely at the Pink Kitten for a second, but then shrugs and smiles.
C. Ellis: Good. You're ready.
The Pink Kitten grabs Sumiko the stuffed cat and gives it a big hug.
P. Kitten: This is it, Sumiko. This is our shot at being champions. Sit back here and cheer us on really loud, okay?
The Pink Kitten gets up and leaves the locker room with Christina Ellis, and the camera fades out on the backstage scene.
We're back, and it looks like the Pink Kitten and Christina Ellis are as ready as they'll ever be for this match. "Star Cycle" by Jeff Beck begins playing, and the crowd goes wild as Christina Ellis and the Pink Kitten come out of the backstage entrance, and begin coming to the ring! On the ring, Christina Ellis spots a sign in the crowd that says "MICK FOLY FEARS SUMIKO" and points it out to the Pink Kitten, and they share a laugh over that. They're coming into this match in high spirits, which is a good thing because a positive outlook may be one of the only advantages they have, going up against the largest female pro wrestler in the world and a deadly powerhouse veteran like Komachi. They enter the ring and pose on top of opposite turnbuckles, getting a large round of cheers from the crowd.
But the cheers quickly turn to boos as "Superbeast" by Rob Zombie begins playing, and Virginia and Komachi come out of the backstage entrance, accompanied by Minako. They're wearing the SJW World Tag Team Titles, and they look ready to fight. Virginia's muscles are oiled and bulging, and mostly revealed by the white halter top and short denim shorts that she's wearing, and Komachi's face is emotionless and cruel, masked by her usual face paint. They enter the ring and take off their SJW World Tag Team Title belts. Komachi raises her belt high above her head, while Virginia dangles her belt tantalizingly in front of Christina Ellis and the Pink Kitten, pointing to it and taunting them before jerking it away again. Bobcat McGavin enters the ring and calls for the bell, and that'll begin this match!

Christina Ellis just took Virginia down, and the crowd explodes into cheers!
Virginia starts to get up, and Christina Ellis hooks her head for a DDT... but Virginia grabs her around the waist, then flings her across the ring with a belly-to-belly overhead suplex! Christina Ellis flies through the air and crashes hard to the mat, and Virginia hauls her up by the hair, shoves a knee into her midsection, and lifts her for a vertical suplex! She holds her up in that position effortlessly for several seconds, then falls back and sends her crashing to the mat! Christina Ellis is down, and Virginia drops an elbow on her, then drags her to her corner and tags in Komachi!
Komachi comes in and tosses Christina Ellis into their corner, then opens up on her with a series of sharp right and left body blows. Christina Ellis staggers out, dazed, and Komachi balls up a fist, draws it back, and drives it HARD into Christina Ellis's forehead, flattening her! Komachi stomps away at Christina Ellis, but Christina manages to get back to her feet again anyway... so Komachi steps back to measure her, then drops her to the mat again with a swift kick to the head! She's just brutalizing Christina Ellis, and the punishment continues when Komachi pulls her up, grabs her arm, and pulls her into a devestating short clothesline! She goes for the cover, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Shoulder up at two and a half by Christina Ellis!
Komachi pulls Christina Ellis up and hammers her with a few quick jabs, then lifts her and brings her down on a knee with a backbreaker! Christina Ellis is down and writhing in pain again, and Komachi steps into a corner and boosts herself up to the second turnbuckle, then jumps off and drops an elbow down on Christina Ellis! She covers again, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Shoulder up at two and a half again! Komachi glares down at Christina Ellis, then grabs her legs and turns her over into a Boston crab!! Bobcat McGavin goes down to check with her, and Christina Ellis yells in pain and begins struggling to try and escape!
Komachi is larger and stronger than Christina Ellis is, but Christina is struggling desperately, trying to crawl towards her corner! She's slowly making progress, and Komachi's just keeping the hold applied, seeming to enjoy the pain she's inflicting on Christina Ellis! The Pink Kitten is shouting encouragement from the apron, and Christina Ellis is getting near to her corner! She struggles forward, inch by inch, getting a little bit closer... then cries out with a loud, desperate scream and forces herself forward the extra few inches, and tags in the Pink Kitten!
Komachi releases the Boston crab and turns around, but the Pink Kitten comes in and hits her with a dropkick! Komachi goes down to one knee, and a second dropkick from the Pink Kitten knocks her off her feet! Komachi gets up again, and the Pink Kitten staggers her back with a high kick to the chest, then whips her into the ropes and runs into the other side! They meet in the middle, and the Pink Kitten takes her down in the middle of the ring with a rolling koppo kick! Komachi starts getting up again, and the Pink Kitten runs forward and hits her with another dropkick, knocking her down again!
Komachi refuses to stay down, and she gets up again, but the Pink Kitten slips behind her and jumps up on her shoulders, then pulls her down into a Victory Roll! She has her cradled, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two by Komachi! She's getting up again, and the Pink Kitten backs into the ropes, then comes off again... but Komachi rushes forward and kicks her in the face, knocking her flat on the canvas!! The crowd boos, and Komachi gets up and thumps a fist into her chest just above her breasts as she bellows dominantly!
Komachi pulls the Pink Kitten up, tags in Virginia, and puts the Kitten in a full nelson. She's held and defenseless, and Virginia gives her a vicious kick to the midsection, then smiles evilly, aims, and drives a closed fist RIGHT into her nose! The crowd boos, and Komachi tosses the Pink Kitten aside and leaves the ring. Virginia stands over her, admiring her handiwork... and as the Pink Kitten stands up, there's blood pouring forth from her nostrils to dribble over her lips! Virginia just smiles, then steps on her face and grinds her heel into the Kitten's nose! The crowd boos again, and Virginia just laughs, then drops an elbow across the Pink Kitten's chest and covers her. Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two!
The Pink Kitten starts to get up and gives Virginia a knife-edge palm thrust to the abdomen, but that doesn't even faze her. Virginia grabs her by the back of her mask, then takes her head-first into one of the turnbuckles. The Pink Kitten staggers away when Virginia releases her, and Virginia backs into the ropes, then comes off with a clothesline... but the Pink Kitten ducks, then catches her in the back with a dropkick! The crowd explodes into cheers, and Virginia topples forward, onto her hands and knees! The Pink Kitten runs at Virginia as she gets up, and takes her down with a swinging neckbreaker, getting another round of cheers!
The Pink Kitten waits for Virginia to get up, with a glare of determination and righteous anger on her face. Virginia gets to her feet, and the Pink Kitten rushes forward and nails her with a dropkick! Virginia staggers back, and the Pink Kitten hits her with another dropkick that nearly knocks her over until she falls back against the ropes for support! The Pink Kitten runs at Virginia again, and hits her with a third dropkick, knocking her through the ropes to the floor! Virginia's down on the floor, and the Pink Kitten climbs up to the top turnbuckle, then leaps out onto her with a FLYING CROSS BODYPRESS!! Virginia goes down at ringside, and the crowd cheers loudly!
The Pink Kitten's still angry, and she hammers Virginia with a few forearms to the face while she's down, then leans down and bites her forehead! The crowd gives a loud round of cheers, and Virginia desperately shoves her away! Virginia gets up slowly, putting a hand to her forehead in pain, and the Pink Kitten gives a feral, angry scream, then charges her and leaps at her with a cross bodypress! But Virginia catches her out of the air, then flings her back with a fallaway slam... TOSSING HER OVER THE GUARDRAIL, INTO THE FIRST ROW!! The Pink Kitten lands on the laps of a row of fans at ringside, and they shout encouragement, patting her on the back and in less appropriate places, but she just rolls limply off of them to flop in a heap on the floor.
Virginia reaches over the guardrail to grab the Pink Kitten, then hauls her up and Gorilla Presses her high over her head! She has the Pink Kitten high in the air... and she drops her face-first on the guardrail! She's just destroying the Pink Kitten with these devestating moves! She grabs her by the back of the mask and throws her back into the ring, then climbs in after her and tags in Komachi. Virginia lifts Komachi and presses her high above her head now... and she drops her down on the Pink Kitten!! Komachi hooks the leg, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout! The Pink Kitten's still in this match, but for how long!
Komachi pulls the Pink Kitten up from behind and hammers her in the back with a forearm, then grabs her in a waistlock and flings her back with a devestating release German suplex!! The Pink Kitten lands hard, and Christina Ellis cringes in sympathy, but Komachi pulls her up without so much as a second's pause, then hooks her and flings her back with a double underhook suplex! She's throwing the Pink Kitten around like a basketball! The Kitten's down, and Komachi puts a boot on her throat and presses down hard! Bobcat McGavin warns her to stop that and counts, but Komachi takes the full four-count to release it. Komachi looks down at her with a satisfied smile, then tags in Virginia again.
Virginia pulls the Pink Kitten up and slams her to the canvas, then grabs her legs and holds them apart. She could be going for a scorpion deathlock... but no, she just drops a knee right down into the Pink Kitten's crotch!! The Pink Kitten curls up on the mat and screams in pain, and Bobcat McGavin warns Virginia not to do that, but Virginia just looks pleased with herself. And now Virginia pulls the Pink Kitten up, lifts her from the front and turns to drop her in the SPINEBUSTER!! She just hit her spinebuster on the Pink Kitten, and she goes for the cover! Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THRE... SHOULDER UP!! Somehow, at the last fraction of a second, the Pink Kitten found the fighting spirit to throw a shoulder up! Christina Ellis yells "HANG IN THERE, YURI!" from the apron, and the Pink Kitten NEEDS to tag in Christina Ellis!
Virginia seems amused, and she tags Komachi in, and the camera catches her saying "finish her". Komachi nods, then pulls the Pink Kitten up into a standing headscissors! She could be going for her Running Power Bomb! She puts two fingers to her lips as if taking a drag off of a cigarette, then makes a motion of grinding it out on the Pink Kitten's back. She lifts her with ease, and takes a running start... but the Pink Kitten counters it with a Frankensteiner!! The crowd explodes into cheers, but when they get up, Komachi still beats the Pink Kitten to her feet! She goes into a spin and swings for the fences with a URAKEN... but the Pink Kitten ducks, then grabs Komachi by the hair and pulls her into a jawbreaker!!
This might be the Pink Kitten's chance! Both women are down, and Bobcat McGavin starts counting... but at four, Komachi's already getting up. She stumbles to her corner and tags in Virginia, as the Pink Kitten crawls towards Christina Ellis! The Pink Kitten's inches away from her corner, but Virginia grabs her by the ankle and starts pulling her back... but the Pink Kitten gets her other foot under her, then jumps up and clocks Virginia in the head with an enzuigiri! The crowd erupts into cheers, and those cheers become deafening when the Pink Kitten flings herself into her corner and tags in Christina Ellis!
Virginia's starting to get up, but Christina Ellis leaps up on the top rope, then springs into the ring with a springboard cross bodypress!! Virginia goes down under her, but Christina Ellis doesn't stay on her for the pin; she gets up and charges Komachi, knocking her off of the apron with a dropkick! Virginia gets up and rushes Christina Ellis with a running kneelift, but Christina Ellis catches her knee and somersaults back with it, pulling Virginia down and flowing up behind her to put on a half Boston! The crowd cheers, and Virginia struggles furiously in the hold! But Komachi slides into the ring and charges, so Christina Ellis releases the hold, ducks a clothesline, and knocks her on her butt with a dropkick when she turns around!
