Ken Collins pinned David Wright Hubbard with the Flying Dropkick in 0:18:29. Rating: **** 1/4 (Ken Collins retained the VCW Intercontinental Title.) ---Notes: Great match that featured Ken Collins bumping wildly, and top-line psychology featuring David Wright Hubbard's knee problems. Being considered as possible footage for a VCW commercial tape later on. Crimson pinned The Grave Digger with the Chokeslam in 0:14:34. Rating: -* (Crimson retained the VCW World Title.) ---Notes: Slow, plodding slugfest without any of the highspots or bumps that these two use in some of their more widely-seen encounters. The Grave Digger prepared to give Crimson the Burial when Derek Cole ran down and distracted the referee, then Lance Errington clobbered him in the back of the head with a pipe wrench.