Virginia gets up and grabs Christina Ellis by the throat when she gets up, but now the Pink Kitten is in the ring, and she dropkicks Virginia in the back! Virginia stumbles forward, and Christina Ellis hooks her head and pulls her down into a DDT! Christina Ellis and the Pink Kitten exchange a high-five, but Komachi gets up and charges them both... but they grab her and send her over the top rope to the floor with a double backdrop!! The Pink Kitten goes out after her, and Virginia gets up again and charges Christina Ellis, but runs into a kick to the midsection, which Christina Ellis follows up with an ACE CRUSHER!! She goes for the cover, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... BIG kickout at two!! Virginia's a hell of a long way away from being done!
On the outside of the ring, the Pink Kitten hooks Komachi for a DDT, but Minako comes from behind her and pulls her hair to break it up! The Pink Kitten turns around and yells something at her, but Komachi rears up behind her! The Pink Kitten turns around, and Komachi sprays BLUE MIST!! But the Pink Kitten just ducked, and Komachi sprays the mist into Minako's face! Minako staggers back, pawing at her eyes, and the Pink Kitten kicks Komachi in the midsection, then rolls her into the ring and climbs in after her!
Komachi gets up and whirls on the Pink Kitten angrily, but Christina Ellis just took Virginia down with a savate kick, and she comes from behind Komachi and puts her in a full nelson! The Pink Kitten grabs her feet, and together they lift, and just MURDER Komachi with a SPIKE DRAGON SUPLEX!! Komachi is out cold, possibly seriously hurt, and if she was the legal woman, this match would be over! But she's not; Virginia is, and Virginia's getting up! Virginia rushes the Pink Kitten and turns her inside out with a clothesline, then turns and takes a dropkick in the chest from Christina Ellis! She staggers back into the ropes, and Christina Ellis whips her to the other side, then runs at her... and Virginia tears her down to the mat with a huge SPEAR!! The crowd boos, and it looks like Virginia may just turn this match around again through sheer brute force!
Virginia grabs the Pink Kitten off of the mat and dumps her to the outside of the ring, then pulls Christina Ellis up and lifts her by the throat... CHOKESLAM!! That will probably do it! She covers Christina Ellis, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THRE... Kickout at two and nine-tenths!! Christina Ellis just barely has a little bit left! Virginia smiles down at her, then lifts her across her shoulders in a fireman's carry. She's going for the Virgin Sacrifice... but the Pink Kitten just climbed up on the apron and climbed to the top turnbuckle! Virginia turns and prepares to release Christina Ellis, but she turns right into a FLYING DROPKICK!! That's the Pink Kitten's finishing move, and it knocks Virginia down... into a crucifix pin by Christina Ellis!! Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! THEY DID IT!! They are the NEW SJW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!!
Christina

Rating: *** 1/4
(Christina Ellis and The Pink Kitten won the SJW World Tag Team
Titles.)
The crowd explodes into cheers, and Christina Ellis and the Pink Kitten roll out of the ring as Virginia pulls herself up off of the mat. Christina Ellis flops to a heap at ringside, and the Pink Kitten retrieves the SJW World Tag Team Title belts and hands one of them to her. That perks her up a little bit, and she stands up slowly and smiles, then gives the Pink Kitten a weak, weary hug. They've done it! They destroyed the monsters, they toppled the unshakable collosus, and now they're the new SJW World Tag Team Champions! Christina Ellis and the Pink Kitten begin backing up the aisle, now wearing the title belts around their waists, and Virginia yells threats and insults at them from the ring, then goes to check on Komachi. After a few seconds, Komachi is able to stand, and Virginia helps her out of the ring, then begins helping her backstage, along with Minako.
We're going to go on to our next match now, and it should be a violent, physically intense one. "Holding Out For A Hero" by Bonnie Tyler begins playing, and the crowd cheers as Russel "The Muscle" Taylor comes out of the backstage entrance, jogging to the ring and slapping hands with the fans nearby on the way. He's pumped-up for this match, as he always is, but is he truly ready? Does he have the inner fury and mean streak necessary to inflict enough punishment to beat Chris Champlain in a Last Man Standing Match? He enters the ring and turns to face the backstage entrance, ready for this match.
And now "Stormbringer" by Deep Purple begins playing, and the crowd boos loudly! This will be Chris Champlain, the most violent, bloodthirsty, sadistic man in VCW history! Russel Taylor's watching the backstage entrance nervously... but Chris Champlain's not coming from backstage!! He's coming through the crowd in black slacks and a white shirt, and he has a baseball bat!! He hops the guardrail and slides into the ring, and Russel Taylor turns around to see him... and Chris Champlain swings the bat into his midsection!! Russel Taylor doubles over, and Chris Champlain brings the bat down in a clubbing blow across his back! Russel Taylor collapses to the mat, and Chris Champlain already has an unfair advantage! Linda Peterson enters the ring and calls for the bell, and that'll begin this match!
Last Man Standing Match:
Chris Champlain
vs.
Russel "The Muscle" Taylor
Chris Champlain sits on Russel Taylor's back, tucks the baseball bat under his chin, and begins pulling back, choking him out with it! This won't win him the match, because only leaving Russel Taylor down for a ten-count will do that, but at the same time it's perfectly legal, because there's no disqualification! Russel Taylor thrashes and squirms on the mat, then gets his hands on the bat and manages to push it away from his throat. Chris Champlain's struggling to pull back on it, but Russel Taylor's a lot stronger... and he pulls the bat away from Chris Champlain! Russel Taylor gets up with the baseball bat, and Chris Champlain begins backing off as the crowd cheers... but Russel Taylor coughs and staggers for a moment, catching his breath, then throws the bat aside! What's he DOING!?
Russel Taylor rushes Chris Champlain and knocks him down with a clothesline, then backs into the ropes and comes off to hit him with another clothesline when he gets up! Chris Champlain gets up a third time, and Russel Taylor runs him over with a third clothesline, then grabs him, lifts him high over his head with a Gorilla Press, and flings him to the mat! Chris Champlain lands on the mat... but he grabs the baseball bat as he gets up! Russel Taylor charges him, and runs right into a shot to the face from the baseball bat! The crowd boos, and Russel Taylor was just knocked down hard by that blow!
Chris Champlain raises the bat and strikes down at Russel Taylor, but Russel Taylor rolls out of the ring and avoids the blow! He flops down in a heap at ringside, then slowly starts to get up... but Chris Champlain drops the bat and goes to the top turnbuckle! Russel Taylor gets to his feet... and Chris Champlain dives off onto him with a FLYING CROSS BODYPRESS!! They both go down in a pile at ringside!
After a second or two, Chris Champlain gets up and pulls Russel Taylor to his feet. He whips Russel Taylor to the guardrail, but Russel Taylor reverses it! Chris Champlain leaps up on the guardrail instead of crashing into it, and springs back at Russel Taylor with an Asai moonsault, but Russel catches him, runs forward, and TOSSES HIM THROAT-FIRST ACROSS THE RAIL!! The crowd explodes into cheers, and Chris Champlain is convulsing on the ground, clutching his throat! Russel Taylor looks down at him in shock and dismay, then looks down at his own hands, as if he can't believe what he's done! He backs away, and Linda Peterson starts the count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! ... FOUR!! ... FIVE!! ... SIX!! ... And Chris Champlain's starting to pull himself up to his feet at a count of six!
Russel Taylor climbs into the ring, warning Chris Champlain to stay back, but Chris Champlain doesn't listen! He grabs a chair at ringside and slides inside, then gets up and charges Russel Taylor with it... but Russel takes him down with a drop-toe hold, and he falls face-first into the steel chair! Russel Taylor takes the chair away, and raises it high over his head to strike... but then reconsiders, and tosses it aside, to a chorus of boos from the crowd. He doesn't want to win that way, but every time he throws away a foreign object, he's throwing away his chances at winning!
Instead, he pulls Chris Champlain up and bodyslams him, then backs into the ropes and drops an elbow on him. He gets up, and drops a second elbow on Chris Champlain, then gets up again and drops a third. This is all well and good, but you won't keep Chris Champlain down with bodyslams and elbowdrops alone. Russel needs some big offense to hurt him badly enough to put him away; either a devestating move, or a weapon. So far, he seems reluctant to use either. And he still is, as he pulls Chris Champlain up and whips him to the turnbuckles! He charges in with a clothesline... but Chris Champlain gets a foot up and kicks him in the face! Russel Taylor staggers away, and Chris Champlain boosts himself up to the second turnbuckle, then waits for Russel to turn around and leaps at him with a clothesline that knocks him off his feet!
The crowd boos, and Chris Champlain goes outside the ring and reaches under it, then pulls out a heavy-duty plastic garbage can. He slides into the ring with it, then holds it upside-down over Russel Taylor, puts one of the edges of the rim over his throat, and thrusts down on the bottom of it!! He's trying to crush his windpipe with a garbage can! Russel Taylor squirms and thrashes, then grabs the rim of the garbage can with both hands and pushes up! Straining and struggling, he actually manages to bench-press it off of his throat despite Chris Champlain's efforts to push it down! Russel Taylor slips out from under it, and gets to his feet, but Chris Champlain kicks him in the midsection, then hooks him for a double arm DDT... but Russel Taylor backdrops out of that!
Chris Champlain starts getting up, and Russel Taylor grabs him, then flings him to the mat with a belly-to-belly suplex! That doesn't keep Chris Champlain down for long, though, and he's getting up... but Russel Taylor sets the garbage can upright, then scoops Chris Champlain up and dumps him head-first into the garbage can! And then he grabs the garbage can and lifts it to his chest... and with great effort, begins slowly to lift it over his head! Russel Taylor powers the garbage can up over his head in a Gorilla Press, with Chris Champlain's legs sticking out of it, kicking and struggling... then TOSSES IT OUT OF THE RING!! The garbage can lands with a hard "thunk" sound on the floor, and it had Chris Champlain in it!!
Russel Taylor stares out at the garbage can, wide-eyed and breathing deeply; he doesn't want to hurt Chris Champlain, but he seems to finally be realizing that he has to do these things for his own safety! Linda Peterson starts her count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! ... FOUR!! ... FIVE!! ... SIX!! ... SEVEN!! ... And Chris Champlain's getting up at seven. He throws off the garbage can and climbs up on the apron, and Russel Taylor runs forward and nails him with a dropkick! Chris Champlain flies back off of the apron to land on his back at ringside, and the crowd explodes into cheers! And this time Russel Taylor's going out after him!
Russel Taylor climbs out of the ring and pulls Chris Champlain to his feet, but on the way up Chris Champlain catches him with a low blow! That stuns Russel Taylor, and Chris Champlain grabs him by the hair, then takes him head-first into the steel ringpost! The crowd boos, Russel Taylor goes down in a heap, and Chris Champlain begins searching under the ring! He pulls out a table, and begins setting it up, and this does NOT look good for Russel Taylor! He sets up the table right next to the ring apron, rolls Russel Taylor onto the apron, then climbs up on the table! He pulls Russel Taylor into a standing headscissors, then lifts... PILEDRIVER THROUGH THE TABLE!! Russel Taylor was just driven through that table!
Chris Champlain gets up out of the wreckage and rolls into the ring, and Linda Peterson starts counting... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! ... FOUR!! ... FIVE!! ... And then Chris Champlain rolls out of the ring, hauls Russel Taylor to his feet, and rolls him back into the ring! He doesn't want to win the match yet; he wants to continue the abuse on Russel Taylor! He climbs in after him, pulls him up by the hair, twists and brings him down with a reverse neckbreaker! Chris Champlain gets up and smiles at his handiwork, then turns Russel Taylor over, drops a leg across the back of his neck, then gets up and does it again! And then he sits down on Russel Taylor's back and applies a camel clutch!
The crowd boos, and this move won't win the match for Chris Champlain. Russel Taylor can't submit, and even if he passes out in this hold, Chris Champlain needs to get up off of him for a ten count before the match can end! Russel Taylor is struggling, trying to power out of the hold, but Chris Champlain jumps up and sits down on his back, smashing him back down to the mat! After that piledriver through the table, he may not have enough left to escape! Chris Champlain's yanking back, putting more pressure on the hold, and Russel Taylor's thrashing around wildly, trying to escape the hold, but he can't! He begins crawling, and with desperate strength he pulls himself to the ropes... but that doesn't matter, because Chris Champlain can't be disqualified for not breaking the hold!
Russel Taylor's at the ropes, and Chris Champlain still doesn't have to break the hold! He continues leaning back, chuckling softly to himself as he inflicts punishment on Russel Taylor! Russel's trying to escape now, trying to push himself up out of the hold, and slowly but surely, he's doing it! The crowd starts getting behind him, and Russel Taylor trembles with effort as he slowly fights up out of the camel clutch and gets to his feet! He makes it to his feet with Chris Champlain perched on his back... and Chris Champlain drops off, then grabs him by the hair from behind and pulls him down into an inverted facelock, then falls back into a DRAGON SLEEPER!! And he scissors his legs around Russel Taylor's waist, too!!
Russel Taylor struggles wildly for several seconds in the hold, thrashing around and flailing his arms, then reaches up and grabs Chris Champlain's arm, and starts trying desperately to pull his head free. He struggles with all of his might, and slips the hold, then reaches down and pulls Chris Champlain's legs off of his waist! Chris Champlain tries to pull Russel Taylor back into the dragon sleeper while he's breaking the bodyscissors, but Russel Taylor is too strong and determined, and he breaks free! He starts to get up, but Chris Champlain beats him to his feet and clobbers him with a punch! Russel Taylor absorbs it, then returns fire with a right hand to the stomach! Chris Champlain doubles over, and Russel Taylor stands, groggy and wobbly!
Chris Champlain throws another punch, but Russel Taylor blocks this one, and nails Chris Champlain with a blow of his own. Chris Champlain staggers back, and Russel Taylor advances on him with another punch, then whips him into the ropes! Chris Champlain comes off the ropes, and Russel Taylor rushes at him, and knocks him over with a leaping clothesline! But Russel Taylor crumples to the mat as well, and they're both down! Linda Peterson's not going to count with both men down... in order for this Last Man Standing Match to end, one of the combatants has to be standing! After about four seconds, Russel Taylor gets to his feet, and now the count can begin... or no, it can't, because Russel Taylor scoops Chris Champlain up, then bodyslams him to the mat!
Chris Champlain slowly starts to get up again, and Russel Taylor goes behind him, then lifts him and brings him down with a belly-to-back suplex! Chris Champlain is down, and Russel Taylor steps out to the apron and goes up to the top turnbuckle, then leaps off onto him with a FLYING ELBOWDROP!! If he hits a few more big moves like that, he might just win this match yet! Chris Champlain's down and in trouble, and Russel Taylor pulls him into a standing headscissors. This could be it!! He lifts... POWER BOMB!! Chris Champlain just landed hard on the canvas!! Russel Taylor steps back and lets Linda Peterson count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! ... FOUR!! ... FIVE!! ... SIX!! ... SEVEN!! ... EIGHT!! ... And at eight, Chris Champlain begins getting up!
Russel Taylor goes over to Chris Champlain, kicks him in the midsection, and throws him down with a bodyslam again. But this time, he backs off and goes to a corner of the ring! He raises his right arm in the air and slaps his right elbow dramatically, then looks up to the rafters with his arms spread in supplication and yells "JESUS, LEND ME STRENGTH!" to the sky! He winds up his right arm slowly, and goes into a three-point stance! Chris Champlain gets up, groggy and wobbly, and Russel Taylor runs forward and just DECAPITATES HIM with a HUGE leaping elbowsmash!! Chris Champlain goes tumbling to the mat like he was hit like a car, and Russel Taylor goes over and leans on the ropes as Linda Peterson begins to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! ... FOUR!! ... FIVE!! ... SIX!! ... SEVEN!! ... EIGHT!! ... NINE!! ... TE--NO!! Chris Champlain is starting to get up, pulling himself up on the ropes!
Russel Taylor nods grimly and pats his elbow again, then charges Chris Champlain again... but this time, Chris Champlain sees it coming, and he backdrops him out over the top rope!! Russel Taylor bumps the apron on his way down, then crashes to a heap on the floor, and Chris Champlain staggers forward a step, then flops down on his face in the ring and rolls out of the ring. They're both down at ringside for several seconds, and then Chris Champlain pulls himself to his feet and grabs a chair! Russel Taylor's starting to get up on the other side of the ring, and Chris Champlain staggers around to come up on him from behind, then whacks him sharply in the back with the chair! Russel Taylor goes back down, and Chris Champlain rolls him back into the ring!
Chris Champlain stops to rest for a minute, then reaches under the ring... and pulls out a bed of nails!! It's about five feet long by two and a half feet wide, and those look like some rather blunt, dull nails in it, but Chris Champlain lifts it and shoves it into the ring! He slides in after it, then scoops Russel Taylor up and BODYSLAMS HIM ON THE NAILS!! What a sadistic bastard!! Russel Taylor yells in pain and grimaces terribly as Chris Champlain leaves him lying on the nails, then steps out to the apron! He giggles gleefully to himself and grabs the top rope, then flings himself in with a SLINGSHOT SENTON!! But Russel Taylor moves... AND CHRIS CHAMPLAIN LANDS ON THE NAILS!! He just slingshotted himself onto a bed of nails!! He howls in excruciating pain, and the crowd explodes into cheers!!
Russel Taylor slowly begins getting up, but Chris Champlain's getting up too, and his eyes are intense with pain! He snarls angrily and rushes at Russel Taylor and takes a wild swing that catches Russel Taylor on the side of the face! Russel Taylor goes down to one knee, and Chris Champlain grabs him by the hair, then leans down and begins biting his face!! Russel Taylor shoves Chris Champlain away and charges him with a clothesline, but Chris Champlain brings him down with a drop-toe hold, and SENDS HIM FACE-FIRST INTO THE NAILS!! Russel Taylor got his hands in front to block that, but he didn't seem to have stopped it completely! He just went face-first into the nails!!
Chris Champlain stands over Russel Taylor, gloating at what he just did, and when Russel Taylor starts to get up, it's plain to see that he's bleeding, though somehow it's from a line across his forehead rather than the sort of puncture wound you'd expect from nails. He might have fallen across them at an angle and had his forehead slashed by one of the points. Russel Taylor's up, with blood dripping into his face, and Chris Champlain gives him a blatant kick to the groin, then shoves him back into a corner, and with great effort lifts him and sets him up on the top turnbuckle.
Uh-oh... he has something planned for Russel Taylor, and it seems like it's just the sort of thing that could end this match. Chris Champlain leaves Russel there and drags the bed of nails into place near them, then climbs up with him! He's going to take him off the top turnbuckle onto the nails!! He hooks his head for a DDT!! NO!! He's going to bring him down head-first on those nails! But Russel Taylor grabs him, and flings him back with a BELLY-TO-BELLY SUPLEX TO THE FLOOR!! Russel Taylor stays perched on the top turnbuckle, but he just flung Chris Champlain from the top turnbuckle to the floor! Chris Champlain flies through the air and lands HARD on the thinly-padded floor, and Russel Taylor tumbles off of the top turnbuckle to the mat next to the bed of nails, then pulls himself up on the ropes! Linda Peterson counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! ... FOUR!! ... FIVE!! ... SIX!! ... SEVEN!! ... EIGHT!! ... NINE!! ... TEN!! Russel Taylor wins!!

Man Standing Match:
Russel Taylor defeated Chris Champlain in 0:22:52.
Rating: ** 1/2
Russel Taylor is bloody and battered, but somehow he did it! Chris Champlain was going to bring him down on the nails with a top-rope DDT, driving the nails right into his skull, but Russel "The Muscle" Taylor stopped that the only way he could, by dashing him to the thinly-padded concrete from the top turnbuckle!! Russel Taylor is bloody and beaten half senseless, but he's still standing, and Chris Champlain is laid out on the floor!! Russel Taylor stares down at Chris Champlain and shakes his head sadly, then kneels and prays to himself briefly before rolling out of the ring and heading backstage. He finally did it... he finally conquered the sadistic demon plaguing VCW, by beating him so badly he couldn't rise again!!
As paramedics come out to put Chris Champlain on a stretcher and carry him out of here, let's go backstage, where Lars Coverdale is preparing to head to the ring for his Hardcore Triple Threat Match against David Wright Hubbard and Michelle Hubbard. Let's take a look.
Backstage...
There's an air of festivity in the dressing room, as the Pink Kitten and Christina Ellis celebrate with their newly-won SJW World Tag Team Titles. Ken Collins and Stacey Lockman are there with them, joyful and smiling, but conspicuous by their absence are Johnny Smiles and Lars Coverdale. Everyone is elated and happy, and Sumiko the stuffed cat looks on from a chair across the room.
S. Lockman: Oh my GOD... I still can't believe it. You guys are the champions! You're really the champions! You guys rule!
C. Ellis: I know... this is great. They said we couldn't do it, that rookies don't win Japanese titles, but we did it! I don't know HOW we did it, but WE DID IT!! We're the CHAMPIONS, Yuri!!
Christina Ellis cheers and gives the Pink Kitten a joyous hug.
P. Kitten: I know, this is great. I can only imagine what they're saying back home...
As they're talking, Johnny Smiles and Lars Coverdale sneak up behind them, holding a large plastic barrel. They come from behind and suddenly upset the barrel onto Christina Ellis and the Pink Kitten, sloshing chocolate milk all over them. The two women scream and jump out of their chairs, and turn to glare at their tormentors.
C. Ellis: You bastards! What the hell was THAT!?
J. Smiles: You know how football players that win big games get Gatorade poured over them? Well, we...
Christina Ellis smiles and shakes her head, wiping milk-drenched hair out of her face.
C. Ellis: Yeah, I get it. You win this round, Johnny. Just wait until YOU win the VCW World Title at Wrestlewar. This'll be nothing compared to what we do to YOU.
J. Smiles: Well, since I'll probably lose that match, I don't have much to worry about. So I STILL win!! ... I'm a winner either way!
Ken Collins raises an eyebrow and shrugs.
K. Collins: I guess that's ONE way to look at it.
C. Ellis: Well, congratulations. You just soaked our ring gear down with milk. Unfortunately, we'll have to put our bikinis back on and walk around backstage in them all night. Now, I know how much you guys'll hate that, but just remember... you brought it all on yourselves.
Christina Ellis grins at Johnny Smiles and Lars Coverdale, but the Pink Kitten frowns and nudges her a little. Lars Coverdale remains completely oblivious to that, though, and steps forward with a goofy smile of his own.
L. Coverdale: Well, you guys should wish me luck before you go change. I'm going out there in a few seconds to win that super awesome Hardcore Triple Threat Match against David Wright Hubbard and his total babe of a wife.
P. Kitten: Good luck! We know you can do it.
C. Ellis: Yeah, good luck. ... Wait. You're not gonna do anything... dumb out there, are you, Lars?
L. Coverdale: Uh, yeah. Probably. ... Why do you ask?
C. Ellis: Just don't get distracted by Michelle or anything. I've already had my fill of seeing my friends being stupid and getting their asses kicked because they think with the brain between their legs instead of the one in their head.
L. Coverdale: Oh, yeah! I know what you mean, and I'm way ahead of you. I know, my super studly libido gets me in trouble sometimes... but tonight, just to be safe, I took matters into my OWN hands just a few minutes ago, if you get what I'm saying.
Everyone stares at Lars Coverdale strangely and laughs uncomfortably.
S. Lockman: Um... yeah, thanks for telling us. I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I TOTALLY needed to know that.
L. Coverdale: Really? You did? You should've told me sooner. I can tell you every time I masturbate from now on, if you want.
S. Lockman: Uh... no. That's sweet of you and everything, but since I was kinda, like, being sarcastic... I don't think that'll be necessary. Thanks anyway.
Christina Ellis groans and chuckles.
C. Ellis: Lars, if I EVER find out there was anything but chocolate milk in that barrel you dumped over our heads, I'm gonna book my keychain in a Hardcore Match against your CD collection.
Lars Coverdale just looks at her, genuinely puzzled.
L. Coverdale: Like, what else would've been in there?
K. Collins: Never mind. Don't you have that match to go to?
L. Coverdale: Oh yeah! Thanks for reminding me. I totally forgot. See you guys in a few minutes.
Lars Coverdale leaves the room, and Johnny Smiles turns to Christina Ellis with a smile.
J. Smiles: Don't worry, there wasn't "anything else" in that barrel. We wouldn't do that to you guys.
C. Ellis: That's a relief.
J. Smiles: We'd do that to Marty if we ever got the chance... not you, though.
Ken Collins sighs and shakes his head.
K. Collins: Poor Marty. All HE ever did was superkick you and throw you through a plate glass window.
As Christina Ellis and the Pink Kitten walk away towards the showers, the camera fades out on the backstage scene.
There's a lot of celebration going on back there, but everyone involved has a challenge to face tonight. Johnny Smiles must defeat Julian Page to keep his Wrestlewar title shot, Ken Collins must defeat Lance Errington to keep the VCW Intercontinental Title, and Stacey Lockman's very health and well-being will be at stake against Rebecca Black. Taking nothing away from Christina Ellis's and the Pink Kitten's earlier victory, their friends may be celebrating prematurely.
One of them will have to face a major challenge right now, in fact! "Talk Dirty To Me" by Poison begins playing, and the crowd cheers as Lars Coverdale comes out of the backstage entrance! He's pumped up and ready to go, and he runs energetically to the ring and slides inside, then begins playing air guitar to his entrance music. What he lacks in brains he makes up for with enthusiasm and vigor, and his speed and agility may be the deciding factor in this match, allowing him to adapt to the ever-changing nature of a Hardcore Triple Threat Match.
And now "Life In The Fast Lane" by the Eagles begins playing, and the crowd gives a somewhat lesser amount of cheers for Michelle Hubbard. She comes out of the backstage entrance and smiles at Lars Coverdale, then begins walking to the ring. Lately, she's shown a lot more affection for Lars Coverdale than she has for her own husband, but let's call it like we see it: she's probably going in here wanting to win the match. Seeing Lars Coverdale defeat her husband, David Wright Hubbard, wouldn't give her the same satisfaction as doing it herself, so we know Lars can't fully trust her; in the end, you can bet that she wants to win this match, not stand by and watch Lars win it. But now, she's all smiles as she steps into the ring and gives Lars Coverdale a hug.
But that hug is interrupted as "War Pigs" by Black Sabbath begins playing, and a furious, hateful David Wright Hubbard storms out of the backstage entrance! He walks quickly to the ring, his eyes practically glowing as he points at Michelle Hubbard and Lars Coverdale, yelling threats and cussing at them on his way to the ring! Michelle Hubbard goes into a fighting stance and yells for him to bring it on, and he's wasting no time in sliding into the ring to do just that! Brendan Powers calls for the bell, and this match is on!!
Hardcore Triple Threat Match:
David Wright Hubbard
vs.
Lars Coverdale
vs.
Michelle Hubbard
Michelle Hubbard steps forward and grabs David Wright Hubbard as he gets up, but he shrugs her off and tosses her aside, then rushes at Lars Coverdale with an angry snarl! Lars Coverdale ducks a huge lariat, then pops up and knocks him down with a dropkick! David Wright Hubbard goes down and charges again, but he runs right into another dropkick! He gets up and charges again, and Lars Coverdale nails him with another dropkick, knocking him back into the ropes! David Wright Hubbard slumps against the ropes, temporarily punch-drunk, and Lars Coverdale shuffles to the side, then steps forward and nails him with a SUPERKICK!! David Wright Hubbard tumbles out of the ring to the floor, and the crowd explodes into cheers!!
Lars Coverdale basks in the cheers for a moment, headbanging and playing air guitar, but Michelle Hubbard's approaching him! But instead of attacking him, she taps him on the shoulder, then offers her hand for a high-five! Lars Coverdale slaps her hand and grins, but Michelle Hubbard suddenly warns him as David Wright Hubbard grabs a chair on the outside and slides back into the ring! David Wright Hubbard rushes at Lars Coverdale and takes a swing, but Lars ducks it, then kicks David Wright Hubbard in the midsection when he turns around! He's stunned for a second, and Lars Coverdale snatches the chair out of his hands, then raises it to strike... but Michelle Hubbard comes from behind with a LOW BLOW!! WHAT!? Lars Coverdale starts to lower the chair, stunned... and David Wright Hubbard LARIATS IT INTO HIS FACE!!
The crowd explodes into boos... they can't believe what they're seeing! David Wright Hubbard cringes in pain, shaking out his lariat arm, but there's no question who got the worst of that; he sent that chair RIGHT into Lars Coverdale's face like the grill of a speeding truck! Michelle Hubbard smiles down at Lars Coverdale, then grabs his legs, spreads them, and kicks him square in the crotch!! The crowd boos, and Lars Coverdale curls up in a ball on the mat... and now David Wright Hubbard pulls him up by the hair, into a standing headscissors, and lifts... POWER BOMB ON THE CHAIR!! They're destroying Lars Coverdale!! And now Michelle Hubbard smiles seductively and beckons to David Wright Hubbard, then grabs him and kisses him in the middle of the ring! It was all a set-up!! It was a set-up, to get Lars Coverdale into the ring and destroy him two-on-one!!
Lars Coverdale is down and out, but David Wright Hubbard's not taking any chances. He turns away from his wife after a second, then pulls him into another standing headscissors and pulls him up again... POWER BOMB!! But instead of releasing him, he muscles him up, lifts again, and drives him down with a SECOND power bomb!! And he still doesn't let go... he lifts him a third time, then gives him one more POWER BOMB!! That's FOUR power bombs Lars Coverdale has endured, and there can be absolutely no question; this match is over as soon as David Wright Hubbard wants to end it. But that's not yet, as Michelle Hubbard slides out of the ring, then pushes a table into the ring!!
David Wright Hubbard sets up the table, then he and Michelle place Lars Coverdale on the top turnbuckle, facing the crowd. No, come on... there's been enough already! David Wright Hubbard climbs up with him and lifts him... TOP-ROPE POWER BOMB THROUGH THE TABLE!! Lars Coverdale is laid to waste... what a slaughter!! But David Wright Hubbard climbs up to the top turnbuckle again, and Michelle is climbing up with him! David Wright Hubbard remains carefully crouched on the turnbuckle, and Michelle Hubbard climbs up on his shoulders, then ever-so-carefully climbs into a standing position, so she's standing on his shoulders, facing the crowd, while he's on the top turnbuckle!! She leaps off backward... MOONSAULT!! From nearly fifteen feet in the air, Michelle Hubbard dives onto Lars Coverdale with her Moonsault!!
She cries out in pain and rolls off of him immediately, clutching her knees and cringing, but David Wright Hubbard's still on the top turnbuckle. He stands up there and mockingly headbangs and plays air guitar for a second, then leaps off... FROG SPLASH!! He connects with Lars Coverdale, adding insult to the massive amounts of injury he's already done! And now he gets up, and presses one finger over Lars's chest. Brendan Powers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! It's finally over. Damn it, at least it's over.
Hardcore
Triple Threat Match:
David Wright Hubbard defeated Lars Coverdale and Michelle Hubbard
when D.W. Hubbard pinned Coverdale after a frog splash in
0:04:19.
Rating: 1/2*
The crowd boos as David Wright Hubbard gets up, raising his hands in victory. This wasn't fair! This wasn't even a handicap match... it was worse than that, because Michelle Hubbard took a cheap shot! The lengths she went to, to gain Lars Coverdale's trust, only to do this to him... it's just mind-boggling. Lars Coverdale has been stabbed in the heart, laid to waste, and left for dead by these two sadistic rednecks... but David Wright Hubbard's not done! He bends down and grabs Lars Coverdale by the hair and pulls him up... BUT WAIT!! Someone's coming out of the backstage entrance!! KEN COLLINS!!
"The California Crippler" Ken Collins rushes out of the backstage entrance and takes off the VCW Intercontinental Title as he runs to the ring and slides inside! Michelle Hubbard quickly scatters out of the way, and David Wright Hubbard rushes him gamely, but gets a swung title belt right upside his head!! He goes down and rolls out of the ring, retreating backstage with Michelle Hubbard, but far too much damage has already been done. Ken Collins kneels beside Lars Coverdale, and begins signalling for the trainers to come out and help him.
The trainers come to the ring and pull Lars Coverdale out of the ring, then begin gently helping him walk backstage. He can barely walk, even with assistance... he might need more than trainers. He might need a stretcher. We don't know how badly he's been hurt, but this horrible betrayal has sent a message and surely crushed Lars Coverdale in mind, body, and spirit. That son of a bitch David Wright Hubbard must be damn pleased with himself. Ken Collins watches Lars Coverdale go, and Stacey Lockman comes out to say something to Lars Coverdale on the way backstage, then enters the ring and says something to Ken Collins. Obviously, the mood of celebration is long gone among them.
L. Errington: I said it a thousand times this summer... the only sure thing about love is betrayal. You can't give your heart to someone and expect it back in one piece.
Hold it, Lance Errington just stepped out of the backstage entrance, flanked by Derek Cole! He's wearing his robe and his wrestling gear, and he has a microphone! Ken Collins stares at him, shouting angrily, but Lance Errington doesn't seem to care.
L. Errington: What about you, Ken? There's still time for you. You can still leave that VCW Intercontinental Title at my feet, leave the wrestling business, and go sell used cars in San Diego. You think it matters if you don't? I'll still take that title from you. On the off-chance that your precious Stacey isn't crippled and mutilated beyond recognition in tonight's match, she'll just stab you in the back further down the road. You remind me of the OLD Lance Errington. Yeah, you're a good wrestler, you're a handsome kid... but the fact of the matter is, you're not good ENOUGH.
And you're facing me. The NEW Lance Errington. A year ago, I would've gone in there and tried to outwrestle you and win the title... now, I'm gonna go in there and crush you under my heel, and when I just so happen to win the title in the process, it's all the better. See, you've had it all for a little too long. The title, the money, the pretty girl, the cult following of fans who say you're the best wrestler in North America... I had all that once. Now, I have nothing. And I've had nothing for a little too long. Tonight, that changes... because tonight, your entire life comes crashing down around you, and I pick through the wreckage and take everything that's left for myself.
The crowd boos, but Stacey Lockman and Ken Collins look absolutely incensed. Somehow, this doesn't seem like the best time to be taunting them. Stacey Lockman just grabbed a microphone.
S. Lockman: You think WE'VE had it easy too long!? Ask Lorenzo Vasquez how easy we've had it. No, better yet--ask him how easy HE has it, ever since that Destiny Driver at Blood and Thunder. Now, knowing that... after Rebecca Black has been making our lives HELL all month, after one of our friends gets his heart ripped out and stepped on right before our eyes, you have the NERVE to come out here and try that SHIT with US!? I'm SICK of this! And--
Stacey Lockman is red in the face and livid, ranting and raving and bearing a passing resemblance to her father during his more excited moments, but Ken Collins takes the microphone from her, and he appears icy calm.
K. Collins: You're in luck, Lance. All you just talked about... you have the chance to come in here and do it. This is pay-per-view. The talk's over, and it's time for action. Come on in, and take your best shot. Come on into my ring...
Ken Collins pauses and drapes the VCW Intercontinental Title across the mat in front of him, then looks up at Lance Errington, nearly shaking with powerful, restrained intensity.
K. Collins: ... and TRY to take my life... away... from... me.
The crowd cheers, and Lance Errington's actually hesitating, staring into the ring at Ken Collins! He thought he had the psychological advantage, and it looks like he's just been psyched out! Derek Cole whispers something in his ear, and Lance Errington regains a measure of his composure, and walks to the ring slowly, then climbs inside... and Ken Collins immediately begins stomping away at him! He's attacking Lance Errington before he can even get his robe off, and Jerry Rogers enters the ring and calls for the bell to begin the match!
For the VCW Intercontinental Title:
"The California
Crippler" Ken Collins (c)
w/Stacey Lockman
vs.
Lance Errington
w/Derek Cole
Ken Collins stomps away at Lance Errington on the mat, then pulls him up, tosses him into a corner, jerks his robe open, and gives him a HUGE chop across the chest! It rings out with a meaty smack, and Lance Errington cries out in pain... and then Ken Collins draws back and does it again! Lance Errington screams in pain and clutches his chest, and Ken Collins whips him hard to the opposite corner! Lance Errington hits hard back-first, and Ken Collins charges in after him! Lance Errington gets a foot up into Ken Collins's face... but Ken Collins stops on a dime and catches it, then hauls him out by the foot, takes him down to the mat, and turns him over into the ANKLE LOCK SUBMISSION!!
Lance Errington cries out in pain, and frantically struggles towards the ropes! He's still fresh, and he's a little bit larger and stronger than Ken Collins, so he makes it in a span of seconds, then clings to the bottom rope desperately. Jerry Rogers tells Ken Collins to release it, but Ken Collins just yells "LIKE I CARE!" and keeps the hold on! Jerry Rogers counts, but when Ken Collins doesn't break at four, he actually grabs Ken Collins and pulls him away from Lance Errington! Jerry Rogers pulls Ken Collins aside, reprimanding him severely for not breaking the hold when he was supposed to... and while he's doing that, Stacey Lockman comes up and slaps Lance Errington HARD across the face!
The crowd cheers for that, but Derek Cole doesn't seem so pleased, and he advances on Stacey Lockman, balling up his fists. Stacey's ready to fight, and she clenches her fists and yells "COME ON, THEN!" at him! Derek Cole smiles fiendishly and throws up his guard, then approaches Stacey Lockman... but someone's coming out of the backstage entrance! It's JOHNNY SMILES!! The crowd explodes into cheers, and Johnny Smiles is charging down the ramp at Derek Cole! Derek Cole abandons all thoughts of fighting Stacey Lockman and turns to flee, and Johnny Smiles chases him all the way around the ring, then up the ramp and through the backstage entrance! Johnny Smiles just ran off Lance Errington's manager, and he chases after him in hot pursuit!!
Back in the ring, Lance Errington just shrugged off his robe, and now he's starting to get up with a severe limp as Jerry Rogers finally turns his attention away from Ken Collins. Ken Collins rushes forward without hesitating and kicks Lance Errington in the leg, knocking him down, then slides out of the ring and grabs Lance Errington by the leg. He grabs the other leg, and pulls Lance Errington groin-first into the steel ringpost! The crowd only cheers all the more loudly; Ken Collins got mad, and now he's getting even, and the crowd's loving it! And then he takes Lance Errington's hurt right leg, draws it back, and rams it hard into the side of the ringpost! Lance Errington howls in pain, and Ken Collins just grabs his leg and does it again, to the delight of the crowd!
Ken Collins climbs back into the ring, then begins stomping and kicking at Lance Errington in the corner until Jerry Rogers forces him to back off. Lance Errington gets up and takes a couple hobbling steps into the ring, so Ken Collins comes forward and kicks him sharply in the midsection, then whips him to the opposite corner... no, Lance Errington reverses! Ken Collins goes careening towards the corner, but instead of hitting the turnbuckles, he stumbles and crashes shoulder-first into the steel ringpost!! The crowd lets out an "oooh" as Stacey Lockman cringes, and Ken Collins turns and staggers out of the corner, clutching his arm. Lance Errington immediately seizes the opportunity, grabbing his arm and bringing him down with an armbar takedown!!
The crowd boos, and Lance Errington gets up, wincing as he flexes his right leg. Ken Collins starts to get up, and Lance Errington quickly clobbers him with a forearm smash to the back of the neck, then takes him down with a fireman's carry, sticks his left knee in Ken Collins's shoulder, and pulls his right arm back in a kneeling armbar! This is his opening; Ken Collins has already damaged his leg, and Lance Errington needs to take this chance to damage Ken Collins's shoulder to keep from fighting at a major disadvantage! Ken Collins cries out in pain, and begins struggling. Lance Errington's stronger and bigger, but Ken Collins slowly starts to fight his way up, so Lance Errington stands up, straddles his shoulder, then holds the arm between his legs and performs a forward roll to bring Ken Collins down into a cross armbreaker!!
Ken Collins yells out in pain, but even as the hold starts to take its toll on him he's already working at a counter! He reaches over desperately and grabs his right wrist with his left, then rolls up onto Lance Errington!! Lance's shoulders are down, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Lance Errington has to relinquish the hold to save himself at two and a half! Tony Garcia countered one of Ken Collins's cross armbreakers like that successfully back in June, and Ken Collins remembered that counter and used it against Lance Errington!
They both get up, but with his healthy legs Ken Collins is up just barely before Lance Errington. Errington throws a punch, but Ken Collins ducks and slips behind him into a waistlock, then lifts and flings him back with a RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX!! Lance Errington lands hard on the canvas, and Ken Collins winces for a moment, clutching his arm from the effort, but after a big move like that he can afford to take some time to recover! After a few seconds, he crawls across Lance Errington and covers. Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half. That was a great move, but he took too long going for the pin, and Lance Errington wasn't ready to be beaten yet!
Ken Collins pulls Lance Errington up, then drives a knee into his midsection, grabs him by the hair, and takes him head-first into a turnbuckle. Lance Errington collapses back to the mat, and Ken Collins steps out to the apron! Lance Errington gets to his feet, and Ken Collins jumps up on the top rope, then springs off with a SPRINGBOARD CROSS BODYPRESS!! Lance Errington tries to catch him, but his leg buckles under him and he goes down beneath Ken Collins!! Ken Collins hooks the leg, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Shoulder up at two and a half!
Ken Collins hauls Lance Errington up by the hair, then snap mares him to the canvas, gets up, and dropkicks him in the back of the head when he sits up! Lance Errington rolls onto his side on the mat, clutching the back of his head, and Ken Collins turns him over onto his stomach, then grabs his right leg by the ankle, lifts it up, and spikes it down knee-first into the canvas! Lance Errington yells out in pain, and Ken Collins drags him over to the ropes, sets his ankle up on the middle rope, then holds the top rope and jumps up into the air, coming down bottom-first across Lance Errington's knee! Lance Errington yells again, and Ken Collins jumps up and sits down on his knee again!
Lance Errington is curled up on the mat in pain, and Ken Collins looks down at him and yells "GET UP! YOU STILL GONNA RUIN MY LIFE!? HUH!?" Ken Collins grabs Lance Errington and starts to pull him up, but Lance Errington gives him an elbow to the midsection, then straightens up and punches Ken Collins in the face! Ken Collins returns fire with a punch of his own, but the pain of throwing a punch with his right arm makes him flinch, and that gives Lance Errington an opening to hit him again! Ken Collins staggers back and goes down to one knee, and Lance Errington limps forward, grabs him, and tosses him out of the ring to the floor!
Ken Collins is down on the floor, and Lance Errington grabs the top rope as he gets up, then slingshots himself onto Ken Collins with a PESCADO BODYPRESS!! They both go down, and the crowd gives a few grudging cheers, but that wasn't the best move for a man with a hurt knee to try! The slingshot motion helped him to execute the move in spite of his injured state, but the landing took its toll on his leg! Lance Errington is down, clutching his knee, and Ken Collins is just flattened on the mat. After a few seconds, Lance Errington climbs on top of Ken Collins, crouches over him, and starts hammering him with punches! This is where Lance Errington can do some damage; he's the bigger and stronger of the two men, he has two healthy arms, and while Ken Collins may be a slightly better technical wrestler, Lance Errington may be a slightly more capable brawler!
After punching Ken Collins in the face several times, Lance Errington pulls him up and takes him head-first into the steel ringsteps. He manages a half-grimace, half-smile as he limps around the steps to stand on the other side of the corner, and then he reaches into the ring and grabs Ken Collins's right arm, which was on the apron as Ken Collins slumped against the steps! Lance Errington is around the corner from Ken Collins, but he has his right wrist in both hands... and he leans back with all of his weight and sharply pulls on it, pulling Ken Collins shoulder-first into the steel ringpost! Ken Collins cries out in pain, and Lance Errington moves forward, giving his arm a little slack... then pulls him shoulder-first into the ringpost again!! What a sadistic assault!
But Jerry Rogers's count is getting high, so Lance Errington rolls into the ring, then drags Ken Collins in under the bottom rope by the arm. Ken Collins is down in agony, and Lance Errington paces around with a severe limp, trying to walk off some of the damage to his right leg while he still has the advantage. Ken Collins grits his teeth in determination and begins to stand, but Lance Errington slugs him with a hard body blow! Ken Collins doubles over, and Lance Errington grabs him in a front chancery, lifts, and falls forward to bring him down with a front-layout suplex! And then he flows to the side and puts Ken Collins in an armbar submission!!
Ken Collins cries out in pain, and this is a familiar pain to him, after his battles with Lorenzo Vasquez. But he didn't give up then, and it'll take a lot to make him give up now! Lance Errington leans back, adding pressure to the armbar and inflicting more pain and injury on Ken Collins! Even if Ken Collins doesn't give up, he needs his arm and shoulder strength for a lot of his big moves, and this could take that away! He's struggling towards the ropes, and Stacey Lockman and the crowd are cheering him on, but Lance Errington's determined to inflict more and more pain on him! Ken Collins continues to drag himself towards the ropes despite the pain, and he makes it near. He reaches out and can't quite grab them, so he lurches towards them with a desperate surge of strength, and finally makes it!! Jerry Rogers orders Lance Errington to release the hold, and after a full four-count, he does!
Ken Collins pulls himself to his feet, and Lance Errington comes in swinging at him with a left hand. Ken Collins blocks with his right without thinking, and cringes in pain from the jolt sent up his arm, stunning him long enough for Lance Errington to just FLOOR him with a carefully-measured right hand to the jaw! Ken Collins can't out-brawl Lance Errington with one arm; he has to get Lance down and work on his leg until he's immobile!
Lance Errington smiles down at Ken Collins, then lifts him and scoops him up for a shoulderbreaker, but Ken Collins slides out behind him! Lance Errington throws a back elbow to stun Ken Collins, then goes behind into a waistlock, but Ken Collins bends down and reaches between his own legs to grab Lance Errington's right leg, performs a forward roll to bring Lance Errington down on his stomach, and keeps his leg held for a reverse kneebar!! Lance Errington yells in surprise and pain, then begins pulling himself towards the ropes. He makes it to the bottom rope and grabs it tightly, and Ken Collins releases the hold, gets up, and begins stomping and kicking at Lance Errington as he gets back to his feet!
Lance Errington gets up and takes another left-handed swing at Ken Collins, but this time Collins ducks, then lashes out with a kick to Lance Errington's knee! Lance Errington starts to get up, and Ken Collins circles behind him, then comes forward and knocks him down with a dropkick to the back of the leg! Lance Errington's down, clutching his wounded leg, and Ken Collins grabs it and steps around for a figure-four leglock, but Lance Errington kicks him away with the good leg! Ken Collins runs chest-first into the turnbuckles in a corner of the ring, then staggers back... right into a roll-up from Lance Errington! Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half by Ken Collins!
They both begin getting up, but Lance Errington takes control with a gouge to the eyes, then backs Ken Collins into the ropes with a series of punches, and whips him to the other side. Ken Collins comes off the ropes, and Lance Errington brings him down with a SPINEBUSTER!! He crawls over him, then begins raining punches down into his face! Ken Collins is unable to do anything but cover up and wait for Jerry Rogers to order Lance Errington to get off of him! Jerry Rogers finally gets Lance Errington off of Ken Collins, but some damage has been done. If Lance Errington can beat Ken Collins to a pulp, he'll be powerless to try to counter or escape a submission move directed at his weak shoulder!
Lance Errington pulls Ken Collins up into a standing headscissors, then looks around with a smug, malicious smile on his face. He braces himself on his good leg, then lifts Ken Collins for a power bomb... no, Ken Collins counters it with a Frankensteiner! And he performs a backward roll to put himself at Lance Errington's feet, then grabs his injured right leg and turns him over into a half Boston!! The crowd explodes into cheers, Lance Errington yells out in pain, and Ken Collins smiles triumphantly as he leans back on the half Boston! Lance Errington's struggling, trying to make his way to the ropes, but it's taking some time, and Ken Collins is hanging onto the hold tenaciously! Lance Errington struggles, clearly in pain, and finally makes it to the bottom rope, though Ken Collins takes the full four-count before releasing the hold.
Lance Errington is starting to get up, but Ken Collins cuts him off with a kick to the midsection, then whips him into a corner! Lance Errington hits the turnbuckles back-first, and staggers forward... right into a double leg takedown from Ken Collins! And Ken Collins steps through his legs... he's going for the scorpion deathlock! He's trying to put Lance Errington in his own finishing move! But Lance Errington quickly realizes what's going on, and he struggles and kicks Ken Collins away, sending him staggering back-first into the opposite corner! Lance Errington gets up and charges at Ken Collins, albeit with a pronounced limp... but Ken Collins BACKDROPS HIM OVER THE RINGPOST, TO THE FLOOR!! Lance Errington lands hard on the floor outside of the ring, and the crowd explodes into cheers!
Lance Errington just took a hard landing on the outside, and he's having trouble getting to his feet. Slowly, with great difficulty, he begins to stand... but Ken Collins climbs up to the top turnbuckle, and dives out onto him with a FLYING CROSS BODYPRESS!! The crowd bursts into loud cheers again, and Ken Collins crouches over Lance Errington, hammering him with punches from his left hand! They're a little slow and awkward, but Ken Collins is still hitting him in the face repeatedly!
Ken Collins gets up off of Lance Errington, then stands up and grabs him by the legs. He draws back and gives him a blatant kick to the groin, then falls backwards and catapults him head-first into the steel ringpost!! The crowd cheers again, and Lance Errington crumples to a heap on the floor, and he has a nasty, bleeding wound on his forehead from the collision. Ken Collins rolls his right arm, wincing in pain, and rubs his shoulder, trying to get back some of the use of it, then pulls up the mats around a section of the concrete floor. He hauls Lance Errington to his feet and hooks him in a front chancery with his back facing the bared concrete... SNAP SUPLEX ON THE CONCRETE!! Ken Collins yells out in pain and clutches his shoulder, which was taxed severely by the effort, but he just suplexed Lance Errington hard on bare concrete!
After taking a few moments to recover from the pain in his arm, Ken Collins pulls Lance Errington up and rolls him into the ring, then climbs in after him. Ken Collins pulls him up from behind, then puts on a waistlock and lifts... but his arm gives out shortly after Lance Errington's feet leave the ground! He clenches his teeth and takes a deep breath, then grabs him again, but Lance Errington brings a foot up between his legs to stop that! Ken Collins doubles over, and Lance Errington grabs his head and brings him down with an ACE CRUSHER!! He crawls on top of him for the pin, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Shoulder up at two and a half!
They're both down for several seconds after that, and they slowly get to their feet. Lance Errington takes a swing at Ken Collins, but Ken Collins ducks under it and slips behind him, and puts on another waistlock! He lifts again, and this time he takes Lance Errington down with a RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX!! He yells in pain and cradles his arm at his side after that big move, but Lance Errington's down and motionless on the mat! After a few seconds, Ken Collins fights off the pain and stands up, and with his left hand, he points to the ceiling, then draws his thumb across his throat! He steps out to the apron... he's going for the Flying Dropkick!! But Lance Errington looks up and sees him there, then rolls out of the ring, to a loud round of boos from the crowd.
Looking angry, Ken Collins steps down to the apron and then drops to the floor, and walks around the ring to clobber Lance Errington from behind with a left forearm smash. He rolls Lance Errington back into the ring, then climbs up on the apron and begins climbing to the top turnbuckle... but this time, Lance Errington is up on his feet before Ken Collins makes it to the top! Lance Errington slugs Ken Collins in the stomach, causing him to lose his footing and fall straddling the turnbuckle, then climbs up with him! Errington grabs his arm, and falls back with a TOP-ROPE ARMBAR TAKEDOWN!! Ken Collins yells out in pain, clutching his arm... but Lance Errington just pulls it out to the side and puts on a CROSSFACE!!
The crowd boos, and Stacey Lockman yells angrily at Lance Errington; he has Ken Collins in his own move!! Ken Collins is far from the ropes, and he's in a lot of pain! If he submits now, he'll not only lose the VCW Intercontinental Title, he'll also suffer the indignity of submitting to his own finishing move! But how can he hang on? He's not going to let go without a fight, but Lance Errington has the hold locked in, and he's a fair distance from the ropes! Ken Collins is struggling, inching his way towards the ropes, but it promises to be a long, painful struggle, one that he may not be able to win!
Seeing the desperation and pain in Ken Collins's eyes, Stacey Lockman shouts encouragement, and the crowd begins a "LET'S GO KEN!" chant for him. Lance Errington glares at them, but the chant quickly grows in strength, and Ken Collins continues fighting his way towards the ropes with renewed strength! Lance Errington's pulling back on the hold, trying desperately to hurt Ken Collins so badly he either gives up or breaks down, but Ken Collins won't stop! He's struggling, crawling and scratching his way to the bottom rope... and he makes it! Jerry Rogers begins a count, and Lance Errington must release the hold! With anger and frustration etched on his bloody face, Lance Errington releases it at four.
Lance Errington pulls Ken Collins to his feet, hammers him with an elbow across the back of his neck, then pushes him down into a standing headscissors! He braces himself with his good leg, then lifts... POWER BOMB!! And he angled it down on Ken Collins's right shoulder! Lance Errington goes down and covers, and Jerry Rogers counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THR... Kickout at two and three-quarters by Ken Collins! Ken Collins is writhing in agony on the mat, but he's staying in the fight! And now Lance Errington grabs Ken Collins's right hand and straddles the arm, putting on a standing cross armbreaker as he wrenches up on the arm! Ken Collins yells in pain... but grabs Lance Errington's ankle and pulls his leg out from under him! Lance Errington topples forward as Ken Collins pulls his arm free and comes up holding Lance Errington's ankle in an ANKLE LOCK SUBMISSION!
Lance Errington yells in pain and begins struggling towards the ropes, but Ken Collins hangs on tightly and pulls him back away! Changing tactics, Lance Errington squirms and struggles, then manages to roll onto his back. He tries to use his other leg to kick Ken Collins away, but Ken Collins bats his foot aside, steps forward, and puts Lance Errington in a FIGURE-FOUR LEGLOCK!! The crowd explodes into cheers, Lance Errington roars in pain, and Stacey Lockman can't contain a big smile! Lance Errington is struggling, trying to turn the hold over... but Stacey Lockman reaches into the ring and grabs Ken Collins's wrists to stop that!
Jerry Rogers doesn't see the illegal assist for several seconds, but Lance Errington desperately points at her as he struggles futilely in the assisted figure-four leglock, and Jerry Rogers turns to her. She releases his wrists just in time, backing up with an innocent smile and raised hands, and Lance Errington uses a surge of strength to pull Ken Collins back away from the ropes. Stacey Lockman can't lend an illegal assist now, but Lance Errington's still trapped in the figure-four leglock! He's struggling, his face a bloody mask of pain as he tries to turn the hold over, but it's very slow going. He's slightly bigger and stronger than Ken Collins, and he's determined... and he finally gets it! Lance Errington turns the figure-four leglock over, and Ken Collins releases it to avoid suffering damage to his own legs!
Lance Errington tries to get to his feet, but Ken Collins is up first, and he kicks his leg out from under him! Lance Errington goes down, clutching his knee and screaming in pain, and Ken Collins steps out to the apron! He's climbing to the top turnbuckle... this could be it! This could be the end! Lance Errington doesn't notice where he is through the pain he's in as he gets to his feet! Ken Collins takes flight, but Lance Errington's right leg gives out under him! He starts to go down, grabs Jerry Rogers by the shirt to try to stay up, and pulls him back... INTO THE FLYING DROPKICK!! Lance Errington just pulled Jerry Rogers into the Flying Dropkick! Was that intentional, or was it an honest accident? It's hard to tell, from the way it looked.
Ken Collins looks down at Jerry Rogers, then turns to Lance Errington with a glare and grabs his leg! He's not going to stop just because the referee is down... but Lance Errington brings his other foot up into Ken Collins's crotch! The crowd boos loudly, and Ken Collins winces in pain and collapses to the mat! Lance Errington goes out of the ring and barely manages to take a few hobbling steps towards the timekeepers' table! He's demanding the ring bell, but Stacey Lockman comes up to him and grabs it away, beating him to it! He turns to her with a snarl and nails her with a right hand to the face, sending her sprawling to the floor, but she drops the ring bell on the other side of the guardrail, where a fan picks it up! Lance Errington still doesn't have his weapon!
Lance Errington yells something and spits at Stacey Lockman, then begins looking under the ring. He's still looking for a weapon, but Ken Collins is up now, and he sees Stacey Lockman down at ringside! His face becomes a mask of fury, and he reaches out and grabs Lance Errington by the hair, hauling him up... but Lance Errington has something in his hand!! A pipe wrench! And he NAILS KEN COLLINS IN THE HEAD WITH IT!! Ken Collins goes down in a heap in the ring, and Lance Errington drops the wrench, rolls in under the bottom rope, and flops an arm over his chest. Jerry Rogers is still down, but someone's coming from backstage! It's VCW referee Linda Peterson!! Come on, you don't mean to tell me... Linda Peterson slides into the ring! She counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! DAMN IT!! What an unfair load of crap!!

(Lance Errington won the VCW Intercontinental Title.)
Linda Peterson helps Lance Errington to his feet, and raises his hand in victory, but he can barely stand. It seems like this match went over the thirty-minute time limit, but for some reason the match continued, and Lance Errington has won the VCW Intercontinental Title! He rolls out of the ring and grabs the title from the timekeeper, then straps it on around his waist and begins limping backstage. Stacey Lockman climbs into the ring to check on Ken Collins, then looks up the aisle just in time to lock eyes with Lance Errington. The camera sees her mouth the words "I hate you", but Lance Errington's just grins as he hobbles backstage.
After some time, Ken Collins gets up, holding his head, and Stacey Lockman begins helping him backstage. The ring bell is finally recovered from the fan at ringside by the H.A.R.P. Squad and returned to its rightful place, and it looks like we can go ahead with our next match.
"Achilles' Last Stand" by Led Zeppelin begins playing, and the crowd reacts with confusion at first, then explodes into cheers when they see Owen Addison and Paul Canyon, the Ontario Colour Show, come out of the backstage entrance, accompanied by Tim Bell! Owen Addison walks ahead of Paul Canyon, and the two aren't making much eye contact or speaking as they come to the ring. They're not seeing eye to eye these days, and that could be a big factor tonight against the champions. Their teamwork was always their main advantage, and with their friendship suffering, it's hard to imagine their teamwork being what it once was. They both get into the ring and pose on the turnbuckles in opposite corners. The crowd cheers, but Tim Bell looks a little worried on the outside as he watches them.
And now "For Whom The Bell Tolls" by Metallica begins playing, and the crowd reacts with a huge, mixed chorus of cheers and boos as Troy Black and Brujah walk out of the backstage entrance, wearing the VCW World Tag Team Titles! Here, as well, their focus is not where it should be. Troy Black has been worried about other things lately, and Brujah is only concerned about one thing: exacting his revenge upon Owen Addison. They come to the ring and slide inside, and the crowd remains divided on what to think of them. They take off the titles and hand them to the timekeeper, and then Troy Black says something to Brujah and steps out to the apron. Owen Addison steps out to let Paul Canyon start the match, and Bobcat McGavin climbs inside and calls for the bell to begin it!
For the VCW World Tag Team Titles:
Brujah & Troy Black (c)
vs.
Ontario Colour Show
w/Tim Bell
Paul Canyon moves forward to lock up with Brujah, but Brujah points to Owen Addison and yells "TAG HIM!" instead of locking up. Paul Canyon looks back at Owen Addison, who sneers and rolls his eyes, then holds out his hand for the tag, then back at Brujah... and he rushes forward and knocks Brujah down with a dropkick! Brujah gets up and charges angrily, but Paul Canyon takes him off his feet with a deep armdrag takedown, then pops up and nails Brujah with a dropkick when he bolts to his feet! Brujah goes down, then gets up and rushes in again, and Paul Canyon takes him down with a drop toe hold, then floats forward to apply an armbar on Brujah's right arm!
Brujah shouts in pain and begins dragging himself towards the ropes, but Troy Black slips into the ring and stomps on Paul Canyon, breaking the armbar. Paul Canyon gets up and stares for a moment at Troy, and Brujah rushes him from behind, knocking him off his feet with a HUGE lariat to the back of the head! Brujah winces slightly, but Paul Canyon might be nearly knocked out. For some reason, Owen Addison didn't even try to warn him about it. Paul Canyon begins to pull himself up weakly, but Brujah pulls him up and shoves him back into his corner, telling Owen Addison to get into the ring!
A camera in their corner catches Owen Addison saying "I'LL show you how to handle this guy" as he tags himself in and steps into the ring. Without hesitating, he walks right up to Brujah and slaps him hard in the face! Brujah snarls angrily, and slaps Owen Addison even harder, sending him staggering back. But Owen Addison steps forward again and slaps Brujah in the face again, and then Brujah floors him with a vicious slap that rings out through the arena! Owen Addison starts to get up, a little bit shaken by that slap, and Brujah hammers him with a series of right-hand punches to back him into a corner, then whips him to the other corner and charges after him. But Owen puts on the breaks as he goes into the corner, grabs the top rope and leapfrogs Brujah as he charges in from behind, then puts on a rear waistlock and gives him a big release German suplex!!
Brujah crumples to a heap on the mat, and Owen Addison gets up and looks down at him smugly. Brujah slowly begins getting up, and Owen Addison clobbers him with a few blows. Brujah gets up to one knee, and Owen Addison draws back and blasts him with a big right hand! Brujah wobbles back and nearly goes down, but manages to right himself on one knee, so Owen punches him again! Brujah shrugs that punch off, full of inner fury, then gets up and throws a punch of his own, but Owen Addison blocks that by grabbing his wrist, twisting his arm, and driving an elbow down into his triceps. Brujah winces in pain and goes down to one knee, and Owen Addison gives the arm a little slack, only to pull it straight violently with a huge tug. He smiles at Brujah's shout of pain, then puts one leg over his arm and drops down, as if executing a Rocker Dropper on the arm. Brujah falls to a heap face-down on the mat with another cry of pain!
Owen Addison floats over onto Brujah's back, and begins slapping him disrespectfully in the back of the head. Brujah gets mad again, and starts forcing his way up off of the mat, so Owen Addison grabs him in a sleeperhold from behind. Brujah keeps fighting his way up dauntlessly, and when he gets to his feet Owen Addison jumps off of his back, but keeps the sleeperhold applied and falls back on his rear for a sitout sleeperhold neckbreaker! Some members of the crowd cheer, and some boo, and there's still no real consensus on who they're siding with. Owen Addison's cocky smirk as he gets back to his feet doesn't do anything to win them over, either.
Brujah starts to get back up again, and Owen Addison kicks him in the midsection, then twists his arm behind his back in a hammerlock, holds it in place with one hand and scoops him up with the other, and bodyslams him down on his hand and wrist. Brujah grits his teeth in pain, but he's still getting up, so Owen Addison rushes at him and nails him with a dropkick to the face as he gets to one knee, knocking him down again. Brujah starts to pull himself up on the ropes, and Owen Addison steps out to the apron, hurries over to Brujah, and grabs him by the arm, then twists it sharply and jumps down off of the apron, pulling Brujah's arm down across the top rope! He bellows in pain and staggers back, clutching his arm, and Owen Addison climbs back up onto the apron, springs up to the top rope, and leaps off to cut Brujah down with a big springboard clothesline! The cheers for that move outweigh the boos, and deservedly so; that was a great move by Owen Addison!
Rather than going for the pin, Owen Addison just crouches on top of Brujah, pelting him with a series of right hands to the face until Bobcat McGavin orders him to stop it or risk disqualification. Owen's been using a lot of punches in this match, for some reason... is he trying to show he can out-brawl Brujah, or just letting emotion creep into his offense? Owen Addison backs off, and Brujah starts to stand up. Owen comes forward and kicks him in the midsection, then hooks him in a front chancery, but Brujah blocks that, shoves him back, then bolts forward and FLOORS him with a lariat! Brujah yells out in anguish as his hurt arm collides forcefully with Owen Addison, but that dropped Owen hard to the canvas! Brujah rolls into his corner, clutching his arm, and makes the tag to Troy Black.
Owen Addison starts to get up, and Troy Black nails him with a series of punches, backing him into the ropes. Troy whips him to the other side, then rushes forward and knocks Owen Addison off of his feet with a spin kick that catches him in the chest! Owen Addison starts to get up again, and Troy Black knees him in the midsection to double him over, then hooks a leg over his head for a Rocker Dropper, but Owen Addison backdrops out of it! Troy Black lands on his feet, and Owen Addison whirls on him with a clothesline, but Troy ducks, then grabs Owen Addison from behind and takes him down with a belly-to-back suplex!
Owen Addison starts getting up, and Troy Black pulls him into a knee to the midsection. He hooks Owen Addison in a front chancery and lifts him for a vertical suplex, but Owen Addison slips out behind him! Troy Black turns around, and Owen swings for him with a clothesline, but Troy Black reaches down and grabs Owen Addison as he comes in, then lifts and drops him throat-first on the top rope! Owen Addison lands on his feet and staggers away from the ropes, and Troy Black runs and leaps onto his shoulders, then pulls him down with a Victory Roll! He holds him for the pin, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two by Owen Addison!
Both men begin to get up, and Troy Black grabs a headlock on Owen Addison, then takes a running start for a bulldog, but Owen Addison shoves him away! Troy Black staggers forward, then turns around... just in time for Owen Addison to rush at him and hit him with a dropkick! Troy Black falls back into a corner of the ring, and Owen Addison grabs him by the head, snap mares him to the canvas, then dropkicks him in the back of the head while he's still in a seated position from the snap mare! Troy Black cringes in pain on the mat, clutching the back of his neck, and Owen Addison pulls him up into a front chancery, then lifts and brings him down with a vertical suplex! And he keeps Troy Black held in position after the impact of the suplex, and rolls back up to his feet with him! He could be going for a series of rolling vertical suplexes... no, instead he turns and brings him down with a neckbreaker!
Troy Black is down on the mat, and Owen Addison pulls him up from behind, lifts him on his shoulders, and tags in Paul Canyon. Paul Canyon goes to the top turnbuckle... they're looking for their elevated flying somersault neckbreaker! Paul Canyon leaps off... and Troy Black catches him and uses his momentum to POWERSLAM HIM OFF OF OWEN'S SHOULDERS!! The crowd explodes into a mixture of cheers and boos and a "HOLY SHIT!" chant, and Owen Addison is wide-eyed and shocked! Troy Black gets up off of Paul Canyon, still wincing and putting a hand to the back of his neck, and Owen Addison grabs him by the shoulder and whirls him around... and Troy spins around and knocks him down with a throat jab! Owen Addison goes down, clutching his throat, and the Ontario Colour Show is in serious trouble!
Troy Black goes for the cover on Paul Canyon, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half! Paul Canyon had too much time to recover! Troy Black clobbers him with a few punches to the back of the head, then grabs him from behind in a chinlock. The crowd boos, and Troy Black glares around at them; it looks like he just turned the crowd against himself with this move. Paul Canyon's struggling, but he's in a bad situation; the elevated powerslam surely knocked the wind out of him, and now Troy Black's cutting off the oxygen to his brain in this move! After a few seconds of feeble squirming and thrashing, Paul Canyon goes limp.
On the outside, Tim Bell's trying to get the crowd behind Paul Canyon. His skills in that department aren't even close to Jennie's, but the crowd is eager to see Paul Canyon get out of the chinlock, and they begin cheering and chanting "O-C-S!" as Bobcat McGavin goes to check his hand. He lifts it once... and it falls. He lifts it again... again it falls. Bobcat McGavin yells "TWO!" and holds two fingers up, then lifts it again... and it stays up!! Paul Canyon gets his arm up and starts shaking with renewed energy! His leg begins thumping on the mat with the rhythm of the "O-C-S!" chant, and then he slowly begins to stand up!
Paul Canyon fights his way up to one knee, then to his feet, and breaks the chinlock with an elbow shot to the midsection! He whips Troy Black into the ropes, runs into the other side, and lashes out with a clothesline when he comes off... but Troy Black ducks under it! They both run into the ropes again, and on the second pass Troy Black takes flight and knocks Paul Canyon off his feet with a leaping clothesline! The crowd boos, and Troy Black goes over to his corner and tags in Brujah. Paul Canyon's starting to get up again, and Brujah walks over and kicks him in the face, knocking him back down to the mat!
Paul Canyon begins trying to stand again, and Brujah circles around him, drawing back a fist... and without warning, he turns and rushes Owen Addison, knocking him off of the apron! Brujah ignores Paul Canyon, drops down, and rolls out of the ring, where he tackles Owen Addison to the floor when he gets up and starts raining punches down on him! Troy Black grimaces in dismay, and Tim Bell comes over to Brujah and puts a hand on his shoulder, trying to push him off of Owen Addison... but Brujah pops up and clobbers Tim Bell with a LARIAT!! Now that's going too far!! Tim Bell is sidelined with a severe neck injury, and Brujah just nearly tore his head clean off with a lariat! He could end his career like that!
Brujah glares down at Tim Bell for a second, then turns to go back to Owen Addison... but Paul Canyon's up on the top turnbuckle now, and he leaps off to take Brujah down with a FLYING CROSS BODYPRESS!! The crowd explodes into cheers, and both men go down in a heap at ringside! But Troy Black's seen enough of this, and now he enters the ring and goes up to the top turnbuckle! He's preparing to leap on Paul Canyon, as Paul Canyon gets back to his feet... but Owen Addison's up, and he lunges in from the side and grabs Troy Black's ankle, and pulls him down groin-first into the turnbuckle!
Paul Canyon pulls Brujah up and whips him into the ringpost, where he collides shoulder-first with the solid steel. But meanwhile, Owen Addison climbs up onto the apron, then climbs up to the top turnbuckle with Troy Black and pulls him into a standing headscissors! The crowd explodes into cheers... but Troy Black counters with a backdrop, sending Owen Addison crashing to the canvas inside the ring! Paul Canyon rolls Brujah back into the ring, then gets up on the apron to climb inside with him... but Troy Black straightens up on the top turnbuckle, then jumps off and grabs Paul Canyon by the hair while he's on the apron, and pulls him down throat-first onto the top rope! The rope slingshots Paul Canyon back, and he takes a huge plunge off of the guardrail and crashes to the floor! The crowd bursts into a chant of "VCW!", and once again the Ontario Colour Show is in big trouble!
Some trainers are out to help Tim Bell to the back now, but Paul Canyon's not in much better shape. Bobcat McGavin orders Troy Black back to his corner, then begins lecturing him, but Brujah comes over and tags Troy Black in. Troy Black comes in, blowing off Bobcat McGavin's warnings... but Bobcat McGavin grabs him by the shoulder and whirls him around, then keeps getting in his face! Troy Black gives him a disdainful glare, spits in his face, and shoves him... and Bobcat McGavin snarls and shoves him back! Troy Black stumbles back and falls awkwardly on his rump, then gets up angrily and draws back for a punch, but Bobcat McGavin balls up his fists and tells him to bring it on!
Troy Black's advancing on Bobcat McGavin, chewing him out... and Paul Canyon crawls feebly into the ring behind him, then comes from behind, grabs a handful of his tights and a leg, and pulls down, trying to roll him up from behind! Troy Black's tights come down in the back, exposing his pale posterior to the crowd, and he begins windmilling his arms to try to remain standing! Bobcat McGavin just smiles, then steps forward and gives Troy Black a shove! That sends him falling back into the schoolboy roll-up, and Bobcat McGavin goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... Kickout at two and a half by Troy Black!
Troy Black gets to his feet, and Paul Canyon's still struggling to get up after that nasty fall to the outside of the ring. He was able to sneak up from behind and roll Troy Black up, but he's still badly hurt. Troy Black draws his thumb across his throat, pulls Paul Canyon into position, and drops him with the DOUBLE ARM DDT!! Paul Canyon flops over onto his back with the impact, and we know what's coming next! Troy Black raises a fist high in the air, then steps out to the apron and climbs up to the top turnbuckle! He leaps off... BLACK DAGGER!! But Paul Canyon rolls out of the way! Troy Black drives his fist down hard into the mat and rolls onto his side, clutching his fist and wincing in pain! Paul Canyon begins trying to drag himself to his corner, and Troy Black tags in Brujah.
Brujah runs forward and grabs Paul Canyon before he can make the tag... then tosses him into his corner, looks directly at Owen Addison, and yells "GET IN HERE!". Troy Black rolls his eyes and groans on the apron, but Owen Addison tags himself in and comes into the ring! Brujah charges him with a lariat immediately, but Owen slips behind him and grabs him, then takes him down with a big belly-to-back suplex! And now Troy Black comes in, but Owen Addison brings him down with an armdrag takedown!
Brujah gets up, still groggy from the suplex, and Owen Addison whips him into the corner! Brujah hits the turnbuckles back-first and slumps against them, and Troy Black starts to get up... but Owen Addison catches him with a kick to the midsection, then whips him into Brujah! Troy Black collides with Brujah in the corner, and Owen Addison runs forward and dropkicks Troy Black in the back, smashing them together in the corner even more! Troy Black staggers back a step and falls backwards to the mat, and Brujah keels over from the corner... HEAD-FIRST INTO TROY BLACK'S CROTCH! The crowd explodes into cheers, and Troy Black curls up in agony on the mat!
Owen Addison hauls Brujah up into a waistlock, pulls him into the center of the ring, and takes him down with a German suplex! And he holds the waistlock and rolls back up to his feet, then gives him another German suplex! He's knocking Brujah senseless with these suplexes, and he rolls up to his feet with him again... but this time, he releases the waistlock and instead hauls him up with a rear gutwrench, into position for the Tombstone! He could hit it here... TOMBSTONE!! That's it!! Owen Addison covers Brujah, and Bobcat McGavin counts... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THRE... SHOULDER UP!! That was just the TINIEST fraction of a second away from three, and if Owen wanted to argue that count, he might have a valid point! DAMN, that was close!! But somehow, Brujah kicked out after two German suplexes and the Tombstone!
Owen Addison doesn't seem worried, though. He looks down at Brujah with a pitying smile and says "What, you want MORE!?" and then scoops him up again! He hauls him up for another Tombstone, but this time Brujah slips out behind him! Brujah lands on his feet, and Owen whirls around, right into a LARIAT... no, he saw it coming and ducked, and Brujah hits Bobcat McGavin!! Brujah just tore down the referee, and that may have taken the last of his strength, because he's down again! Owen Addison just drops a knee on the back of his head, then scoops him up for the Tombstone again... but Troy Black crawls up behind him and nails him with a low blow!! Owen Addison drops Brujah and falls to the canvas!
Paul Canyon climbs into the ring, still badly hurting after his nasty bumps earlier in the match, and pulls Troy Black up into a knee to the midsection. He hooks him in a front chancery, but Troy Black shoves him back! Paul Canyon steps forward again... into a THROAT JAB!! Paul Canyon goes down, and Troy Black grabs him and throws him out of the ring! He turns around... but now Owen Addison's up, and he hammers Troy Black with a series of right hands! He kicks him in the midsection, then hooks him for a double arm DDT... but Troy Black backdrops out of it! Owen Addison crashes to the mat, and Troy Black lifts him in a rear gutwrench, into position for the Tombstone, but Owen Addison counters that with a spinning headscissors, taking Troy Black down!
But while Owen Addison was fighting off Troy Black, Brujah grabbed a steel chair on the outside of the ring! Owen Addison gets up from the spinning headscissors and locks up with Troy Black again, but Brujah comes from behind and whacks him in the back with the steel chair! Owen Addison goes down, and Brujah raises the chair high above his head and gives him another chairshot to the back, then a third one! And then he drops the chair, pulls Owen Addison into a standing headscissors, yells "THIS IS FOR JENNIE, YOU SON OF A BITCH!", and lifts... HIGH ANGLE POWER BOMB ON THE CHAIR!! Brujah just power bombed him on his head and neck on the steel chair! He may be trying to kill him!
The crowd boos, and even Troy Black's looking at Brujah like that might have been a little excessive. Troy Black backs off when Brujah flashes him an intense glare. Brujah grabs the chair again... but Paul Canyon's up on the apron! But Brujah sees him, and turns and swings the chair at him, knocking him off the apron to the floor! Paul Canyon's down, and Owen Addison may need medical attention after that... but Brujah's not done! He sets the steel chair on top of Owen Addison's head, then goes to the top turnbuckle! He leaps off... SWANDIVE HEADBUTT ON THE CHAIR!! He may have nearly knocked himself out, but he inflicted more punishment on Owen Addison, and to Brujah, that may be all that matters right now! With the last of his strength, he drapes an arm over Owen's chest...
But wait a second! Someone's coming out of the backstage entrance! It's Jacob Idol and Rob Solomon, from the Hammer of the Gods!! And Rob Solomon has his hockey stick! The Ontario Colour Show has already been dismantled... what the hell are they here for? Do they want to compound the punishment, to try to end their careers? Brujah may have beaten them to it, in Owen's case... but they still run to the ring and slide inside! Troy Black looks at them suspiciously, but Jacob Idol approaches him with a smile, offering a handshake! Troy Black wants nothing to do with him, and he's saying something to him with an angry face... but Rob Solomon comes in from the side and nails him with the hockey stick!! What the heck!?
Troy Black goes down, and Jacob Idol pulls him up, then gives him the inverted DDT!! Meanwhile, Brujah begins to stir atop Owen Addison, so Rob Solomon pulls him up, pulls the hockey stick across his throat, and gives him a hockey stick-assisted Russian legsweep! Brujah's down, and Rob Solomon lays a few hockey stick shots into him, then drops the stick, steps out to the apron, and climbs to the top turnbuckle... KATANA LEGDROP! And while he does that, Jacob Idol pulls Troy Black up and gives him a second inverted DDT!! And then they grab Owen Addison, and throw him on top of Brujah!!
The Hammer of the Gods is leaving the ring now, but what damage they've done here! All four men in this match are unconscious... but why did they put Owen Addison on top of Brujah? Bobcat McGavin's coming around, tough old bastard that he is, and he sees the carnage around the ring! But then he sees Owen Addison on top of Brujah, and he goes down to count... ONE!! ... TWO!! ... THREE!! The Ontario Colour Show just won the VCW World Tag Team Titles, and strangely enough it was because of some help from the Hammer of the Gods!

(The Ontario Colour Show won the VCW World Tag Team Titles.)
All four men who were in this match are laid out. Troy Black and Paul Canyon are starting to slowly get up, but Brujah and Owen Addison are laid out in a heap in the ring. Owen Addison may be seriously hurt, and Brujah may be as well. If there's one thing anybody knows about Brujah, it's that he'll keep getting up and fighting as long as he can get up... but right now, he's not moving an inch.
The timekeeper presents Paul Canyon with one of the VCW World Tag Team Title belts, and he smiles with weary satisfaction until he looks over and sees his partner still laid out in the ring. He immediately goes to Owen Addison's side, and begins calling for trainers to come and help him. Owen is down and hurt, and so is Brujah. Troy Black manages to get up, but he goes and sits in the corner instead of going anywhere. This match, particularly the illegal circumstances that took place at the end, has wreaked havoc on all four of these men.
As the trainers come out to help these four men out of the ring, we're going to take our final break. Go ahead and take a break as well, then come back and join us soon, because Part III of Horror Show is coming up on the next page!!
